Very good position right across from the sea. There are plenty of places to rent sunbeds right across from the hotel. For those looking at the associated map there is a railway line close by but we did not find this any problem. There is plenty of free on street parking around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and in good condition and the views from the balcony's are beautiful, with the mountains on one side and the beach and sea on the other. Very minor point but the fridge in the room took about 2 days to get cold. The restaurant was a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel.
wellcome at the reception. The room with see-view. the breakfast was poor, the scrambled eggs and the bread was a bad quaillity. the bike rent which was not able as prommised.
Really nice hotel right at the seaside, very modern, very comfortable with very friendly staff. Slow elevator and interruptions with hot water in the shower.
It was clean. We had reserved a quad room. The shower was extremely small, unable to raise my hands in the shower to wash my hair. There were 2 beds, 1 was good and the other was a fold out couch. The springs were very difficult to sleep on and uncomfortable to even sit on.
The host was most helpful. They spoke almost perfect English, which was a great asset to us our Italian is almost nil. The food was wonderful. The location to the beach was very good. The host is very proud of his hotel and rightly so. Sorry to say that the railway line was a problem to us. The hotel is very close to the main railway line and the trains run day and night. There is no airconditioning so the windows had to be left open. Airconditioning would solve this problem I believe, as you then could shut the windows and blinds eliminating the sound of trains during the night.
Room was very clean, comfortable and well fitted out for the price. It was great for an overnight stay - just off the highway and easy enough to find. Breakfast was disappointing: pre-packaged pastries and a micro-wave heated Danish. And the host was friendly, but found himself very entertaining, which wore a bit thin.
the owner of biancaneve did not reveal the cost of dinner even though asked, he over charged us far more than eating at wonderfull restaurants in Milan, Ferrara, or Venice. it was a crime. It was far too noisey with the trains.
Host/owners were so friendly and made us feel like friends, spoken english is perfect. Free pickup and drop off from station, first time we've had that experience. They serve excellent food at their hotel restaurant with large portions and reasonable cost.
I liked very much the manager and the location of the hotel - very near to the sea. The manager was very nice.
Excellent everything was nicely presented and of good quality. Staff were all very friendly and helpfull The spa was out of this world after a busy few days.Would definitely recomend hotel. Nothing
The hotel was very clean and modern it had a very nice roof terrace and great sea views. The staff were very helpful Booked this hotel because it had a spa. Normally just to go to the spa and use the pool and sauna is free. But here you had to pay 40 Euro's just to use the pool for 75 minutes and you had to book a time.
The staff - they were excellant - the check in - the attention - the cleanliness - the restaurant - the check out at 4 am I suggest a little more English translation on their Television information channel. I would have done more on the first trip (spa) if I knew what and when it was available. A little more information on the shopping in the town.
good location (except railway - see below), pool, excellent and helpful staff, good (if somewhat overpriced - see below) room somewhat poor breakfast, and somewhat overpriced for "a room with seaview" (which is actually a "partially sea-view"). Also closeness to railway - too noisy. No fan in bathroom.
the hotel staff were very polite and eager to please in any information you required. We had a great time and would hope to stay again.
Friendly restaurent staff at dinner Noisy due railway right outside room, ask for room on other side of hotel. Difficult to locate even with 2 Sat Navs.
It was very close to sea side, very quite hotel. Very Good personel.
central room far too small for a 8 night stay requested a bigger room which were available but was told it would be 45euro a night extra. poor customer service by manager
I enjoyed my stay at the senbhotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommend some great restauraunts to us (Eden and V da michelle).it rained all day when we were there but it was bearable because the hotel was comforable. Breakfast was great .lots of variety and gluten free products which I eat and hadn't seen anywhere else in Italy . They also had an organic section. It was only a 3 min walk to beach. Great spa at Terrazza Marconi hotel just round the corner if it's raining. The only negative and it isn't really one , is that the hallways were bit faded and tired.
Location - very close to the train station, the beach and the town. Staff - friendly, helpful & spoke English. The size of the apartment was great. At times got a bit noisy at night,
staff is gentry and professional
Friendly helpful staff, the hotel was within easy walking distance of the beach and the old town centre. Location. The hotel was next to the busy railway line and a major road into town. It was very noisy at all times of day and night, which sadly this affected the enjoyment of our stay. This spoilt some of the facilities such as the outside seating area, which was cool, well presented and a could have been a nice place to sit in the heat of the day - but was spoilt by constant noise of cars on one side and trains on the other.
