Pros: Great location, very clean and modern. Sound proof windows
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located near the aqueduct and although it is in one of the main streets, our room was quiet (at the back and with balcony). The room is modern and has a comfortable bed and air conditioning. (Instant) coffee and tea are available in the hallway. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival informing us on parking, dining and access.
Cons: WiFi was slow. Shower head needs better cleaning (mouldy).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is very well-located. Very near the aqueduct and bus stop. Clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location and view was great. Easy walking to most everywhere.
Cons: Bed was firm. Floors had blonde hairs on them still.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean. Adequate room size. Reasonably comfortable beds, good wifi, quiet. Good convenient parking on site. Walk everywhere easy.
Cons: Advertised with air conditioning. But in reality the a/c is controlled centrally by the reception. So we could not use a/c and we needed it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful & clean hotel in great situation with friendly staff.
Cons: Very tight hotel car park making it difficult to manouvre in & out - they do ask you to leave your keys securely with reception in case it does need to be moved while you are out. Coffee maker overflowed on using but didn't spoil our enjoyment of the hotel - maybe we did something wrong.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near the Alcazar in the old city. Good for walking to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. Our room with a balcony had a view over the countryside. The breakfast had a variety of local ham & cheeses. Has a garage for parking. Staff were very helpful, especially giving directions on the phone for driving to the location when we were confused by the signs limiting vehicular traffic in the old town, and by the very narrow one-way streets. We definitely recommend it.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Room had a large balcony overlooking the Alcázar.
Cons: Very hot due to centralised heating system Which made sleeping difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Great location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, historical feel, excellent views from garden. Rooms were large and well appointed with mini bar and filter coffee machine. Cannot fault it.
Cons: Getting there, Segovia is a warren of small one way streets and tight corners, beware if you have a large car.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position in the historic centre.
Cons: Very difficult to get to the hotel by car. Going direct to their garage is easier.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast good, location excellent and nice small hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Bit older inside the room. Breakfast can be better
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Close to alcazar, cathedral and mayor plaza. Staffs are helpful.
Cons: Garage space is tight. If you have a big truck won't work.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, perfect location, wonderful views and great rooms. The rooftop deck is really nice
Cons: ?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: Our initial welcome at the hotel was most accommodating, however, the same female staff member several hours later and from then on was like a totally different person! Not sure if it was because I (politely) asked if a bath mat and hand towels should be in the room (which they were not) or if it was because I asked if there was an umbrella available? The restaurant downstairs in the hotel was very mediocre. Terribly noisy and the staff were not particularly friendly. There are plenty of other places to eat. I personally would recommend hunting them out!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a marvelous hotel! Great location, friendly, helpful staff, a nice room, a large and very comfortable club-style sitting room, and a rooftop with beautiful views over Segovia and the countryside. It's a modern place but reminded me of an establishment from a long-gone golden area.
Cons: As in most hotels today, readers of actual books (not screens) have a hard time finding a good reading light. The staff was helpful in providing one upon request though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location. Nice facility. Very comfortable
Cons: Everything was fine. WIFI reception was a bit weak in the rooms.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big room with a view
Cons: Tv and phone had been disconnected. I figured it out but that was strange.

9.6 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing! It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our entire trip to Spain. Really top notch
Cons: We had to pay for for parking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good sized comfortable room, beautifully restored convent
Cons: For a 5 star hotel- there should have been a pod coffee machine in the bedroom, not sachets of instant coffee Access to the pool, steam room and sauna incurred a cost of 25 euros per visit per person. On one day, the water system in the rooms was unusable due to regulation of the spa pool chlorination which realistically meant no showers or baths from 11am-8pm, but no recompense was offered
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel, great location!
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean,Central.
Cons: Breakfast area cramped.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was great. Reception staff very helpful with advice and printing tickets. Lovely room. Super breakfast. Great location. The hotel deserves a 9.
Cons: Terrible spa experience. Run by a separate business with a different attitude. Expensive. I read in advance that I needed a cap in the swimming pool, so I brought my own. When I paid my entry I was told that I needed to buy flip-flops (not mentioned on the website). When I protested that these should be included in the price of 20 euro, they reluctantly lent me a pair. I was shocked when the receptionist came to tell me after 90 minutes that my time was up (time limit not mentioned when I paid) and I should leave. During the time I was there I was unable to use the small sauna because it was always full. Overall, an expensive and unpleasant experience.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean. Stone surfaces. General ambiance of quality and class. Great vistas. Direct walk-out access to shared lawn terrace. Very-well-maintained property. Very easy access to Plaza Mayor and restaurants. Very walkable location. Quality breakfast buffet. Overall cost of accommodations was good. Truly wonderful stay!
Cons: No alarm clock in room. Very few options for English-speaking TV (typical in Spain). Saturday stay (not a special day for us) was disproportionately expensive, compared to the other days of the week-- also common in Spain. Though free to use, the gym needed some attention (broken fan and treadmill) and had only very basic equipment (cardio and dumbbells). Gym drinking water came from free-standing water bottles and cups-- we were concerned about sharing with whomever opened the bottles previously. Fee required to use spa pool or sauna. No shower doors lead to very wet bathroom floors if you're not careful. But overall these, by no means, are deal breakers at all. Just plan for them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and building
Cons: Old convent, but very modern from the inside

