charging for parking, and didn't get money put back on card.
Very nice & clean. Has been quiet during our visits. Staff has been great. They offer free shuttle service to guests in town for appointments at the U which was a nice surprise for us & has been very helpful. We've been very pleased during our stays here.
Not really. Even due to covid restrictions they've found ways to still be very accomidating to their guests.
The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very professional and courteous. We loved the breakfast lady also - so sweet and friendly and breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful hotel.
This is downtown. There are a few unsavory characters out and about when walking but that's the big city. The hotel was very safe and secure.
One of the few hotels I could find in the area with breakfast and parking included. A good buy. Free shuttle to campus for our tour. Very clean. Evening cookies.
Chose over another hotel with pool closed. Arrived to find this pool closed. Later chemical smell overpowering. Closing should have been on web site. Pool very small. Limited breakfast. With over an hour of breakfast left they would not refill oatmeal.
Parking is tight for larger vehicles and an overflow lot was used since parking fills up quickly at the hotel lot.
The room, the staff, the bed, EVERYTHING! If I could rate it a 20 I would.
Location is questionable but overall, outstanding stay!
Great service, great room, clean
Glass shower sliding door did. Or Close. Kept opening mid shower which made it difficult to shower. A big inconvenience.
Staff was great and the location was near where we needed to be.
The staff was very warm and considerate, helpful and polite.
The parking sucked, I drive a full sized pickup and it was hard to maneuver through all the tight spots.
The location and friendly staff
The room layout, mostly the tv being in a weird spot. The temperature was not consistent, but it was nice to have the thermostat.
The staff, the breakfast, the internet, the shuttle, and the location were all great!
My shower door was not mounted correctly, so it was super hard to open. The biggest problem, however, was the smell. The room reeked of mildew, and while the staff tried its hardest to remedy the situation, I felt like I spent a week in a lockerrroom.
