The hotel is in an excellent position above the Old Port, a huge palace that dominates the city, with an atmosphere of old luxury. The breakfast is of high quality, in line with the image of the hotel, on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Old Port and the cathedral. In our room, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, with a bathtub and a shower.

Located well, staff really good from the first moment you walk in. Concierge was a straight 10, desk staff also exemplary.

For a hotel of this quality and reputation, the behavior of the employee at the reception is unacceptable. She asked for a card to secure payment during check-in, but she used a faulty device, which caused my first card to be rejected, then the second.
