Excellent 9.6
Pros: The view from the room and the hotel restaurant is stunning ! The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is very easy to find.
Good 7.1
Pros: Spacious room with scenic views from balcony. Good seating areas in the communal rooms. The pool was an attraction but with limited seating around it.
Cons: The hotel does not have an outside seating area in which to enjoy the warm weather. The swimming pool closes for the season on 22 September which is far too early. The seating on the room balconies is uncomfortable. The bedrooms are in need of updating - floor tiles loose and ill fitting cupboard doors.
Good 7.5
Pros: Good location close to the center. Great views of the town and harbor.
Cons: The hotel could use some renovation. Things are not shiny.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The view from the rooms!
Cons: Slightly out of the cbd
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A lovely facility with friendly staff. Plenty of room, good breakfast. Quiet and with a nice view.
Cons: It's a bit of a hike up the hill, but it yields a lovely view, once you arrive.
Good 7.5
Pros: Espectacular views over Melilla. Parador-style. Less historic building than many others, though.
Cons: Surrounding area icl. parks/gardens are in construction, machine noise etc. Staff a bit suspicious. Perhaps less welcoming when traveling with kids.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel's site perched on a hilltop with views all around including views of the old castle was very good. It was also wonderful to stay in what appeared to be a 1950's building with exceptional public rooms.
Cons: nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great from the staff to the room, definitely stay here if you are coming to Melilla.
Cons: There was nothing not to like for me.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good view of the city, mediterranean sea, sunset .. Nice restaurant with good Breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Las vistas sobre la ciudad son espectaculares. Wonderful views over the city.
Good 7.0
Pros: excellent elevated location, great views all over the town, still just 5 min walk to city center with all different shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is nice with stunning views over the old town, Breakfast is nice (specially the freshly prepared eggs in virgin olive oil - made to your liking). We can also recommend having dinner there.
Cons: The service at the hotel bar is sometimes kind of (very) slow, whenever the restaurant in the hotel is busy (bar and restaurant staff are the same). Only very few staff speak some English (but everyone is very helpful!)
Good 6.0
Pros: Special thanks to the kitchen! Dinner was very enjoyable in all aspects (interior of the restaurant, service and quality of delicious dinner)
Cons: -----
Good 6.4
Pros: The only decent hotel in Melilla. Good breakfasts but only passable dinners.
Cons: Almost deserted at the end of August, we were the only ones in the dining room and the dinners were not good by Parador standards.

Okay 5.0
Pros: the staff - and nothing else
Cons: Is this a set for the next Steven King movie - is this hotel actually 'open'?Front room grand prix noise so upgrade to a Junior suite. TV impossible to work. But the best was that the A/c was 'FAKE' it did now work and the staff had to get it going - and turned it off if you turned your back. No lift - why in this modern new 'riad' which it is not. This is the most expensive and worst 'hotel' we have staying in Morocco over 2 weeks - simple - don''t go - sorry about the two staff (newcomer and cook) who were lovely and should get a job at a good place
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Once through the front door his place is a palace. I can't praise it highly enough. What beautiful place, and thanks for a bountiful breakfast.
Cons: The location. You have to realise that this is an amazing place to stay but you will need a taxi to get into the more central parts of Nador unless you are happy to walk 20 minutes or so through urban Moroccan streets. Not a problem for us, but I know not everyone would be happy with this.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very lovely staff and beautiful riad
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The area was alive with street life. We were the only tourist but the staff may me realize it was a very safe area. I felt we were part of a National Geográfica photo story. The sights were as if we had gone back more than a hundred years, I was amazed. Getting to the Riad was difficult as we took a ferry from Spain . When we arrived the bank machines were broken and and the exchange counter had closed around 4pm. Thank goodness for the security guard who helped us haggle in Arabic to get a crazy ride with all the euro coins I could find. 11€. I would highly recommend this experience to a well prepared and adventurous tourist. Very authentic city and a safe relaxing place to stay the night or 2 nights.
Cons: I felt that it was expensive but I understand that it is not a major tourist destination so in the need to pay for the Riad with a small amount of travelers staying in Nador.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel was very clean and exotic with its superb Morrocon Riad style and extremely kind and helpful staff.
Good 7.9
Pros: Very nice and clean, Moroccan style.
Cons: Far from city center
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The Hotel decoration was really gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: The location doesn't seem to be as beautiful as the hotel (we didn't explore it very much).

