Ruve Al Madinah Hotel

The hotel is well located for a short walk to the haram and the ladies section. The staff were all great. We were arriving very late and informed them so we had no issues on arrival. Our Room was ready and we were attached to a suite so had some extra space.

Nice and clean. The hotel and room was clean. The staff in reception and room services were excellent. I managed to check in early. The staff in reception were very kind, professional and very helpful.

Break fast was delicious. The hotel is nearby the harem but the staff professionalism isn't up to the mark. The breakfast is good and has a variety of food.

Shuttle service (additional charge) is available for transportation. The hotel is close to the Haram Alnabowi and there are groceries and shopping area around.

This hotel is advertised as a 3 Star, but it should really be a 5 Star, everything was exceptional, we were given a king size room with sofas which was huge and spacious, the service was excellent from housekeeping and reception staff.

Some guests mentioned slow water drainage in the showers, so it's advisable to check the drainage in the room before settling in.

The hotel is located very close to the Prophet's Mosque, making it convenient for those visiting the mosque frequently.

Despite being designated as non-smoking, some guests reported encountering smoking in non-smoking rooms due to neighboring guests. It's advisable to confirm the hotel's smoking policy upon check-in.