Pros: Great apartment, clean, very comfy bed and great shower. It was a perfect base for exploring the area.
Cons: No issues.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very clean, nice little kitchen area
Cons: The double bed felt too small and there were only three chairs for the dining table but we were in four!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing apartment on 3 levels. Comfortable beds, great amenities and Monica is a wonderful host. Apartments are attached to a restaurant/bar with a lovely shady outside area and swimming pool. Madrona is a very small town about 8km from Segovia, which is quite nice as Segovia is super touristy (but beautiful) and busy. We loved the four poster bed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very private and a beautiful view of the town from the window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The space and hospitality.
Cons: Nothing

4.6 Okay
Pros: only a five minute walk to the main restaurant area and main square for the cathedral. Courtyard area is nice for a coffee. Being able to park in the underground car park was a plus.
Cons: This is a tired hotel that needs investment. Our room had a very strange smell which I think is due to poor ventilation. The bathroom fan did not work and look up at it you could see what was at least three years of accumulated dust so some health concerns spring to mind. The bathroom had the most stupid design I have ever seen where despite being a large bathroom the bidet was positioned right next to the bath so you had to very carefully extract yourself onto the 40 square centimetres of space between bath and bidet. Inconvenient and incredibly dumb design. The sound insulation wasn't the greatest as we could hear the low tones of snoring from a neighbouring room. Breakfast is included and is okay. Coffee from a self serv machine.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Front desk suggested a suckling pig restaurant was very good. Underground parking is convenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, pleasant staff, great location for old town
Cons: Parking expensive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent bed room very nice. Parking was secure even if a little scary to actually park Front of house staff excellent
Cons: Breakfast could have been better lack of hot food. Trying to make a cup of tea was awful. Better choice of yogurts would have been good. Lovely Atrium but lacked any atmosphere difficult getting anything to eat in the evening presentation of food was poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent, the staff helpful, and the buffet varied and excellent
Cons: Everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was the best we had whilst away. Staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble includingg recovering a bag we left in a cab. Location is very central for the aqueduct and cathedral. The castle is a ten minute walk away. The hotel garage was very handy as parking is limited
Cons: Nothing
Exe Casa De Los Linajes - Segovia - Building
7
8.7 Excellent (3,056 reviews)

