Pros. Isaac was super friendly and helpful.

Cons. The blanket had cigarette burns all over it and one of the pillows had makeup all over it (I don’t wear make up). I’ve stayed here before and it’s typically clean and have never had any problems so hopefully this isn’t the norm.

Pros. My bed was broken in my room. So I told them they gave us a different room and that room was dirty. Once again I went down. They gave us another room that was k. Then I the morning I checked out. Put my stuff in my car as I was getting ready to leave the property. I got a message from my credit card company there was a change on my card for them moving me to different room. So I want to the Front Desk lady there told me they can't remove the charge because there Manager is the only one who can do it and he was out of town.

Cons. Motel 6!

Pros. Staff was friendly enough and check-in and check-out were simple and easy.

Cons. There were rust stains in the bath tub, the A/C over the toilet would leak water so anytime you used the toilet you were dripped on, and the bed's springs were uncomfortable to sleep on. Found a long hair (I'm presuming from the maid?) in the bed.

Pros. Roxy the front desk attendant was very accommodating. After we were moved twice because we were put in dirty rooms, she comped our stay and apologized profusely.

Cons. The first room we were put in had trash all over the counters. The second room had hair all over the pillows. It look like a man had shaved over the bed. Because there was only one person on staff working the front desk, and the hotel was sold out for New Year's eve, she gave us sheets that we changed ourselves.

Pros. Not too much, for the money I wasn't sure what to expect.

Cons. The bed did not have a blanket, nor anywhere in the room. The carpet was dirty, needed at least vacuumed as there were crumbs everywhere. Had about a half a roll of toilet paper, no extras.

Pros. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons. WiFi not working extremely limited tv stations chair in room has visible stains in seat (wouldn't let my grandaughter sit in it) no bath items in room. We stayed 2 nights and they never gave us fresh towels had to go to the desk and get them.

Pros. The only things I liked were the shower, the bed, and the closeness to the Children's Hospital. My seven day old son had an appointment, and my wife and I thought it would be easier to travel twenty minutes, rather than two hours.

Cons. I had called the motel two days before and asked if they had a rollaway crib. The woman who answered the phone had said yes. However upon arrival I was informed that they no longer did that or had any to send up. As we walked into the elevator we noticed it was dirty. The floor we stayed on smelt of marajuana. I cannot fault a motel for what it's guests do, but that was not what I wanted my newborn to smell. The hall itself had dirt on the floor. There was a layer of dust on the sprinkler head in the room. While they did offer a refrigerator theye was a layer of frost built up so thick it did not allow the door to close. This was an issue as my son had medication that we had to keep in a cooler rather than the provided fridge. There was one working vending machine for soda, yet there were signs on our floor for one. When I found it it was unplugged and covered in dust. I have no problem with a motel doing construction, but there should be signs letting people know. I have photos and will be sharing all of this with the corporate office soon.
