The rooms are very comfortable, there's great restaurants on site and the staff is always helpful. Smoking in the casino.
The room was beautiful, large, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was gorgeous, and spacious. Lots of very nice touches. The included breakfast Buffett was amazing. That we only stayed one night. Can't wait to come back soon.
The service for food in the main dining room was very very slow. The steak took a hour and a half to get to the table.
Really nice and great for adults! Wish it was non smoking in the casino/restaurants to make it more kid friendly.
I loved the food in the Cedars Late Night Restaurant and the waiting staff there. The unfriendly and rude nature of 99% of the employees who work for this casino and resort.
The rooms are worth their value. the staff was also friendly and attentive
ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, SERVICE WAS GOOD SMOKING IN THE CASINO CAUSED DISCOMFORT. THERE SHOULD BE SOME TYPE OF BARRIER BETWEEN THE BUFFET AND THE CASINO.
While not in the plan, my husband caught a cold prior to arrival. He had a good night's sleep and a couple of showers to help ease his symptoms. The room was luxurious for me and comforting for him. I was able to go downstairs and gamble. This is silly. The super soft bath towels have too much fabric softener. It repels water.
I have stayed here for two Mother's Day occasions and in the past was satisfied with the location, T-spa, and room service. Many of the facilities were closed for no apparent reason and this was not mentioned to me during booking. There was also on-site construction that was noisy. The staff were very rude and the food from room service was burnt. I am heartbroken as this was a Mother's Day getaway which turned out terrible. Will never return.
Newly remodeled with high end finishes
We were celebrating a birthday. Had a great time.
Loved the room and spa like atmosphere in the room. Loved the Casino and the many choices of eating places. Only had ONE Ultimate Texas Holdem table - which was FULL the whole time - was not able to play at that, which is why I came to the Tulalip.
clean, close to the casino, and quiet
comfortable beds, awesome products pillows, good bath products, good selection for the breakfast items the eggs at the complimentary breakfast were sketchy!
breakfast, staff friendlyness no movies available
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of items and they even got gluten free bread and muffins for my daughter. I paid for a more expensive hotel with a POOL as I was traveling with teens and wanted to go to the casino. only to be told the day we got there they were draining the pool that day. Way to drop the ball kayak not telling me before hand. With nothing for kids to do I didn't get to the adult only actives.
It was close to the freeway, no noise from the neighbors 24 hour staff. Clean basic room Wasn't the best mattress, but far from the worst I've had. My room faced the freeway which got a bit noisy when the semi had his tire changed at 3 am
Check in process was easy and the price was very low. The room was outdated with old tv and the microwave didn't work and the iron was missing. Hotel is right next to freeway so traffic noise all night also there is a train that runs every couple hours. Seems to be in a shady part of town had a lot of strange people hanging around. A guy came pounding on my door at 2 In the morning. Wouldn't go away till I informed him I was armed. I would not stay here again. the money I saved staying here was not worth the experience.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were told our room was a non-smoking room. It was not. The smoke smell in the room was bad. We didn't tell the desk clerk because we were only going to be in the room for a few hours. Toilet seat was loose and slid when you went to sit down.
The initial room was very dirty. Carpet was dirty, chairs were dirty, but the most irritating was black mold above the shower and in other locations. Initially the front desk claimed there were no rooms available to change and sent a staff person to clean the mold. She was not prepared. She did not have the proper cleaning materials and most importantly, a mask to protect herself. We did not allow her to put herself in personal danger, and neither should have the motel management. After verification of the condition of the room, the front desk person made another room available which was much cleaner and ok for our family's stay. We did not expect this from a Comfort Inn. Black mold should never be so dangerously disregarded.
The beds. Oh the fantastic beds. The bed linens are amazing too. Love the Neutrogena products as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the clean, warm, minimalist design. The parking garage is awful. The spaces are way too small (and we had a compact). The hotel staff needs to monitor the garage better. Many guests were parking in two spots and effort I supposed to avoid door dings. This is extremely frustrating when all parking spots are taken. I counted at least three vehicles that had intentionally taken two spots over the course of a four day stay. Very thoughtless and rude. The staff needs to deal with these guests.
Very modern facilities, everything like new. Polite and friendly staff. Good layout. Secure underground parking. Pillows were a bit soft and the comforter was fairly heavy, so the bed was not the most comfortable. No view from our room overlooking alleyway. Not enough parking spaces for all guests overnight.
It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms comfy beds The parade is tight if you drive a truck, manageable but very tight
Room was clean. Free beakfast. Pool was small. No hot tub. Parking garage was a nightmare (all compact spots) and really full. Staff was rude. Next time I'll go to the Holiday Inn for nicer rooms, hot tube, and nice staff.
