Pros. The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly.~ Best service we've ever received in Mexico!!! The food at "Cilantro's" was amazing!! The facilities are spotless, and the beach location is one of the best in Mazatlán!!
Cons. The rooms could have kept their original "Mexican Style" and should have been less "minimalistic" ~ A small in-room fridge is definitely required, the same as a drawer-chest for clothing! The shower temperature could have been more stable. ~ Extreme hot and cold fluctuations experienced at all times:-( The hotel website "should" be updated. ~ The rooms and pool shown on the webpages no longer exist!!
Cons. Under construction, no people at pool, Oceanfront restaurant closed
Pros. The Beach and the pools were great.
Cons. We came for a three day vacation, we had not had one in 4 years. Upon check in the hustled us for the all inclusive. I was on the fence, my partner said it sounded good. I really just wanted to get my behind to the beach. Gullemina made some reservations for us for breakfast and we were all set. Turns out, breakfast was not optional and it was a presentation to buy a time share. We had no idea. We lost half a day of our three day vacation to a presentation where we were chastised for not taking such a deal. We were paraded through emerald bay, the nicer resort and promised breakfast. We went PAST the gorgeous breakfast and into a dark room where we served ourselves from a stale buffet. Irritated is a mild way to put our feelings at this point. That and the room (at the older resort) was dark and dingy, the beds were full size with plaster head boards, the lighting was AWFUL and the all inclusive, if you dont want to leave the resort, which is the point, was REALLY limiting. The food in Mazatlan is AMAZING - if we didn't get the all inclusive we could've eaten some amazing things....So all in all we were disappointed. They robbed us of good food and half a day but mostly it just felt shady.
Pros. Location is great and the men in the valet parking and bell boys are so nice and very helpful
Cons. Cilantros restaurant is terrible, food is not good and the service was poor. Usually all restaurants have good service around there so I was very surprised
Pros. The facility is great and the staff is over-the-top helpful. From the check-in front desk people, to the maid service, to the wait staff throughout the facility. Had a great time and looking forward to the next time we can visit.
Cons. Felt disappointed when we couldn't eat more because the food was great. We were also very sad when we had to leave. About the only negative thing I would say is the air conditioning system Worked OK, but wasn't great. All in all, great time.
Cons. Wifi extra $ per dsy
Cons. We prepaid eight months in advance, and at check-in was told that the hotel did not have a room for us. They moved us to a sister property that was 20 minutes away. Only to have us moved back to the original property without any explanation. I would skip this hotel and opt for an Airbnb condo with a pool next time.
Pros. By the beachfront in a clean beautiful site Close to restaurants and bars, they also have sport activities
Cons. They have all inclusive and none inclusive and for what I paid it was expensive non all inclusive. They charge $ 15.00 dollars to use their W F. Per day.
Pros. Everyone was super nice great service it was totally worth it.
Cons. Wifi was the only problem. It was terrible.
Cons. Es muy molesto tanto vendedor en la playa.
