Pros. Really enjoyed the welcoming mint tea and how knowledgeable the staff were when it came to getting to know the lay of the land without a bias view. The complementary breakfast is really good and filling, familiar tastes of back home with some morrocan influence. The location of the Riad was just perfect, your right next to square without having to navigate and getting lost in the allies, and you don’t get to hear the chaos of the square at night but just local neighbor banter. The rooms are just the right amount of size to come in to retire after a long day of exploring the souks or day trips: shower, sleep and do it all again tomorrow.
Cons. The front desk could improve their communication with the guests about being more clear and setting reminders for the check out times. The dinner and snack menu is decent if you want to stay in and not go out but it is over priced for the quality of food. Highly recommend eating out for lunch and dinner. There are a couple of resruants that are a must : cafe clock and cafe nomad, as well as your street vendors at night in the square.