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Crossing a land border into a new country is always a bit crazy. The Spanish-Moroccan border is incredibly so. The guy working at the hotel was really friendly, helped us change money, recommended some places to us to go
Good 7.5
Pros: Is ok
Cons: No wachine machine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location of the apart hotel was very good. There were a lot of places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner juste few meters away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The gentleman who was in charge of the reception was very kind. He was always ready to help in all the things that we needed: He lent us some local money to have dinner and walked with us to the place where could buy our food as we arrived in the late evening. Finally, the relation between quality and cost was excellent (many similar appartments in more remote areas of the city were as expensive as this one). The Internet connection was very good. It was possible to park the car in front of the hotel during the night (however, you were supposed to move the car in the morning, as there area is reserved for taxis during the day time).-
Cons: Everything was just fine! This is actually not a complain, but be aware that most people in Morocco do not speak English. However, though you may have this language barrier, you will immediately see that people there are very kind and always eager to help in all the things that you may needed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a whole apartment to ourselves. Beds were comfortable and the living space was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They not only allowed us to leave our bags in the concierge for the day we checked out but also printed out our plane tickets for not cost!
Cons: It was a little difficult communicating with the staff as I was only the one who understood french in our group of three. My friends only knew english and spanish and we recommend increasing the personnel who speak other languages in the hotel.

Mediocre 2.5
Cons: Is very service and staff not help full Ask just for save good and not body help And Their room was very dirty and it was not clean at all Price is very expensive
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast, rooms, view and location were all good.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast for 3 euros was ok menu del dia in upstairs restaurant good food and value. Its where the locals eat!
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location. Room was really comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and lounge area which are great for socialising.
Cons: View from the balcony was disappointing, not the sea view that was advertised.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great value for money. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: The restaurant menu needs more and better choices. Quality of some items could have been better.
Okay 4.0
Cons: My room had a very musty smell and the breakfast chef was a rather disagreeable person who didn't seem to like the fact that I dibn't want my coffee until I had finished the other items.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Well located close to the ferry terminal Good size room with balcony
Cons: Breakfast (€3) was disappointing. Chairs for the balcony would have been nice
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel has a great location as it's really close to the city center, the beach and the old city (Melilla la vieja). It's very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is pretty good, however, it has limited options. I would encourage you to try breakfast at different cafes around the city!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good location. Large room with balcony. Fast wifi.
Cons: Receptionist isn't helpful with tourist advice.
Okay 4.7
Pros: free internet access, good location, nice staff, good coffee in the cafeteria, nice view from the upper floors
Cons: staff speaks only Spanish, the extra service for washing clothes is too expensive at 3 Euro per piece and additional 3 Euro per piece for ironing, breakfast was poor
Okay 5.7
Pros: Nice staff, a big room.
Cons: I reserved a non smoking room, but the room had an sigarett smell.
Good 6.7
Pros: The staff didn´t speak English, but were really nice and helpful and we worked it out somehow. The standard of the hotel is far from luxurious, but our rooms were big and with balconys facing the Old Town. The restaurant has a great view of Melilla, friendly staff, but poor food. Have a drink there and eat in the numerous great cafés and restaurants in the area. We had to postpone our arrival at some hours notice, but got an extra night for free. If I go back to Melilla, I´ll probably stay there again, as my over all experience was good. The location is very good. The Tourist information office just around the corner was a great asset, as I don´t speak any Spanish. We rented a car, and had no problems parking close to the hotel every day.
Cons: The food, but that was no problem as there are plenty of alternatives very close to the hotel.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Location is Good. Nice hotel staff
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great views of the sea. Comfortable bed and powerful shower.
Cons: No bedside light, just the big ceiling light. No lift.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Good hotel, got a nice room with sea view due to the low-season with few tourists. Situated very close to the sea and beach. No breakfast in low-season, but a nearby coffe shop had an excellent breakfast to very reasonable price. Also located close to the city center and a 20 minutes walk to the very nice and new railway station.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is well-located, near the seafront and right in the town. The staff were very friendly, and our room had a balcony which went around the corner of the building so we got a sea view (of sorts, anyway). There's a fast-food place right next door, and several cafes and restaurants in easy distance - also, the main souk is quite nearby.
Cons: For Morocco, it was at the more expensive end of the spectrum. The room was also fairly basic, and the hotel could do with a bit of maintenance. Overall, though, not bad.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Very kind and helpful