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spacious room, well appointed, very comfortable. A huge bed, it was all lovely. In fact our room also had a separate bedroom containing another bed. Amazing value for money. Excellent breakfast, great choice.
Cons: No restaurant or even a bar. There was a small stocked fridge in the room but no hot drinks or food available.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice authentic building
Cons: It was very expensive (220 euros per night) for what you get. We had no view out of our window (only another building very close) and there was no coffee and tea in the room. Also no roomservice.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient location. A characterful renovation of a historic building
Cons: Soundproofing was not good. The noise from the bathroom in the adjacent room was very intrusive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling clean, quiet and relaxed hotel. Outstanding front desk staff. Nicest hotel I have been to in the five months that I have traveling in Spain.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Good location. Wonderful old building. Nice sized bedroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is super central and easy to get to. Good size rooms and value for money breakfast.
Cons: There is no lounge where to seat or have a coffee. It would be good to have a place to chill with friends outside the room.
6.7 Good
Pros: 1. view from the room balcony. 2. design of the room with the rustic wooden windows, big old armchair and terracotta flooring with the large rug. 3. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don't like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.
Cons: perhaps the one let-down was the staff who did the check-in for us. he was not unfriendly or unprofessional but just seemed a little cold and extremely business-like.
4.3 Okay
Pros: hotel is close to historic center and walkable to sites in Segovia. Free WiFi was nice plus.
Cons: room safe didn't work in first room. We were switched to another, smaller room. Spa/hot tub was out of order during our whole stay. Parking was expensive and a hassle. "Cafeteria" was closed during the week. I expected a little more luxury for the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant hotel. Garage well worth the 13 euros. Spotless. Peaceful, great nights sleep.
Cons: No compliants at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and stylish
Cons: Difficult to locate
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location for a one night stopover
Cons: Both rooms had a bad smell of spray, possibly to cover smoking. Not very nice.
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable atmosphere. Good location and facilities
Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: Proximity to centre of town and views from rooms.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: Room
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was spacious, the balcony and view were fabulous!! we would definitely go back there again!
Cons: the plumbing (flushing of the toilet) was a little loud, but nothing that really bothered us - we assumed it just went with an old building.
7.6 Good
Pros: The location is excellent (roughly equidistant between the Aquaduct and the Alcazar), the staff were very helpful and the room was more than acceptable. We received an upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. Any room on the 3rd floor or above has great views of the surrounding countryside.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
Hotel Infanta Isabel - Segovia - Building
8
8.7 Excellent (2,928 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel Infanta Isabel places you in the heart of Segovia, steps from Plaza Mayor and Segovia Cathedral. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location on main square.
Cons: Noise from square starts at 6am. Thin walls so you hear neighbours. Broken light in chandelier. Dangerous electrical cable across bathroom entrance. Needs refurbishment. No information at check in about hotel facilities, restaurant, breakfast, tourist map, events. One glass in bathroom between two people. Tried to get us to pay 40 euro for a transfer to station when it's 10 euro in taxi. I realised at that moment we were not guests but just another couple of dumb tourists to be fleeced.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Well located. Clean. Good breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Quaint traditional style of decor and furnishings.
Cons: Notting to put off a return visit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the best location if your planning on exploring Segovia located in the heart of the old town, less than 5 minutes walk to the Aqueduct and the Alcazar, Out of Season the Bar is closed and the Restaurant is only open for Breakfast, however there are good places for Breakfast right outside the Hotel. The Valet packing service is excellent as no on street parking and its only €15.00 a day.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located right in the middle of plaza mayor, we can see the whole plaza from our balcony which is marvellous. It takes us only less than 10minutes to walk to the famous aqueduct. Parking service is superb, just need to leave the car outside the hotel and staff will handle the rest.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location right on the Plaza Mayor, my primary reason for selecting this hotel amongst all the other excellent offerings in Segovia. Excellent soundproofing from outside. Brilliant laundry service!
Cons: Slight noise inside hotel and dodgy temperature control of hot water. All quite acceptable from this grade of hotel.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons: Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
Eurostars Plaza Acueducto - Segovia - Building
9
8.7 Excellent (2,337 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Eurostars Plaza Acueducto in Segovia (Segovia Old Town), you'll be steps from Segovia Aqueduct and 9 minutes by foot from Plaza Mayor. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit and once again it provided everything that we needed. The staff are very helpful and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right beside the aqueduct but it's easy to locate and benefits from good access. The underground garage provides secure parking for our motorbike.
