Pros (+) Front desk were awesome
Pros (+) I booked the Clayton for my last night in the U.K. I wanted a comfortable room near the airport with free transport to and from the terminals and that’s what I got. The bed was the only letdown; I had two singles, and neither was very comfy...a bit hard and lumpy actually.
Pros (+) The Clayton Hotel is very good at providing accommodations for lots of people. Lines are long but move quickly. Food is what you'd expect. The bar has lots of seating. Basically, it is a very convenient and well-run hotel.
Cons (-) The Clayton does cut a few corners. There are no tissues in the room (my nose was running from a cold). The soap bar is amazingly small but more than is needed for a shower or two. Would I stay at another hotel at the airport, no. I recommend the Clayton.
Pros (+) Very clean and efficient. Good service with the shuttles to the airport.
Cons (-) The bar could have had more ambience. Seemed a little sterile

Cons (-) The price goes up every time I book. The mini-bus transportation, even though it requires booking, seems a bit of a free for all when waiting to board the bus, leading me to believe that the number of bookings do not match the number of seats!
