Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the helpfulness of certain staff members, especially the manager Kimberly. However, the majority of reviews expressed significant dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, dust, and unpleasant odors. The pool was also frequently mentioned as being dirty or unavailable. While some staff received positive remarks, service was generally described as inconsistent. Overall, the hotel’s location is a highlight, but improvements in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and consistent service are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
