Pros (+) Lovely resort overall. This is my third time staying here. Rooms are beautiful and clean, pool area is lovely, the resort both inside and outside is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great location next to the outlet mall. Food in restaurants are great, particularly enjoyed our meal at the Blackfish.
Cons (-) My only complaint is that all of the restaurants in the resort except for one is located in the casino section of the resort and although the restaurants themselves are non smoking you have to walk through the VERY SMOKEY casino floor to get to them. Pros (+) The hotel and conference facilities are top notch. The rooms were modern with extravagant amenities (3 shower heads, beautiful Salish native decor, tasteful lighting). The hotel is beautifully decorated with custom carpets adorned with native designs and native wood carvings and totem poles tastefully displayed throughout.
Cons (-) I am not used to being around cigarette smoke and while the casino wasn't incredibly smoky, as they have lots of fans and air filters, it was still noticeable.
Pros (+) It's a great place to stay! Clean and updated which is awesome! Rooms are very nice and bathrooms are great! Close to the outlet stores which is so handy and they also provide a shuttle.
Cons (-) Even though the rooms are non smoking the smoke from the casino, where you can smoke, is so thick, it filters through the air vents into the rooms and makes it highly unpleasant! I felt congested and coughed throughout the night. That would be my one big complaint when you're paying big bucks to stay there.