Super staff; courteous, helpful, and very professional. Room looked clean until further inspection. Too much dust, and the bathroom floor could've been cleaner.
Room was clean and had everything you need for a nights stay. Front desk person was nasty over the phone when I asked if they could match the Kyak rate. The trains across the street might as well be inside your room. THEY'RE LOUD!!!!
The business center allowed my husband to get his work done while we all slept. There was no high chair for eating breakfast. It was difficult to feed my family while keeping my 2 year old in a chair. It was frustrating to start my day with no high chair. The hotel wasn't family friendly to young families.
The breakfast was nice No shower pressure to toilet ran all night.. horrible smells in the hallway.
We used this hotel as a "base" for heading to the national parks in the area. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly. A little noisy next to the highway.
The breakfast was amazing. We also had a spacious room. Price was right!
Wonderful Host , Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful house. Simply a gem . The house is antique ...which is beautiful. However there were too many antiques in the room, which caused fear that we may accidently break something. The room should be a bit less cluttered. Also it was missing a coffee machine with which to brew tea.
This Home/ Bed & Breakfast was wonderful, quiet, clean, and everything we expected. The breakfast was delicious, blueberry french toast with fresh squeezed orange juice, hot coffee, all located in the formal dining room.
My husband and I stayed 9 nights in this lovely historic home. Carol, the innkeeper, made us feel very welcome, comfortable and completely at home. She served wonderful breakfasts. I would highly recommend Bayside B and B. Dave and Teddi no
The Bayside B & B is a beautifully home. Our stay was relaxing and hotel employee was a very gracious host. The hot water could have been a bit hotter.
Stayed for our third wedding anniversary in the King Spa suite. Our experience was better than our honeymoon hotel by Disneyland. Hospitality was so warm and friendly, we felt more like we were at home than on an overnight stay. Complimentary breakfast was beyond delicious! We plan to return in the future!
Convenient location, great price, fridge and microwave in room, hot breakfast, passes to a great fitness center, all staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again and again. The neighborhood isn't that great and you can hear people outside at all hours of the night. I usually stay four nights and five days so the breakfast gets old by the third morning. Would be nice if they changed the menu every other day.
Clean. Close to freeway but don't hear traffic. Excellent breakfast!
Renovation work in progress...being handled carefully. Folks are friendly. Breakfast was nice. Not in a great part of town. Rooms need some freshening up, starting to look a little old.
Clean rooms, decent beds, great breakfast. Our car was broken into while in their parking lot. Their security cameras are not effective and don't cover the parking area. Management wouldn't even call the police for me, and I was told that they didn't really know how to operate their cameras. They were not too sympathetic, even though we had parked where we were told to. although the hotel offers a great breakfast, is clean, we will not venture there again.
left my laptop in room. Staff mailed it to my home. That is great service!
Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Good location. Not enough reading lamps in the room.
It's conveniently located at the I5 and Hwy 2 interchange. The hotel is basic but clean and well staffed. Road construction across the street could be heard in the room (jackhammer) during weekday business hours.
Cheack in and out was fast house keeping was just not seen and did a great job Parking was scarey
The front counter clerk was extremely friendly. The room had a oder during the stay.
Staff was very friendly, lobby and breakfast area nicely updated. Room was very clean and looked nice. Unlike lobby, rooms and hallways are incredibly outdated. There also was a musty, wet smell all over the hotel. Room was nice but also had a small funky smell and beds were not comfortable at all.
Beds were nice. The location was in a horrible part of town, the rooms were outdated, unclean, noisy. and the staff charged my husband's credit card again for the room. Said she couldn't look it up to see if we paid the room or not. Still haven't been credited back yet. Will NEVER stay there again!!
We stay here whenever we are visiting family in Marysville. This is your basic mid-priced hotel. The full breakfast is wonderful and time saving. The rooms are larger than normal and clean. They are remodeling the facility so it can only get better than it already is. The laundry also comes in handy if you are saying a while. Nothing
Nothing They wouldn't let us stay because we were not 21, but the law says we could have stayed. It ruined all of our plans and made prom really uneventful.
The staff were wonderful. We booked La Quinta because they are pet friendly and we were traveling with a small dog. The staff made us and the dog feel welcome. Even came out to greet and play with the dog. Just a bit tricky to get to but otherwise fine. Our dog hated the elevator.
Nice place to stay. Very close to our conference site. Impressed with the quietness considering it was next to I-5. Nice breakfast menu.
Reception was professional & friendly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the ambiance was quiet. There was also a junior hockey team staying on the same night and the staff was able to check us into a room well away from the boys.
Very good stuf and it was close to what I want Every thing was good
Excellent service and location!