Cons: Nothing, it's a great hotel for an overnight stay in Segovia.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is its location, very close to the Aqueduct. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: The hotel needs urgent renovation. Even though the room was clean, it is very oldish, specially the bathroom, which had the smallest shower I have ever seen - a simple bath was a torture. The parking below the hotel has super small parking lots, making it difficult to park bigger cars. The stay in a very small and old room without a view was definitely not worth the almost 200 Euros I paid for it. Not willing to return. For 100 Euros maximum it would be ok. For 200, I recommend looking for better options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here before it's always a pleasant stay. The pillows really comfortable .
Cons: Everything was fine .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I chose this hotel because of its location... it’s ideal, you can park your car on your arrival and forget about it until you leave. Very close to the acueducto and all the amenities. Staff is very professional and attentive. Rooms are tidy and well kept
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent bed very comfortable breakfast lovely
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Situated right next to the aqueduct. Lovely hotel, with a brilliant breakfast that is great value for money. Lovely staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Room was big and spacious. View of aqueduct was lovely as expected. Friendly staff. Loved the ease of arrival and parking, except we made the mistake of parking in the public lot not the hotel lot so parking was 24 instead of 15. Check in first before parking to find exactly which is the hotel lot. All in all it was a fine stay.
Cons: There was no patio furniture on the terrace. I was imagining to sit out with a glass of wine overlooking the aqueduct, but it wasn't like anything in the photos. Internet connection wasn't great in the room, but then again we didn't have good internet in Spain in general. Breakfast was complete, but the churro was hard and chewy.
Candido - Segovia - Building
10
8.7 Excellent (2,206 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Candido in Segovia, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Segovia Aqueduct and 7 minutes from Monasterio del Parral. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel and room was fine.
Cons: We selected the hotel because it was closest to the cathedral with free parking, but the actual location was 2 miles away from the location displayed in the ap. Instead of an easy walk to the places we wanted to visit...taxi, taxi, taxi....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. The welcome was friendy and efficient, the decor is beautiful. All staff were very helpful and had a great manner, showed great patience with our limited Spanish! The outside area was an added bonus and the food was delicious!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely first class hotel .
Cons: Bit far from the historic center.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are large and comfortable.
Cons: The room we got didn’t have the heating working and we had to change the room at 10 pm. The staff was good about it though
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very large comfy bed, excellent bathroom with big separate shower, super selection breakfast buffet eggs cooked to order
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was really big even do it was a stard double. A lot of services, 24 hour reception, mini bar, pool, sauna. Everything was excellent.
Cons: There is no pedestrian walk from the outside of the hotel to the courtyard of the hotel, there is only a car entrance witch feels kinda awkward if your actually coming to the hotel by bus.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a big hotel! It is easily accessible by car and there is free and plentiful parking. You can walk to the centre of Segovia, the the viaduct, within 30 minutes, there are pavements all the way. The room was big and clean, with desk and chair, sofa chairs and small table, and big bed, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet at night. There is a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away (towards the old town and on the other side of the road) if you want to purchase snacks/drinks, etc.
Cons: It is a shame that the outdoor swimming pool was closed as it was off-season, as the weather was pretty hot and I reckon a lot of visitors to the hotel would have enjoyed this facility. There is an indoor swimming pool that costs 12 euros to use, but use of the outdoor pool would have been ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a brilliant old style hotel, representing a grand living period, probably dating back to around the 1920.s but with all modern requirements you would expect in a hotel of today. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for the experience. The breakfast was brilliant.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
7.7 Good
Pros: My room was huge, clean, comfortable, and lovely (especially for then price).
Cons: When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was included with my stay, so I planned the beginning of my day around Hay. When I got to the breakfast room, the wait staff asked for my room number and had a list that told who was able to eat breakfast. I wasn’t on the list, so she came back up to me and told me but said not to worry and that she would ask the front desk. I asked if I should wait on getting my tea, but she said not to worry and went to the front desk. When she came back, she told me that it wasn’t included and just stared at me. It was awkward and she muttered something like I could still drink the tea, but I put it down, picked up my things, and sat in the lobby. I suppose I could have talked further with a staff member about it, but I was under one impression and when that didn’t turn out to be the case, they didn’t offer any other solutions. It was embarrassing to say the least.

