The result is an ultra-cool, intimate South Beach hotel and sexy place to stay when visiting one of the world's most popular destinations.
it looks nothing like the pictures posted. The hallways were filthy. The rooms weren't that clean either. They charge $16 extra per night once you get there. The pool wasn't even filled. Great location but that is about it.
There was no room service and when we asked for wash cloths, we were told to pick them up at the reception desk
I had to travel to Miami Beach for work and this hotel is definitely NOT what is shown in the pictures posted in Kayak. The hotel was dirty; the room was advertised as a room with a balcony and definitely was not a balcony, room smelled bad. The facilities are not taken care of and my room wasn´t well cleaned. There was also a stain on the wall, like drips from a drink or something. I was staying for 2 nights, had to leave the next day to another hotel. Travel to Miami a lot for work, will never go again or recomend it to anyone.
There was nothing i like
I walked in and right back out this is sopossed to be a 3 star hotle i rate it a negative 3 we got there and they told us there was a problem and we were not going to beable to have a balcony witch was what we paid for she asked us if we really needed it, she webt to the back and came right back and said ill just move tge reservation that isnt here yet. The pic are nothing what this hotle looks like. The numbers on the rumber had figures of naked people. The hotle was hot from the moment we walked in. The room had an old beat up desk and was really ugly. We still try to give it a try we went to look at the balcony or what they call a balcony because that is definitely not a balcony. When you first walk out theres a small chilling area but there was no chairs or anything the theres a curtain witch you think leads to the actual balcony but you go out side and you have all the rooms directly infront of you and the side this area looks like a huge shower or was gross i didnt even care that theres $130 penalty for leaving i wouldnt stay there if they paid me.
Location is perfect. Close to everything.
200$ for a night it's not cheap. I was expected for more. I won't come back there again.
Room were nicely update, bed was comfy staff very efficient and super close to everything Inc beach.
One of the workers "Josie" was very helpful and accommodated on some technical difficulties...it was a clean, spacious hotel and near all the hot spots.
The 1at hotel rep I had to deal with was a bit rude and I was so agitated that I forgot her name. Due to the free shuttle bus being out of service was an inconvenience. Especially since I had to call and ask where the shuttle was after waiting over a hour. Glad it was close to bus stop and was a 15min ride by transportation.
The staff was amazing. Francesco and the owner were so accommodating .
Rollaway beds needs to be updated. That was the only issue we had
The location was good
The pool was headed even though it was summer?
The aircon wasn't working so we got to change rooms
When addressing the malfunctioning aircon we were promised service staff to look at it which they never did. So we had to sleep in a very hot room (mid july) buut at least got a bigger and nicer room the next day. The staff in reception were very polite and service minded but the Valet parking service was terrible. The staff there was extremeliy rude on check-in as well as departure. Also the wait
The location and the room
noise during the night, too cold the climatization
Extremely noise air conditioning system poor lighting in coridors
Helpful staff. Cleanliness. Good location.
Dim lighting. No vending machines on each floor. Not enough electrical sockets.
