Pros: Host is great. The town is very nice.
Pros: U feel hom and peaceful lovely stay
Pros: One of my favourite stays ever. Beautiful rooms. Exceptionally well designed and tasteful. Innovative use of space. The rooms are small but cosy. Everything a boutique hotel should be. Above all, Marcel is a fantastic host and a very interesting man. Really enjoyed our conversation over complimentary drinks, even letting us try the homemade arak. He helped us sort things out even after our stay. I'd return to Lebanon just to stay here again.
Pros: We are a couple and we liked everything from the beginning to the end: the calm and nice welcome with natural apple juice, the way the room was decorated with free snacks that makes you feel really welcome, the tips given, the area outside to relax, the fact that it is in the city centre and also close to nice walks. We stayed in one of the Lebanese Guest houses (separate site) thinking it would be the best, but the Stone cellar is definetely our best stay in Lebanon. Ah..the little cakes were amazing. Thank you. Totally recommend it.
Cons: nothing. Everything is perfect ( from a person that likes to try boutique hotels from time to time around the world)
Pros: Very beautiful and charming old Lebanese house and very attentive host. We had a lovely stay at the heart of the city.

Pros: The Heart-warming owner Raffael will really make you feel like home
Pros: Amazing location, very friendly and helpful people. Very good breakfast.
Cons: For the price maybe the rooms are a little small.
Pros: The hotel is very nice, well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Very nice room. Staff were so accommodating, even when I arrived at 2 am!
Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent.
Pros: I went somewhat off-season and as a result was the only guest there! The staff looked after this lonely traveller wonderfully!

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Everything, room, swimming pool, sauna, the resterant, hospitality
Pros: I had a magnificent stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the staff are very gentle. When I checked in they upgraded me to a room with a better view. Special thanks to Nelly for her kindness. Will definitely come back again.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: Situated in a stunning part of the world, the decor is luxurious and inviting. The staff were unfailingly polite, helpful and professional. The meals were all delicious with beautiful presentation. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well- appointed.
Cons: My only very small complaint is no small washers are provided with the bathroom linens.
Pros: the hotel itself
Pros: The room, the view, breakfast, sauna, personel: all great! Only thing to improve is eco-friendlyness. Towels are changed every day and not a lot of vegetarian options on the menu.
Pros: This is my third time at Mist Hotel and it seems to get better every time. The staff are extra friendly and upgraded us due to my frequent stays.
Cons: The jacuzzi didn’t seem to be operating at full power, even after we complained the issue wasn’t solved. However the staff tried their best - it just seemed to be a maintence issue. Also, there wasn’t a way to play music through the pool area speakers.
Pros: The staff were helpful and amazing I got an upgrade which i really appreciated Breakfast was good and the overall ambiance is great Nice for a morning and evening walk and very peaceful It's a great get away Looking forward for the next time very soon
Pros: Room was impecable, modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff were attentive, welcoming and provided excellent service. The grounds and the facilities are so welcoming that you don't feel like going away, the views are stunning and from the moment you walk in you forget about the rest of the world. My only regret will be not booking a longer stay and so looking forward to coming back.

Pros: Very friendly staff! We also tried the restaurant and it was very good as well.
Pros: I greatly appreciate the kindness of the staff there. They try to facilitate everything for us. I highly recommend this venue to my friends.
Cons: The options at the restaurant were not varied and the staff number was not enough to accommodate so many people coming all together.
Pros: We had a great time in this hotel, it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view to the mountains was just marvelous! I would highly recommend this hotel and ifI have a chance I will come back there! Thank you alot for a great stay.
Cons: The wifi was not the fastest, but you can't expect more in the mountains I guess.
Pros: Very spacious, friendly staff and spectacular mountain view (we were lucky to have a full moon high above us as the clouds rolled in below us). Kitchens are fully equipped.
Cons: We should have done a longer stay.
