Pros: The place was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower had nice pressure and the accommodations were very private. Very spacious with a room and bathroom plus a living room and kitchenette. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would certainly stay again on our next weekend trip.
Pros: This isn't your standard B&B; what you get is a comfortable, cozy, home-away-from home with complete privacy, within walking distance of the main street with all it's shops, restaurants and amenities.
Pros: Also weather was excellent
Pros: We liked that we had a whole little house to ourselves. The breakfast that was provided was plenty and very healthy. The house was very clean and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet location. We liked to have our morning coffee on the porch.
Cons: The stairs are a little steep.
Pros: Entire apartment to yourself. It is a two- storey, full of charm and character. Host Brian is very accomodating and respects your privacy. Location is ideal for walking to shops, food, sights...etc.
Cons: Provide throw blanket and comfier cushions for couch and tv watching.
Pros: Clean and comfy accommodations close to downtown. We enjoyed the covered porch in the evenings.
Pros: This b&b is beautiful, spotlessly clean and modern. It felt like home from home. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, great location... Brian was so lovely and very helpful; an excellent host. He really thought of everything. Lots of thoughtful touches. We would love to stay here again.
Pros: We had the place to ourselves which was nice. The muffins were tasty. We really liked the veranda to sit on in the evening.
Cons: A little protein in the morning would be nice, like egg, cheese, but the food that was provided was great.
Pros: Loved the hospitality. Was very clean, comfortable. Location is very close to the downtown strip. Would book again.
Pros: Very close to city centre Whole house for us Very good and nice checkin Very clean and nicely furnished Breakfast good with variety of fresh fruit Very good air-conditioning
Located in Prince Edward, Magnolia North Bed and Breakfast is on a river, within a 10-minute drive of Mariners Park Museum and Lake Ontario. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This B&B is an island of love and peace. Donna and Glen are among the most caring hosts we have ever met. The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was outstandingly delicious and served in three courses. Breakfast is served outside or in the patio which allowed us to do some bird watching in the garden. Donna and Glen also gave us great advice with restaurants and local farmers. On departure day we even received a little farewell gift, a homemade cookie. Just a perfect place!
Pros: My fiance and I just returned from our one night stay at Magnolia North and we had a wonderful experience. The location was simply beautiful. If you want to get away from the busy city life, and are looking for some piece and solitude, this is a great option. We were both greeted by our two hosts, Donna and Glenn, who are a lovely couple, very polite, friendly and warm the minute we walked in. The room we stayed in was called the River View room, which is a good size, very clean, vintage decorated room, with a peaceful river view. There was AC and free wife, plenty of water and cold beverages offered in the mini-fridge (included in your stay). Additionally, we also had a complementary bottle of wine and chocolate. The morning after, Donna and Glenn prepared for us a delicious breakfast. From fresh orange juice and coffee, to home made berry corn pie, fresh fruit and yogurt (all local), ending with a filling full breakfast containing eggs, bacon, avocado on a bed of hash browns (white potatoes and sweet potatoes combined). All in all, the experience warmed our hearts, the small details from the care and attentiveness of Donna and Glenn to the location itself, we would recommend the Magnolia North to anyone planning a trip to Sand Banks, Prince Edward County.
Pros: Everything nothing
Cons: Nothing to exc
Pros: very good home made breakfast with the wild honey birds view.
Pros: Breakfast was First-Class! We enjoyed sitting on the Veranda and watch the many different birds. The feeding ceremony of the hand tame Chipmunk was marvelous. Thank You Donna and Glenn for your warm welcome, we felt at home
Pros: The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was more than I would normally eat for breakfast. Each course was nicely presented and well prepared. The hosts overall were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The property grounds are meticulously maintained, and very pleasant, quiet and peaceful. Our room with 2 large windows, a view to the back gardens and the river was beautiful.
Cons: This is being very picky, but I prefer not to have a shared bathroom. But with B and B’s, that is the norm! The bathroom was clean, and the towels excellent.
Pros: Great quiet location in the country. Loved the hot tub.
Pros: The hospitality of the owners was phenomenal. There was not a thing that was not missed and they went above and beyond with beverages for the guests, to wine and a huge breakfast spread! They even gave us a little homemade cookie as a parting gift! Their property is very quaint and very clean!
Pros: Glen and Donna were amazing hosts! Everything was perfect! We felt at home
Pros: Donna and Glenn were lovely, attentive and thoughtful hosts. Amazing experience!
Cons: That we couldn’t stay longer. Our fault, though!

