They said our card was not accepted by our transaction on line with you guys. BUT MONEY was taken out of my wife account. Our money back that was transacted on line. This place needs to be put off your place to do business with. We had to wait an hour and half because they said there was not a car on their grounds for rental. We should also be compensated for the time they made us late on leaving.6.0 Okay

The price of the deal was excellent. The vehicles were clear and appeared to be in very good condition. Our destination had a Hertz and those folks were fantastic. They resolved the issue of vehicles.Cons:
The Valparaiso Hertz location was unable to give us the vehicle type (SUV) as we had requested because the license plate was expired! They offered us to drive an hour in the opposite direction to get a vehicle we wanted. Instead they gave us a sedan (which was in itself a nice sedan) but it was clearly not what I paid for. I did not get a discount or a refund because I prepaid. Then we had to wait outside of the facilities while the attendant when and fueled the vehicle! It does not reflect well on Hertz!8.4 Very good

The people are rude and then wanted a credit check to rent the vehicle. I have never had to do that with any company. I went to enterprise received a better deal and an upgrade. I will never use hertz again.Free2Move