Pros: Nice to give us a triple room without asking or paying more. Nice party street too.
Cons: just old tight elevator
6.7 Good

Cons: Reception should be service and customer oriented Room number nine has a small window leading to the back of the houses, room has almost always humid air.

Pros: Feel like home. Warm and clean. Very good location 3 minutes to the Mayor plaza and 10 minutes walk to Acueducto, such a great location.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel was clean, with good basic facilities and very interactive and helpful staff. The maintenance was very good and the colours made you feel very welcome.
Cons: There is only one gripe. There was a very popular bar right under the hostel. It gets noisy until late night even on weekdays. So if that's your pet peeve, then you should reconsider.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful , comfortable room with large doors to a small balcony. The street can be noisy at night because of the excellent location on a small street with several nice restaurants and pubs.
Cons: Would have appreciated having more local information available in the small reception area.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Everything else the location and the price were great and it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Although it was a non-smoking room it smelled like it had been smoked in at some point. Probably not recently but it smelled like a smoking hotel room that has been cleaned.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Just steps from aquaduct. Coffee and food close by. Easy to get taxi Clean. Helpful staff.
Cons: Parking arrangements. Space hotel secured (about 17 euros) was not even for 24 hrs forcing us to find parking for a couple of hrs until we were ready to leave. That should have been explained when we booked parking with them. No elevator and we had heavy bags. Small for 2 people
7.9 Good
Cons: Room was a bit small
Duermevela Hostel - Segovia - Bedroom
13
8.7 Excellent (643 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Duermevela Hostel in Segovia (Segovia Old Town), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Segovia Aqueduct and 11 minutes by foot from Plaza Mayor. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
7.1 Good
Pros: It's kinda a big house, nice ambiance. Cool common room, great position just 2.min from the acqueduct (consider there is a quite big staircase to go from the entrance up to the main street level)
Cons: Average hostel, basic rooms, common rooms need to be cleaned better, tv at the top floor was not working. Basic welcome at arrival.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! Just 3 mins by walking to the city center. The attention was really good and the room was big enough :)
Cons: The bedroom hadn't any mirror or paper bin and that was a little bit uncomfortable. There was also a small emergency light that bothered us a little while sleeping.
7.5 Good
Pros: .I checked in after 8pm and they requested for id or passport copy check before my arrival so that they can give me the password to the hostel, because of privacy and sensitive data, i sent my id card copy to them by covering my ID number at first, however, they refused to accept it. I felt really unsecure and unsafe, but in order to secure of my room, i must have to send my id card without covering any personal sensitive data. At that time, i really wanted to complain to booking.com, however i didnt have time to do so as it was just one hour left before they were off duty.
Cons: Great location, walking distance from bus station and right in the main area. 4 bed dorm is cozy, there is kitchen for use. Breakfast isnt provided. I paid 2 eur for oats and toasts and sweetened milk.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great central location, close to the Acueducto. Nice comfortable hostel, good common areas, nice bathrooms, comfortable bunks with a light and power outlet. Really nice vibe.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, very close to the aqueduct. Staff is nice and helpful, provided good advises for exploring the place. The hostel is in a beautiful house, cozy feeling. Comfortable beds with lights and plugs and lockers.
Cons: Kitchen is very small and the light is poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hostels I have ever stayed. The location is out of this world and the hostel itself looks more like a house/home rather than a hostel. The staff was friendly and I liked my stay there.
Cons: Nothing bad at all.
7.9 Good
Pros: At least cobsider a hostel with bath towel. Kitchen use thing
Cons: Nil

Pros: Great location. Parking just in front for 20 Euros. Not fancy, but cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to main attractions. Great value.
Cons: I really liked it a lot. It's not fancy or luxury, but very cozy. Unbeatable value. No breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, easy walk from the bus station, and only minutes from the cathedral and Plaza Mayor. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was large and clean. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend for a stay in the beautiful city of Segovia.

Cons: Room was dark and very basic for a relative high price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is walking distance to all the attractions in Segovia. We loved and enjoyed our stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff friendly, helpful. Close to restos and aquaduct. Room with upstairs street view and big bed was better than photos. Used parking across street but.... (see dislikes below).
Cons: Very narrow streets, lotsa buses stop/pickup by and across street from hotel. There is an underground parking garage across the street but need to temp parking in front of hotel to have front desk to go with you to parking checkin machine. If garage has vacancy. Unable to reserve since garage is avail to public. Other available parking garages for overnight parking may not be closeby. No breakfast avail on-site and bar/resto next door only serves coffee and toast in mornings, so need to shop around for a full breakfast location. No breakfast didn't keep me from booking room.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay at night, 85 km from Madrid Barajas Airtport. Hotel is small and very basic, good choice on a way from Madrid to northern Spain.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A basic hotel with all you need. Easy to locate next to the high-way, easy free parking. Safe area and probably well located for hikes in the green nature around. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We used the hotel only as a stop-over one hour from Madrid airport. If you dine in the restaurant and take the fixed menu, then the price is fair, but if you choose something else it is not cheap.
Cons: Traffic noise was a little disturbing if you open the windows. No AC, but because of the high altitude not a real problem. Breakfast was not included, but in the bar you could order what you want and it was fine. No elevator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service very attentive during dining. Proper local atmosphere.
Cons: Breakfast very basic.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Style of building, and rooms, location, lack of pool and gym, too much like a conference centre
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great views. Lovely staff. High quality accommodation.
Cons: Probably a one-off but there were lots of boisterous young children that affected the ambience a little.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the check-in/ check out staff, the pool, the room was pretty good.
Cons: The restaurant staff needs lots of training. We were treated different from the other tables (maybe because he have two small kids or maybe because we are Latin Americans). For example besides the none friendly responses from the main waitress, we were not given a complementary snack before food was served as all other tables did. We were not offered bred and oil. We asked for cheese for the pasta bolognesa but they served it once we finish all other plates. When I complained the main waitress responded I thought you were served the complementary snack and offered the bread and oil.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel.....part of a centuries old monastery. Good onsite and free parking. Breakfast provided as part of the daily room rate. The hotel is only a short walk from one end of the 1st Century AD aqueduct. Highly recommended.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, very quiet room, delicious breakfast with Spanish and English dishes. Free parking was nice! Train station not that far way, either.
Cons: Location about a 15 minute walk along the aqueduct (can’t get lost!) to downtown. Wanted to see the chapel but was told it was closed that day but would be open the next day. Layout meant our window looked into the next building (no view) so be sure to ask at reception upon checkin if you want an unobstructed view.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. We change to the room with balcony with staff’s help. Great value for this price.
Cons: Cannot connect to Wifi all the time. Some rooms with windows facing inside.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was in a good location near the acquaduct and entrance into the old city. It was clean. The staff were friendly (though not all could speak English). If you aren't after anything fancy it would be sufficient.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable - you could feel the springs when lying down. The television on the wall was very small. The room had an musty smell whenever the window was closed. The room looked a bit shabby, they had taped together the broken rails of the bedhead, the paint was peeling in places. The emergency exit light was too bright in the room. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room which meant you were reliant on the food service places nearby for everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievable Amazing for the price