Pros: The stuff is very freindly
Pros: Everything was spectacular the room the staff the view the management the restaurant the price the kindness and all is clean❤️❤️❤️.... we will be back and we recommend it for everyone
Located in Al Arz, Le Cedrus Hotel is in the mountains, a 1-minute drive from Cedars of God and 7 minutes from Horsh Ehden. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Once you arrived, you will be welcomed with a friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, property location is very close to cedars forest. Sunset in the hotel location is not to be missed
Pros: The staff were very helpful and amazing. Room was great, view was perfect, breakfast was good and on time and well cooked. Hotel helped us to do activities around town and guided us when we needed specific destinations, it was a complete experience, definitely coming back.
Pros: Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet , the manager was very helpful and even let us keep our suite for a couple of extra hours till we came back from our hike. Will definitely come back
Cons: Really nothing to dislike
Pros: The location is certainly great but the hotel was really empty (i visited during september). We were the only guests in the restaurant in the evening (although the restaurant was marked as being one of the best in the area) so the atmosphere was a bit creepy and the food not really good and expensive !! Breakfast was much better. Staff were not very friendly: i had booked a room with 2 single beds and we were given a room with a double bed (the hotel was emtpy !!) and we had to wait until they actually cleaned the room (which hotel waits until 6pm to clean their rooms??). But at least the room was nice and clean. I guess there are not so many other options in the area but was disappointing compared to the great reviews in the guide.
Pros: Super cool property with an excellently stocked bar. Location is very convenient. I highly recommend this place for your stay. Antonio was very informative and kind when driving us to the restaurant as our friends didn’t have a car. He arranged taxi service as well to Beirut and managed to get a great price. We were upgraded to a complimentary 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was traditional Lebanese but it was very tasty and generous portions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Cool British bunkers outside (see photo)
Pros: I stayed at Le Cedrus hotel this summer with my husband and family. The location was excellent and facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable, but the best thing about our stay was without a doubt the hotel staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. When we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay one night, we were able to do so with no problem at all. And I have to mention to their traditional all you can eat Lebanese breakfast served with love - delicious!! Will definitely come stay again next time we visit the Cedars.
Situated in El Mîna, 3 km from Tripoli International Expo, Via Mina Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a concierge service and free WiFi throughout the property. At the hotel, the rooms are fitted with a desk, a TV and a private bathroom. All rooms at Via Mina Hotel have air conditioning and a wardrobe. A continental breakfast is available each morning at the accommodation. The nearest airport is Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport, 93 km from Via Mina Hotel.
Pros: Very friendly hotel on quiet location, still near the old city center (by taxi few minutes). Nice garden under the trees to enjoy a glass of wine or your breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms. Good choice!
Pros: Excellent situation. Extraordinary and friendly personnel.
Pros: Nice boutique hotel which large spacious rooms. My bed was huge. There’s a small pool and a free soft drink minibar which was a nice touch. The common parts are stylishly decorated. A good choice if you are visiting Tripoli.
Cons: There is definitely room for improvement. Constructive suggestions I have are as follows. The pool area could be made more attractive. Breakfast was a set menu which got boring after 3 days. Would have loved more choice including some local fruit or yoghurt. The reception staff need better training in customer service. Generally they were a bit cold.
Pros: Beautiful setting, excellent location, warm and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Pros: The property is an old townhouse from the good old days, and a stay is like visiting a private house. For me (a regular visitor) one of the highlights is having the set breakfast -- thoroughly Lebanese -- out in the small front garden, watching life go by. Every activity is accompanied by smiles from the obliging staff. Although lunch and dinner aren't available, there are several pleasant restaurants within a few minutes' walk and next to the sea. All in all, it's a glimpse of life as it was before calamity struck Lebanon.
Cons: The electricity sockets aren't in the place where a business traveller needs them
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet location hidden inside small alleys (not easy for taxi drivers to find) but within a short walk to the nice waterfront. Breakfast is abundant and individually served as opposed to buffet style, and having breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was enjoyable. Simon the front desk staff was quite helpful.
