Invasion of privacy
Security tried to barge into the room to do a "welfare check" while I was trying to nap. Luckily, the chain lock was fastened. They asked to see me face to face even after giving a clear status update. Why would I open the door to a complete stranger that just attempted to enter the room? That does not seem smart. I called the front desk who said it was done because the "Do Not Disturb" sign was out for two days. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I was unable to to get a good night's rest because of this incident.
Very nice accommodations,
The only issue I had was with the bathroom, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and no lock, the toilet looked like it was out of a public bathroom, and the the shower pressure was deplorable that it made showering challenging and long.
Great stay! Thanks Dan for the great service!!
Location The fitness center was good-I wished there was a lap pool.
The computers in the business center were slow and hard to get into the internet at times.
Hotel stay to see Springsteen.
Ambiance and location were great. The corner room on the 15th floor had a great view.
Elevators could be quicker.
Good for business
Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
Expensive parking. Could've parked somewhere else in the city for much cheaper. There were a lot of business people there and no family attractions such as a pool.
