Pros (+) Excellent front desk staff!!
Pros (+) Room was quiet and had everything I needed: high-speed wifi, plenty of outlets, very close to my conference location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in about three hours early which was really helpful for me to get work done while away from the office.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast was pathetic. I got what I paid for (it was free). Also the grouting in the entire bathroom was crumbled away and missing to the point I could have tunneled down to the floor below me with a spoon.
Pros (+) Location was great. Great price for location with free shuttle, free wifi, free parking. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The front desk staff were very very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The rooms were quite uncomfortable. The tubs didn't drain properly which was quite gross thinking of how many people have stood in that shower with 2 inches of standing water.
