Pros: This was an amazing little bed and breakfast close to Allegheny College. We were there to visit the college and Sharon was very accommodating. She had repeat visitors and if our daughter goes there, we will be back!
Cons: right on the road. Heavy truck traffic, vey noisy, cobwebs....
Pros: No drama. No hassle. Nice remodel. Clean. Pleasantly suprised.
Cons: The bed was horrible. Barking dogs. Dogs allowed in any room, not good for those of us with allergies
Pros: Close to interstate.
Cons: The room was overpriced. There was a large gap under and on the side of the door to the outside. There was not much in the way of hot water for a shower at 5:30AM. There was pizza from a previous guest left in the refrigerator.
Pros: Easily accessible
Pros: I liked the hotel I just hated the fact that I was force to pay with my credit card instead of being able to pay with cash upon arrival
Pros: Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access off the highway.
Cons: TV picture wasn't great. Small room. It was OK since I was traveling solo, but would have been cramped for a family.
Pros: Price was good. Morning desk clerk was nice
Cons: Evening desk worker was not helpful, took a long time to check us in and couldn't answer question (tall, thin blonde girl). Room was tiny
Pros: STAFF WAS GREAT WAS A BIG HELP !
Pros: The location was excellent. Very easy to get to right of Interstate. The breakfast was by far very good for hotel breakfast food.
Cons: The room was exceptionally small.
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: The day we arrived, my 2 year old daughter found a used ladies razor on the desk in our room. Fortunately, my husband saw it just as she grabbed it and took it away from her and threw it away but I don't understand how it was missed by house keeping.
Pros: Nice staff, friendly, clean rooms
Cons: No, it met our expectations for what we were looking for during our stay
Pros: The location was great .The staff was friendly.
Cons: The continental breakfast is a good idea however for practical purposes there are too many carbs. We had to go out to get some proteins such as eggs because of eating needs.
Pros: Easy off and on the highway. Restaurant just next door. Staff were pleasant.
Cons: The caulking around the toilet was rotting, fixtures in bathroom were rusty and sheets appeared clean but had stains. Ceiling was stained from heat.
Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: Mattress sank in the middle. Linen and towels poor quality. Smell not good. Continental breakfast not fresh. Needs fresh carpet or clean carpet
Pros: It was quiet and clean
Cons: We were supposed to have a queen sized bed and it was barely a full size made it quite uncomfortable to share a very tiny bed for 3 days
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, free internet, comfort of the bed, noon check-out time
Cons: The decor was really bad, but once the lights were out...
Pros: The quality, cleanliness and design of the shower. Sound-dampening of the room was great.
Cons: Breakfast was scheduled to be served from 6 to 11 but the sausages were all gone, everyday, by 6:45. Not one of the staff greeted me or looked me,in my face while doing business. The night guys knew nothing about the key cards or laundry room.
Pros: The thing I liked best was that this hotel was clean! It also had a deep bottomed corner shower with a seat that was big enough for two!
Cons: Breakfast could have been a little better. There were no eggs. Most hotels I've been to at least have boiled eggs.
Pros: Quick and easy check in. Stairs and elevators were easy to access.
Cons: The breakfast machines were all broken in the morning. The non smoking floor smelled like smoke.
Cons: Drug use. Girl overdosed in building kids trying to sneak her out the back of building had to call the police.Managment allowed there stay after the incident night shift receptionist very ignorant.Other than that incident its ok
Pros: The price was great considering it was a Saturday night. The beds were firm, but soft on the top. Best sleep I''''ve had in days! The breakfast was nothing great, but at the price was very fair.
Cons: Actually nothing.
Pros: We did like the location. The room was clean. We did like the breakfast. We were not happy with the staff.
Cons: Check in was 3pm. We needed to be in the room at 1pm. We called the hotel directly the day before to inquire about checking in early. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived to check in we were told no we were misinformed and couldn't check
Pros: Perfectly located between Meadville and Conneaut Lake, right next to the Interstate to Erie and Pittsburgh.
Cons: Older facility. Musty odor to hallways, thin bath towels , no room refrigerator albeit advertisement stated there would be one in each room, paltry continental breakfast with no fruit or yogurt, very thin bath towels.
Pros: I liked that there was heat.
Cons: My overall experience was awful. It smelled old, there wasn't any garbage bags in the cans. And the beds were digusting.
Pros: The indoor pool was nice
Cons: Hotel was understaffed. One front desk clerk and a line of people. The room types I booked were not available so three of our kids were on a different floor. Room was full of cobwebs and we killed three spiders.
Pros: The locks on the door worked
Cons: The photo of the pool / hot tub makes the hotel seem family friendly, but the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold, dirty and in need of repair. I did not allow my kids to swim in it. All of the rooms are not in one building, and contrary to the web page description, the building we were assigned did not have wireless internet available. The beds were soft, the carpeting and curtains were stained, and the air conditioner was loud and struggled to keep the room cool.
