5.8 Okay
Pros: Reasonable. Location good for our needs. We thought it was all very basic compared, for instance of a B&B we had the night before for only 5 pounds more. The shower was difficult to manage but good, when we sorted out its idiosyncrasies. The bathroom was a good size, but no tissues and no soap etc. Although hand wash and shower gel was provided - of indifferent quality. It is always good to have tea and coffee making facilities as we always do in Australia - we also have small fridges even in the most basic motels. By the way, referring to an item below we are from Australia not United Kingdom.
Cons: See above. I thought the accommodation position was not a pleasant outlook in a less than ambient building.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly welcome from the pub - very helpful.
Cons: WiFi and shower problems
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Meals served promptly and were very good value for money. Accomodation was simple, but I don't do "frills", so was more than happy with what was provided.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The restaurant\pub was not very nice and lots of little flies. Had to keep hand over drink to stop them getting in. We had the family room with three beds in it but I'm glad I didn't stay with children as the bathroom was exceptionally small with only a shower.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of Market Harborough, which is close to the Rockingham facilities. Room was spacious, quiet and near to car park so easy for transporting cases. Good range of Breakfast items overseen by cheerful and efficient member of staff. Cooked breakfast freshly cooked to order. Plenty of other things in addition.
Cons: Really only the WiFi, which in our room was effectively non-existent. Hotel needs to consider those rooms a distance from the centre of the building, since it extends a long way back. A surprising omission was no information about anything in the room, such as how to telephone reception, breakfast times, food menus or check out info. Good job they employ helpful reception staff! Apparently there are booklets but none could be found.
5.4 Okay
Cons: I thought it needs a facelift Room was grubby TV didn't work well and was badly positioned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Wonderful staff. Convenient free parking.
Cons: It was lovely in all regards
7.9 Good
Pros: Good car park included in the room rate. Got our motorcycles into a private space for the night. Staff relaxed, friendly and helpful, Great location in town centre but still quiet,
Cons: A little tired but still OK for the money paid. Only continental breakfast available (monday) but still full price of english breakfast.

Pros: Probably the best hotel breakfast in Market Harborough, cooked to order and plenty of it.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is good. Staff are good. Bed was good. Hot water bath was good.
Cons: Room too small. Wifi is of poor intermittent reception. Property overall seems to need a face lift. Carpets in the corridors and stairwells are old and lack proper hoovering/cleaning.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, comfy beds and easy access.
Cons: Only continental breakfast on Mondays.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for a wedding in central Market Harborough
Cons: When we arrived we were advised that the advertising on booking.com was very misleading and there was no breakfast included. The staff the evening of our arrival were slightly rude however the following morning very friendly and welcoming. The room was very large and mostly clean, there were large stains on the carpet and a large iron mark on the floor. Mould and mildew in the bathroom. Not so pleasant!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay, clean and comfortable, right in the centre of town, reasonably priced.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bar food was nice when we arrived. The cooked breakfast was also very nice.
Cons: Our bag never got delivered to the room, as we arrived too early to check in. We were told to leave it under the open stairs and someone would happily take it to the room for us. When we got back in the evening, the bag wasn’t in the room.... it was still in the same place we left it. Lucky no one had taken it, but its concerning that the didn’t look after their customers belonging, when the had said it was no problem holding/delivering it for us. The bed in the room was hard and we were also woken up really early by the room above us banging around.
