Pros (+) When we explained our issues with our room & found out there were no other rooms available, the person at the front desk gave us a refund without too much fuss. She first offered us air freshener, and when we declined she asked "is it really THAT bad?" which was bit of a turn-off, but we were thankful that she refunded us quickly.
Cons (-) When we first arrived, we had to call because the person who was working the front desk was away cleaning rooms (about 5:00 pm). When we got to our room, the TV had been left on & was blaring. Unfortunately, there wasn't a remote control, and we couldn't turn it off.