Cons: My room was located in a section where there was no elevator. So climbing up and down the stairs was quite a chore for me. The bathroom was clean but a bit small for this class of hotel.

Pros: We like the host’s cordial hospitality, her willingness to share with us information about the surrounding area, suggestions for places to visit, particularly the historic monastery of Saint Elias in Hadchit which we enjoyed very much, and the special breakfast she served us.
Pros: Welcoming and Antoinette’s food was delicious.
Pros: Good location & value for money Owner has excellent map & hiking tips to share Homemade dinner options available for purchase Friendly staff Free filtered water Nice community spaces
Cons: Wi-Fi a bit weak in certain parts of dorm room but the strong in the community rooms
Pros: It is a good location, the bus stops in front of the house which is really helpful. The host is friendly and kind.
Cons: The bathroom was not functional, no separate cabin for shower and the sink smells. We stayed for 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. We paid extra for breakfast but it was very modest and not enough for two persons. All in all it is a bit expensive accommodation considering what it offers.
Pros: Very well located, close to restaurants and bars. Easy to park in the street. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Provides home cooked food which is relatively affordable by Lebanese standards. Very good value for money. Would probably stay again.
Cons: Owner chain smokes inside. I know it is perfectly normal for people to smoke inside in Lebanon but still, it meant the air quality inside, even in the room was bad. Most of my things also smelt like cigarettes. The breakfast is advertised as 4USD but somehow ended up costing me 10...
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostel offers home made dinner which was really tasty. They also recommended a great guide called Farid.
Cons: The shower makes the bathroom while bathroom wet but this is normal in small bathrooms in this style.
Pros: Nice social area. Very helpful reception. Veru basic but everything was good.
Cons: It's actually private house shared with customers. I usually love this kind of places but here something does not fit.
Located in Bcharré, Hotel L'Aiglon is a 5-minute drive from Cedars of God and 7 minutes from Horsh Ehden. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I visited out of season when few people were staying, and as the road outside the hotel was being remade access wasn't too easy: the work should be finished soon, however. The room was basic but functional, and the owner's wife made me a sandwich for the following day's walk. There were fine views out across the valley when the mist cleared :-)
Pros: The Terrace and the vicinity to kadicha grotto
Cons: The room was small for two beds
Pros: The location is very relaxing, on the top of the mountain where you can see the whole valley from the window and the balcony. The breakfast was really delicious and good. It is a recommended place for friends, families and couples who are seeking a place away from the city and the crowded areas to have a calm vacation with breathtaking and relaxing view.
Cons: All was up to our expectation. The road to get to the hotel is under construction.
Featuring views of the Cedar Mountains and Quadisha Valley, this budget hotel is located in Bcharré. It features free WiFi and spacious dormitories. The hotel is situated a 5-minute drive from the Cedars Forest. The brightly decorated rooms at Bauhaus Motel come with heating and tiled floors. They include a communal lounge with satellite TV and a common bathroom. Shared kitchen facilities are available. The 24-hour reception staff can help organise hiking and paragliding activities in the Sacred Valley of Qannoubine, a 5-minute drive away. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the views from the hotel’s terrace. Several restaurants and a supermarket can be found within a 10-minute walk from Bauhaus. The Museum of Gibran Khalil Gibran is 1 km away from Bauhaus.
Pros: - very friendly hosts - beautiful area - nice big house - beautiful view from the bedroom
Cons: The common bathroom was quite old and not really clean, and we were only two in the house so not sure about how it would have been with other guests
Pros: It was horrible. And awkward- no towels and no warning about this. My husband and I and our teenage daughter had to use clothes to dry ourselves. The owner runs a hairdressers downstairs so must need to launder towels. There was also not a single plug socket in our triple room - we needed to charge our phones to use maps to continue our trip. Plus our room stank. Newer again.
