The room was a little suite: Full bath, closet, kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, cupboards), work desk, sitting area with loveseat, chairs, coffee table, and TV, and a very comfortable bed. Fresh cookies, good breakfast
All was good
This place is wonderful. Well located with a corner market close by for supplies, rental bikes within a block, a couple of blocks from the river. It is situated in a quiet residential area. The hot breakfast is hardy with many choices. Spacious.
Having to pay for parking. Though the underground garage was nice.
parking fee added $60 to my stay
The hotel room was very clean and close to our destination.
The room was a little dated and in need of a few repairs.
cookies , front desk very polite, breakfast fine
Poor sofa sleeper- wish we could choose 2 beds per room. Bed rather hard
We vaca at this hotel. Great location for fun foods and city life...
Ground Floor... It's 15 bucks To Use The Parking garage...
Roominess of the room
Yes - overnight parking fees were high
the room was nice wow a kitchen, breakfast was good
parking was kind of tight
Very easy to find, get to, and park. Clean room, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, nice free breakfast.
The pool area was nice. The room was a decent size. Bathroom was clean. Although minimal, the breakfast was sufficient.
The pullout couch was horrible. The mattress should have been replaced long ago. My son ended up sleeping on the floor because the springs were jabbing him no matter where he tried to sleep. The 'free' internet was atrocious! We were NEVER able
This is a great hotel and a great location.
Large rooms with full kitchen and pull-out couches. Location was on the outskirts of town, which initially was a bummer, but it ended up being much closer to the nightlife than we thought. Nice surprise.
Outskirts of town.
Great location. Cleaner than other extended stays I've staid at.
There was a stain on the sheets. Parking was an additional $14 (I hate when they do that). Continental breakfast was meh.
Nothing, dont stay here. Spend your money elsewhere, where you will be a valued customer.
Understaffed which led to an abysmal check in experience. staff was overwhelmed and rude. One should not judge a book by its cover, I feel we were judged harshly for our outer appearance: tattoos and dreadlocks. One should not judge a book by its cover.
Full kitchen and easy access to downtown events. Train is close by, lots of restaurants.
Fire alarm went off and front desk seemed confused on what to do.
Location, kitchenette, sofa in the room were all good.
$14 per night for parking. Really destroyed the savings I thought I had achieved through priceline. $14 per night. What is this, manhattan? Huge disappointment.
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable.
$14 to park is a little outrageous.
We really enjoyed the large space for our family visit. Having the kitchen, dining and separate bedrooms is great. Would be great to use this hotel for an extended stay. It was a bit of a walk to get to the mall area but the weather was nice so it worked out fine.
Great value! I stayed here with some girlfriends for my birthday. the staff was friendly, the room & bathroom were large enough for all of us to get ready without being in each other's faces. The beds were comfy as well. Within a reasonable walking distance to 1st Ave. I would stay here again.
I must say this hotel offered a very decent price for a very comfortable stay. Everyone was friendly and the room was confortable and the kitchen was a plus. We did not expect daily room cleaning, which we found to be also a plus. The cleaning persons were very friendly and courteous. They accidentaly threw away my mom's face soap, but was very friendly and apologetic. The only problem is that they were short staff and could not bring you items you order from your room, but the exercise was good.
I stayed here in January. They've recently remodeled the lobby. The staff said they were getting new TV's and updating the rooms soon. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get my work done quickly and efficiently. There are great little restaurants all within walking distance and even though it was January it was worth the walk. There's lots of places that will deliver too if you'd rather not walk. I really enjoyed the full kitchen because I was able to have breakfast in my room which saved me money. I'll be back.
The place is a complete dump but I wasn't going to write a review until I discovered (30 days later) that they also charged an additional 137.78 to my credit card after check-out without any notification or explanation. They claimed the check-out clerk made an error in devising the new rate for an early check-out, and it was my 'mistake and not the hotel's for checking out early'. But during the actual check out clerk, the clerk advised the new rate was $99.99 for early check out and this is the amount showing on my receipt. I checked out because the free internet service was not working for 2 of the 3 nights I did stay there. However, the place also hasn't seen a bucket of soapy water or paint since 1980's. If you can't find another extended stay hotel downtown, you're better served to choose a place out by the airport or Mall of America. It's a quick ride downtown on the train.
Half mile hike to light rail, safe. The bars that serve the best food do not allow minors in after 9:00 PM. Smoking outside is at your own risk, no ashtrays, people congregating.
Pleasantly surprised with the location and the quiet spacious rooms. We used the great parking and then walked along the river, walked to nearby restaurants, and enjoyed the area.
