room ok bathroom very poor service exelent location ok I have a complaint with manager LOURES I let a note to be contact me about my problems
Great location right on the city's Zocalo (central square), and also close to Zocalo Metro station - front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful - old-style elevator requires call button and hotel staff person to operate - lower wall part of staircase covered in blue and white tiles (similar to House of Tiles) - public areas and room were clean
No refrig in room - no way to control temperature (except to open window) - TV connection/signal was poor - bed was hard and pillows were lumpy
The hotel is next to the zocalo and on a pedestrian street.
The restaurant was overpriced.
Everything was very old
There was a great bakery next door,
this is a terrible place to stay. Beds are like concrete. Hotel is noisy all the time. Preserved room service for 8:00am and they forgot about it. No coffee, cream or sugar in rooms. Warm bottles of water. Seriously, DONT STAY HERE
The Best Western® Hotel Majestic is a four star property located in the Zocalo, the heart of downtown Mexico City facing the National Palace, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the city government buildings and only two blocks from the Aztec Temples. We are a seven story building from the beginning of the century, where Barroque style can be admired in the main lobby, and the stone work, carved wood, bronze and 'talavera' of Puebla mix in a unique way. The rooftop La Terraza Restaurant offers the best view of the Zocalo. Enjoy your stay.
