Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience at the on-site restaurant, ideally based for those who want to stay nearby when looking for a bite to eat. The in-house bar is a relaxing setting for an evening drink.

The rooms and hallways were cleaned throughout the day everyday. The property was clean and comfortable, and everyday our room would also be cleaned which was great.

The riad offers practical amenities such as a hammam, massages, and access to their hot tub. Additionally, there is a 24/7 front desk and the friendly staff can recommend sights to visit and provide other tourist information.

The Riad is well located next to the Medina, only a couple of minute's walk. The location is ideal, two minutes walk from Djemaa El Fna square, the center of Marrakesh Medina, but hidden from its busy side streets. The Riad is superbly decorated in the Moroccan style and gives you a sense of serenity and security from the wild happenings of the Medina.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They gave us tea on arrival and also a map and told us places to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us immediately feel at home.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a balcony facing the Medina for a spectacular view.

Some guests advised that the riad can be noisy, especially in the morning due to street sounds and morning prayers, so it's recommended to come prepared for potential noise disturbances.

Double-check the breakfast timings with the staff, as there were instances where guests missed breakfast due to conflicting information.

Although the rooms are clean and well-equipped, a few guests found them to be small, so it's advisable to consider this when booking.

It's suggested to follow clearly labeled streets rather than relying solely on Google Maps to avoid difficulty in finding the riad.
