The location is great It was downright dirty! I honestly do not think that housekeeping changed the sheets. My pillows were dirty. There were stains on the sheets and hair that was not mine was discovered after we pulled the sheet back.

The heater didn't work.

The location. This motel was infested with cock roaches, which we did not see until it got dark. They were all over our food and drinks-from a snack plate. We had to get new cups & paper plates and will never stay there again.

Very poorly maintained. Fixtures around property laying to the side. Smoke detector in room hanging from wires 8n ceiling. Old small tube TV. Very poor breakfast. Cleanliness and maintenance severely lacking.

Listed features was not correct. Pool was not safe to go in but was open to public should have been closed for health hazards. Wallpaper peeling off. Non smoking room??? Burn marks on bed. Rags in smoke detector. Cockroach infestation. ...... I just say thank you to hotels.com for taking care of us when the hotel did not.

I got a shower air conditioning was not cold, bed seemed un clean and brought own pillow in, floors were not comfortable to walk on, NO FREE COFFEE!!!!