Cons: No Elevator.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good here - good comms before we arrived, helpful, friendly staff, a clean, well appointed room and very close to the interesting part of Segovia. A bonus for us was the secure, underground parking for our motorbike (10€ per night).
Cons: One slight snag in an otherwise great stopover - the wall between our room and the next was so thin it was as if the occupants next door were in the room with us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Top location, right in the centre, and it has parking (10 euro /night) good value and friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and nice staff.
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff and cleaning ladies are super helpful. The location is great. The place offers everything you need for short stay.
Cons: The walls are really thin. You can hear people talking next door. It can be noisy at night with people getting in/out. Shared bathroom idea is not perfect but doable.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff and a nice clean quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: It would be nice if breakfast was included.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was great right in the center. the accommodation was what we were expecting from the information received and the price. The breakfast was simple but good value.
Cons: Double bed a bit small . There was no hairdryer and as we were traveling I hadn't packed one.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location; cleanliness
Cons: Noise from inside; paper thin walls
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and charm !
Cons: Though the hostal appeared to be a bit quirky, actually the fact that it was formerly a 15th century Andalusian convent made sense. It quickly became comfortable especially with the facilities which included a hot pot, a microwave and a frig.

Pros: Excellent location 1-2 minutes from Acueducto de Segovia by foot. Big, comfortable and clean room. Although the outside temperature was very high our room was realy cool. Segovia is a magic city and we enjoyed our stay there. If you travel by car, the hostel can book a private parking very close with a good price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: clean, friendly, wonderful location to main square, aquaduct and such.
Cons: thin walls so you could hear talking trough the walls. parked the car for 20 minutes to find the hotel in a unknown meter spot and got a 80 Euro ticket!!!
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was nice. It was only two minutes away from The Roman Aqueduct. The area was quiet. However, the room we were given on the first day smelled badly of cigarettes. Needless to say, we are not smokers and this room affected our overall stay.
Cons: The first room given to us reeked of cigarettes. Despite our request to have the room changed, we were denied and weren't given any options on day one. On day two, my wife woke up sick because her asthma flared up due to the heavy cigarette smell in the room. We had to leave the room during midnight hours to have her breathe well again. The following day, our request to change the room was accepted but by then, my wife was too sick to enjoy our stay at Segovia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location right by the aqueduct and at the bottom of the old town so very easy to walk to all the sights. The car parking was very convenient too. The room was big enough with a large table to put all our things on. Staff very helpful and there was a freezer in the restaurant where we were able to keep our ice blocks for our cool box. Definitely recommend this hostal.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Segovia wonderful town and Hostel Jaime was very comfortable and clear place.
Cons: Wifi was enough weak, unusable. It works only close to the balcon. On occasion the other guests were a bit loud and noisy.

Pros: The wet facilities were inside, which made for a cosy, nice hotel room.
Cons: breakfast
5.0 Okay