Pros: Tony is extremely helpful and eager to point you to good restaurants, breakfast places and sights in the area to visit. Besides, he is a professional hair dresser in case you need a hair cut.
Cons: You need t.o bring your own towels.
Pros: Great owner Tony
Cons: The plastic mattress covers
Pros: We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this lovely Chalet. The staff are wonderfully hospitable and the motel/Chalet is conveniently located. It’s well worth the extra price in stay in the new Chalet. It’s very modern and luxurious. Overall, it’s the best place to stay in Bcharre, no question.
Pros: Superb views of the Qadisha valley from the big balcony. Huge rooms - we had our own room, shared bathroom and then a huge shared dining room, living room, kitchen and balcony!
Pros: Perfect location: lots of places to eat nearby, easy to access/find, and the trailhead of the hike that takes you to the bottom of the Valley is a 5 minute walk away. Newly renovated, clean bathrooms. Tony is wonderful!! Very friendly and hospitable. Gave us great advise for our trip.
Cons: Bathrooms should have a shower curtain I think. Even if you’re careful the spray can get everything wet.
Pros: Bauhaus's rooms on the ground floor are spartan but pristine. I've stayed at the same hotel five or six times over the past eight years and the owner Tony is helpful and friendly and has consistently upgraded the hotel over the years (though the prices have risen to match!). This is basic accommodation, just a room with a few beds and a single built in wardrobe, but it's clean and cosy and makes a perfect base for hikers who want to explore the valley. A recent renovation means that each room now has its own private bathroom, though these are not en suite but located down a corridor. There is also a basic kitchen area with a sink, stove and small fridge, a large shared common room and a terrace covered with a flourishing grape vine.
Cons: It would be useful to have at least a hand towel in the bathroom, even if guest towels are not provided.
With a stay at Hotel Miziara in Miziâra, you'll be 9.2 mi (14.8 km) from Bnachii lake and 9.9 mi (16 km) from Monastery of Mar Sarkis. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Parking was good and views from the rooms overlooking the valley would be best. It was good having a sitting room as well as a bedroom
Cons: There was no restaurant but reception had to order in for me. There was a kitchen but nothing was plugged in and there was no cutlery, crockery etc. Team could have offered a bit more information at check in rather than me having to ask all the questions eg wife passcode, ordering food etc The price was too expensive for what was on offer
Pros: Close to the family house, very cosy and the staff are amazing
Pros: very good value for money. Mr. Labib the Manager was very hospitable and welcoming and ensured that everything we needed is met.
Cons: Phone there's should be a direct calling facility from the room at least within Lebanon if not international as all calls done through the operator.
Pros: The view, the staff, the rooms
Cons: The breakfast a bit poor
Pros: View, breakfast.
Located in Ehden, Ehden Country Club is in the historical district, within a 15-minute drive of Monastery of Mar Sarkis and Monastery of Qozhaya. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Over all was a good experience
Pros: Clean rooms, not too far from the village, nice pool
Cons: We were not allowed to use the pool because they had to prepare the place for a wedding. Loud music because of this wedding until early morning. So not recommended if you don’t like weddings you’re not invited to. Or like to use what you paid for. :)
Pros: The views from the restaurant are lovely. The pool area and tennis courts are refreshing, especially the hot water outdoor showers. We didn’t get to visit the entertainment center. Parking is readily available. Generally, the property was enjoyed and has a casual feel about it all. The room we stayed in was recently renovated, was clean and felt nice however the bathroom drain did flood the floor.
Cons: Although Ehden is known for its stunning mountain views, our room overlooked other buildings and a parking lot so we missed out on that. The service is do-it-yourself when it comes to hauling luggage and cleaning your room. Once a day a trash man knocks on your door and asks if you have trash bags for him while handing you new trash bags. We stayed in a suite with a master bedroom for me and my wife and a room with a double bed for the kids. Although it was a decent room, we felt the rate paid was too high for the room/property. On checkout they asked us to pay an amount (and we did) only to call back hours later after we had left to say there was mistake and asked us to wire more (and we did as it seemed to be an honest oversight from their side). We were not given any paper invoice which indicates their processes are lax.