With a stay at this cottage in Prince Edward, you'll be on a lake, within a 10-minute drive of Sandbanks Provincial Park and Caddy Shack Mini Golf. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Luxury cottage! Super clean and comfortable.
Pros: No beaches and no restaurant, bars, entertainment, shops or transport close to facilities.
Cons: Huge storm knocked out the power twice.
Pros: The best cottage I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros: property well appointed by owner
Cons: The $80 facility charge was unreasonable given the fact there was only two persons staying for 2 nights and the charge would have been the same for 4 persons for a week. Being October most if not all facilities were unavailable.
Pros: Lots of activities to do within the cottages, Sandbanks provincial park was nearby and the beach has terrifically soft sand. Close to Picton, which conveniently has a few large grocery stores for buying food to bring back and cook, or restaurants to dine in. Kitchen was well-equipped, had salt and pepper and cooking utensils.
Cons: Understandably, remember to borrow equipment for the cottage facilities (like movies or basketballs) early during the day, because the offices will be closed at night if you return from activities elsewhere.
Located in Prince Edward, The Waring House is in the historical district, within a 5-minute drive of Cranston Gallery on Main and Regent Theatre. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Food was very good and staff friendly
Cons: Because we were just overnight didn’t get a chance to get out bearings what with several buildings spread out over a large area.
Pros: Staff amazing , big rooms nice pub and good food
Cons: Could use some more facilities pool , volley ball etc
Pros: nice well appointed room .Breakfast was exceptional in very nice surroundinds
Cons: Burger in pub was way overcooked even after being asked how I would like it .Bar did not know how to make virgin pina colada and we were given juice mix. When we asked for it to be redone they said the blender didn't work and gave us orange juice -and charged us for the inconvenience and a drink we didn't ask for
Pros: The setting itself is peaceful and the staff is very accommodating.
Cons: We stayed in the Quaker building which is a newer build. The sound proofing is none existing and the floors bounce both due to poor construction.
Pros: The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The smoked salmon with eggs breakfast was absolutely wonderful.
Cons: The evening dinner was terrible at amelia's garden. I ordered their 8oz beef tenderloin ( which is a 40 $ plate) and asked for a medium rare cooking. After well over 45 mins i received a small, waayyyy overcooked piece of beef which was gray and dry. I mentionned it to the server but they still charged the full 40$ for that terrible meal.
Pros: Staff, excellent food overall presentation
Cons: Not a thing, everything was wonderfll
Pros: Location, food and staff
Cons: Hardwood flooring and odor
Pros: clean and quiet
Cons: breakfast service was a bit slow
Pros: The room was really nice...great size, well appointed, very clean and wished I was there for more than one night.
Cons: I found the initial interaction with reception was less than welcoming however I went back to reception later and the interaction with this person was a 100% better. I was really looking forward to dinner that night as this property has a Cookery School so anticipated dinner would be amazing. Unfortunately it was just ok. The Server was great!
The Queen's Inn is set in Picton. The property is non-smoking and is located 18 km from Sandbanks Provincial Park. All units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. Featuring a private bathroom, rooms at the inn also provide guests with free WiFi. The units include a wardrobe.
Pros: Clean and pleasant room, good service but only on phone as we never met or saw any staff. Good location.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. Bouncy, we woke up achy. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbours clearly.
Pros: Private. Well stocked with towels etc. Location is fantastic. Very clean where it matters most. Dollar store downstairs was convenient. Recommendations for coffee shops etc in the room were helpful. No fridge but abundant ice.
Cons: One key only - so not great for coordinating activities apart from one another. Bed is quite soft and no one has vacuumed under it in some time, sink area extremely small, room smallish too. Road noise. Not the Inn’s fault, but noise control does not seem to exist in Picton. No chain lock on door. No peep hole in door. And this is the worst thing - the bathroom fan is wired together with the bathroom light (so loud and annoying, esp. at night)
Pros: No hassel parking good close to everything bars resturants
Cons: Picking up keys no body to ask questions room no fridge
Cons: Size of room was small for two women to share and there wasn't any counter space for grooming in the bathroom or bedroom. Bedside table surface is also small. Need extension cord for appliances like curling iron and chargers.
Pros: Large fresh room. Recently remodeled and very clean. Right in the heart of the town. Third floor walk up. Parking on site with lots of spaces. Good information in the room for local trips and points of interest. 5 star!
Cons: All was good!
Cons: Room a bit small. Not a lot of storage space for luggage, etc. But overall, it was ok.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great location for a weekend visit of local wineries and restaurants.
Pros: Overall satisfied, clean, well located, restaurants, pharmacy, boutiques very close walking distance.
