Pool area and bar was nice.
Elevator was very slow only two available.
Close to the airport, very nice staff and everything was clean
Not include breakfast but It was good
Great hotel super close to the airport!
Staff was friendly and rooms were nice! The location was great - close to the airport and lots of food options in the hotel and walking distance around it. Shuttle was very convenient.
The shuttle seemed randomly timed even though we were told it would be there every half hour on the half hour. Had to wait about 45 minutes for it but not that big of a deal.
I liked the design of the hotel, it has a restaurant/bar, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.
It was a bit confusing at first to me to have someone separate from the front desk dealing with packages and then charge you 1.00 per day per package, but it worked out in the end...just was a bit of a hassle at first.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean.
The bed was too soft for my bad back.
I describe the Regency Hotel Miami as Airport Hotel
Lobby bar is nice, as well as the room was good. The sleep quality is excellent. I was in one of the rooms in the 6th (top) floor.
The girl from front desk when I arrived she was a little rude at times, and no cooperative at all, for example I need a knife or scissors to cut something on my luggage and called the front desk and she said, OK, bring your luggage down here I can't send anyone upstairs to help you and hang off the phone. The hotel should check the customer opinions and they don't do that. The pool was dirty, the water was not clear at all. I did not get into there.
The staff was quite keen to provide friendly service.
Restaurant was lacking. Location has not a lot of entertainment or dining options very close. Needs updating. And fewer roosters in the morning.
I needed a nite to catch a plane and it was perfec
The staff was friendly and efficient, The room was well equipped. Plugs were well placed and enough for my electronics and the TV had a sleep timer which I like.
The toilet had to be rattled to stop it from flushing and the hair blower kicked off and I couldn't get it to go back on, using the switches the causes it to go off. It could have had more, brighter lighting. there was only coffee for one cup.I wanted to tell them about the hair blower and toilet, but they were too busy and my shuttle arrived.
Place was clean, and good location.
Price... kyak charged $200 for a Saturday night. Called to book the same room for a second night sunday direct and was charged $150. Cancelled Saturday due to a cancelled flight. Then after arriving in miami Saturday night at almost midnight after finding another flight I was charged $240.
The hotel is only about 7 - 10 minutes from MIA. The night manager was very friendly and great to deal with. The room and bathroom were clean.
Everything in the room felt dated The bathroom was right out of the seventies or eighties, and the air conditioning unit made all sorts of noise. If it weren't for earplugs, we would not have been able to sleep. The hotel needs a serious remodel.
The hotel was lovely. On a busy street. Alas, not near water but did have pool.
Very pleased with the Regency
Closeness to the airport and the extremely friendly and professional staff
Air conditioner in the room was a little loud