Pros: Clean and large room , the location was very good
Cons: I didn’t like , the staff was so friendly but as when i have arrived to the reception they didn’t informed me about basics info (breakfast location , breakfast time , wifi password ... ).
The Miramar Hotel Resort and Spa is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For guests' convenience, airport pickup can be arranged.
Pros: staff is friendly, nice hotel in total , beach is good , pool is good but salt water , quick response , good toilets , calm environment .
Cons: breakfast and WiFi spoiled my expectations , prices are high in general . Please be generous in breakfast , fix the WiFi , and be reasonable with prices
Pros: view and location was great food was also great
Pros: Awesome experience
Pros: Piscine is very good , room exellent
Pros: The beach & piscine
Pros: Location is nice, facilities are nice.
Cons: Room needs more maintenance, food is low quality overall. Staff at facilities is rude and not helpful. We got stolen money from the room suspectively from room service.
Pros: The atmosphere
Pros: the size and view of the room
Cons: flexibikity in pricing. i checked in at 4 am and had to pay for the full night

Pros: Staff was great and location is great
Cons: hotel needs a a little updating
Pros: Comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Cons: The fact that they have tried to give a room next to the elevator while I have clearly asked for a quiet room. The breakfast was 2* hardly
Pros: The weather is amazing and Ehden is a paradise. the hotel is not so far from ehden center and it s quiet so you can sleep well. location is good. staff are very good they keep on smiling
Cons: there is no napkins in the room, it is not well organized.. it can be too much better depending on the price you are paying.breakfast is very poor in terms of food and drinks. croissant was cold and there not any fresh juices.
Pros: Staff is rude. Tried cancelling due to family emergency and they were absolutely rude
Cons: Staff is rude. Tried cancelling due to family emergency and they were absolutely rude
Its a centralized guest house made mainly for tourists. the building its old and totally renewed keeping its oriental touch
Pros: Nice people!! And very good breakfast..
Pros: Nice staff, beautiful room with high ceilings.
Cons: Bathrooms are not in the best shape.
Cons: Bed sheets not clean. A problem with preventing moquitos. Could not sleep.
Pros: Everything here is very good, and I was very happy with my stay at Seed Hotel. This is one of the best hotels at such prices, but the hotel staff and Mr. Qusai have succeeded in exceeding the desired standards for this type of hotels to offer their customers another experience and unique hospitality I was pleased with the important information that made me plan for the stay in Seed Hotel with all my next visits to tripoli , ( that the proceeds of the hotel goes to the benefit of the Society called Seed also for the care and education for the children whom in need ) Thank you, Mr. Nazeeh And Qusay don't forget to invite me to your wedding...
Pros: If you are looking for a total immersion in Tripoli with a typical stay this place is perfect for you. Quosay and nazih did all what they could to make the best of our stay. The place is really central.
Pros: Staff was nice and helpful, came to check when called for broken shower. We had extra bedsheets as the blanket had no cover. Parking available nearby. Quiet
Cons: The structure is nice but some services should be rehabilitated: toilets, in particular sinks and showers. Cleanliness could be improved somewhere
Pros: Value for money and staff
Cons: No locker for the toilet itself I have to close the whole area (kitchen, shower and toilet)

Pros: I liked the location of the property
Cons: the hotel needs renovation! it is soooo old
Pros: All the facilities inside the resort Many playareas for kids Access to Indoor pool jaccuzi steam and sauna
Pros: Las 5 is very modern
Cons: I liked everything
Pros: I liked the location and got a small cosy room by the ocean.
Cons: The fact that I paid for the wifi. Had not done that in years. And had to pay additional fee per gadget. I think they should give free wifi.