Cons: No fridge in the room, mattress unconformable, a/c issues. No activities for family with young kids.
Cons: Noise and bed was very uncomfortable
Pros: Updated decor was a surprise, we were a little worried when we first got to the building
Cons: Difficult to understand how to get our key
Pros: Clean room with added features such as an ice machine in the hall, bottled water, coffee, extra towels and pillows.
Cons: The price.

Pros: The staff were nice, the private beach beautiful
Cons: The room was dark, bathroom with no ventilation nor fan, dirty carpet, lamp shades were stained
Pros: Proche de tout
Cons: Salle de bain besoin renovation Matelas de lit trop mou
Cons: It needs a major update, probably elegant 35 years ago. Pool area was dirty.
Pros: Location on west lake, dining room and bar had great views, comfortable beds, jacuzzi and fireplace in the room added bonus
Cons: Room decor could use an update
Pros: Love the location
Cons: Did not have a la carte and the choices were not enough for the price. Tennis courts need to be renovated Garbage cans need to be put outside all around the property.
Pros: the location
Cons: really run down not well maintained at all neglected.
Pros: Had a number of negative experiences. Didn't want to post a review so sent an e-mail directly. No response.
Cons: Had a number of negative experiences. Didn't want to post a review so sent an e-mail directly. No response.
Pros: Breakfast buffet was disappointing with minimal options. Canned fruit, texas toast and fake maple syrup?!! I thought i was in PEC.
Pros: The food was great and the restaurant is very pretty. The staff are very nice.
Cons: The accommodations could use modernizing and updating. Also a little better quality would be good. A new pool would be better.
Pros: location, lakefront view, etc.,
Cons: half of beach left due to water levels
Pros: Location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Cold breakfast eggs.
Pros: Room was very clean. Bed super comfortable. Lovely grounds. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
With a stay at Sandbanks Beach Resort in Prince Edward, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Sandbanks Provincial Park and Caddy Shack Mini Golf. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely caravans at a great location near the Sandbanks while the site itself also offers a great spot to hang out at the lake. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived and during our stay.
Pros: Rental 10 was awesome !!
Cons: The owner put the ash try inside the front door while we were in the house. He could have left it outside cuz we only smoked outside. It made us feel like he could come in without our knowing. BIt everything else was awesome. They were very accommodating!!
Cons: Did not expected such property for $ 300 per night. Could have been better. There were no toilet paper to start with; didn't expect that. Could get one on request to management office as we were to stay for one night. A/c was small; available only in living room and too noisy. No fans in bedroom; so need to keep doors open for bedroom to get some cool air from living room. Bed sheets were not clean. Thought we would have stayed in hotel little far with lower rate and better amenities. Also, this cottage was not facing beach and to walk 4 minutes. Beach is pretty small. I would suggest talking to person before doing booking for a comfortable stay.
Cons: This is a trailer park NOT a cottage resort. False advertising. Also, there should be a list of EVERYTHING you need to bring to the trailer in the email information including all bedding (including comforters), dish detergent, dish towels and dish cloths, paper towels, toilet paper etc. It is a very small space for the price. It was quiet though since very few people were around, which we did appreciate.
Pros: Location was good and it was nice that unit had kitchen, deck and fire pit. Amenities on property also good.
Cons: Pillows dirty/stained and bed did not smell clean-really strong musky odors. Not a great feeling to sleep on this bed. We were told to bring linens but info could have been more detailed to indicate no blankets, no towels, etc were available. We still enjoyed the place but for the price, we expect to sleep in a clean bed.
Pros: Simple, relaxing and perfect getaway

Pros: Friendly people, quiet space and the ability to come and go as we pleased. The owner, Danielle, was fantastic! I loved being away from the main tourist area but still just a quick jaunt down the road. I also loved being able to unplug! Honestly, I loved having no wifi.
Cons: The worst part was that it was buggy, but that's expected as it is a very wooded area. That problem was quickly fixed by some OFF.
Pros: The property was as expected. The bed comfy, water and coffee in the room was a nice touch. A great shower with lots of water. Easy check-in system and loved the Waupoos Winery just down the road.
Cons: A chair in the room would be helpful and no WIFI was an issue for me.
Pros: Clean amenities and a wonderful host!
Cons: No A/C
Cons: Women’s washroom - we did not find it
Pros: Very quiet. Everyone staying were very respectful of others.
Cons: Too hot upstairs with no air. Not enough fans.

Cons: Nothing, was awesome
Cons: It was comfortable and clean
Cons: very noisy, property not well kept, must have had better days but is more derelict. not recommended.