Good value for the money; clean, comfortable, easy access off the highway. The highway noise was too loud with the window open, so we had to leave it closed.
This is a comfortable hotel that would rate 3 stars. The breakfast could have been a bit tastier as the omlettes were pre-made and a bit rubbery. I feel a simple continental breakfast would have been just fine .
Very nice staff. Difficult entryway for disabled people. Parking has very narrow ramp to door. If it's raining though there is no cover. Unlike other La Quintas this was an older property than I expected and was a bit run down.
the nite shift desk ckerk was extremely helpful, he even printed off a map for me for the next days trip
The staff at front desk absolutely excellent. First rate service. Trying to find the hotel at night. Very difficult.
Price Quiet Friendly staff Rooms need updating Fitness faculty needs free weights Could hear people in rooms next to me, but wasn't horrible
Courteous employees Very helpful all the way Closeness to gas station/trailer park Suspicious movements around the facility
The suites were spacious. The breakfast was good.
The stay was amazingly uncomfortable. Desk guy was very rude, and not efficient. It seemed like his only job was to disappoint and aggravate people. We made a reservation through Kayak, which they eventually found (But they hadn't set aside a room for us) So they charged us even MORE money for a smoking room with a fridge that we did not want or need. The location I can only describe as ghetto. There was an arrest being made when we arrived, and from there the location seemed to get seedier and seedier as the night progressed. Our air conditioner did not work, and the room smelled of something awful. I cannot even describe what the smell was. It honestly smelled like something had recently died in the room and they had simply sprayed febreeze to cover it up. The cost, location, lack of clean towels and not working air conditioner made this experience pretty terrible. To top it off, I had to check to make sure that my car wasn't broken into many times during the night as a bunch of people were simply loitering around the area. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Denny's on the same lot, so a short walk to a meal. Bad area, but we stayed there for the cheap price, so you can't expect much. The room was clean, but very bare-bones, no art or decor. No shampoo or conditioner in the room, and no late checkout available.
The staff was kind and polite I specifically requested a non-smoking room because of health issues. I was given a room in a building where, even though the sticker on the door states non-smoking if was definitely a smokers room, complete with ash tray and all. But it was supposedly their last room. Very disappointed. But it was late and I needed a place. Apparently there is a different building that is truly for non smokers.
Location and recent update The mattress and noise levels due to the closeness of the I-5 freeway
cheap room was smokey, everybody staying there seemed to be smoking right outside of their room. Truly a no-frills experience. Wifi isn't free and didn't work right when paid.
Comfortable bed, easy access from highway, close to restaurants. Room could have been more thoroughly cleaned.
Quiet stay. I had no disturbances. Front desk is staffed overnight, but I guess that's normal. I arrived after midnight and was in my room after just a few minutes at the counter. Continental breakfast. Great price! While I was eating breakfast, a staff member (the owner?) yelled at a woman for coming back in and getting another apple for breakfast. Apparently, she had already eaten and the owner didn't like her coming back... Give me a break, it's an apple and Washington is full of them. I would stay here again though. It beats paying Seattle prices and isn't too far away.
Checking in at 11pm - first room we were sent to wasn't even clean, like someone had just checked out. Front desk DID immediately correct the problem with another room.
Water pipe broke around 4:00 am. Office stated that a plumber had been called but at 10:00 my husband went down and got two coffee cups of hot water and we had a sponge bath as we needed to leave. I feel there should have been some kind of compensation as the room cost over $100. The staff was apologetic but not helpful. We didn't have any water and had to walk over to the gas station to buy some water to drink. Did not respond or compensate for a difficult situation which created a very negative experience at the hotel.
Nothing Front desk guy was rude
We were just passing through the Canadaian Rockies and enjoying all the beautiful sites. Our trip was from Missouri up through KS, NE, WY, MT, into Calgary and across through Banff, Lake Louise, Golden, back into WA, OR, CA. so we had lots of opportunities to choose our overnight stays, We enjoyed the cleaniness, friendly staff, and all the ammentities offered to us during our overnight stay. WE would definitely return again some time. WE cannot say we found anything that dissppointed us during our stay here.
I was very disappointed in the breakfast
It had the basics of everything and the room was clean. The room was a non smoking room and it stunk of cigerattes. Very disappointing to walk into and the smell never left the room. Didn't like the location of the inn, it was difficult to get into and leave.
location, pretty safe feeling for cost and location got locked out of bathroom, dime bag of weed outside door, couldn't get an extra pillow in the week stay, super old tv
Staff was really nice and very helpful. Beds were a little uncomfortable.
Straight forward typical road motel..dated in the late 80's or early 90s...no expected frills...good desk person