Pros: Location not good, far from citycenter and from seafront BUT you can take a minitaxi for ten dirhams ( equal more or less one euro ) and let you drive in ten minutes to both of them e.g. to the restaurant of the Mercurehotel and price differential, for a room there is many times the price of two minitaxifares.
Cons: See above
Good 7.5
Pros: The hotel is ok
Good 7.1
Pros: Everything was good: staff, room, comfort, cleanliness... One remark: breakfast can be improved.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful, hardworking working and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was well made, the staff were attentive and provided help whenever need. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is excellent value for money and in a good location to shops and restaurants from walking distance. Stayed there a number of nights. I will return and stay again.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: breakfast good
Cons: the room 306 was 30 degrees on arrival told air con off in winter i told them it was far to hot stay in there as the afternoon sun was like a oven moved across the corridor to room 307 witch was the shade side not very good for a 4 star hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Brilliant location. Comfy rooms. And great staff
Cons: The lunch menu
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is situated near the seafront in walking distance from Melilla Viejo and the main town. The room was large, clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice.
Cons: They only had butter at breakfast, no margarine.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel was nice and breakfast was very good. Bed was super nice and comfy, big room and bathroom. Helpful staff that changed my room when the first room they gave me had been smoked in.
Cons: The noise! There was an amusement park right next door to the hotel, so did not sleep for 3 days....Not sure if this is open all year round or just for for certain periods, but the hotel management should have ensured that/negotiated that the park closed earlier. Every night it ended after 2-3 am....
Good 7.0
Pros: Central location. Small terrace. Kind enough to print some documents for us.
Cons: Starting to look a little tired. Broken mirror in bathroom, cheap laminate flooring in room. Room was spacious but the space is not utilised well, just vast emptiness. Bar selection very poor. Price a little high. Air conditioning was unable to cool, only heat, no matter what mode it was in.
Good 6.3
Pros: The people were moderately friendly.
Cons: The hotel is overpriced. Many things are old or broken. Like the shower needed some attention and new parts. We paid €100 for a basic room, nothing accommodating or comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: Large, clean modern hotel in a very good position.
Good 6.7
Pros: Traditionally looking but, as a whole, a modrn hotel with good service. A centrally situated good "base" for a weekend-trip.
Cons: Poor knowlwdge of English among the staff
Good 6.3
Pros: The location by the port was excellent. The rooms & amenities were great.
Cons: I was shocked that being so close to Morrocco they did not accept dirhams. There are no restaurants close to the hotel and the hotel bar closed at 11 so we had no place to buy food or bottled waterafter arriving late. The mini bar was not well stocked.

Pros: Very clean and the staff were very polite and nice. Good view and location of hotel.
Cons: The lift was very slow and was always broken. The cleaning staff were always opening the room door to look to see if we are inside which was very rude as they could’ve knocked to ask. It was very intrusive and often caught us off guard but other than that they were very polite.

Okay 5.4
Pros: It is quite a central place. Easy to find close to the bus station. Best option in town, but still...
