Hertz - Original Pickup Site - Vehicle Issues
Pros: The price of the deal was excellent. The vehicles were clear and appeared to be in very good condition. Our destination had a Hertz and those folks were fantastic. They resolved the issue of vehicles.
Cons: The Valparaiso Hertz location was unable to give us the vehicle type (SUV) as we had requested because the license plate was expired! They offered us to drive an hour in the opposite direction to get a vehicle we wanted. Instead they gave us a sedan (which was in itself a nice sedan) but it was clearly not what I paid for. I did not get a discount or a refund because I prepaid. Then we had to wait outside of the facilities while the attendant when and fueled the vehicle! It does not reflect well on Hertz!
