Pros: Everything about it ie swimming pool was clean and neat. Staff and food was great too. Same as the beach
Pros: really relaxing, next to the beach, cute monkeys visiting every evening, fresh food for lunch and dinner.
Cons: wifi not good and only available part time on demand.

Just a few steps away from the beach, Barry's Beach Resort offers accommodation near Sange Village. The resort has an outdoor pool and restaurant. The bungalow - style rooms are made out of local materials. Each room is equipped with a desk, fan, self box and mosquito net. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower.The resort's restaurant and bar overlooks the beach.The resort offers Bicycle rental, Snorkeling trips, half day Snorkeling, Snorkeling trip to the local reefs(many reef fish and corals,Excursions to Saadani National Park, which is about 26 km away, Pangani river boat trip(see the flora & fauna along the river banks as well as local agriculture, Pangani cultural and Historical walking tours tour.(see historical sites and Swahili culture. Airport transfers and other transfers can also be arranged for a surcharge.
Simply Saadani Camp is a unique safari camp situated just 3 km from the North gate to Saadani National Park. It features raised tree house-style thatched tented rooms scattered amongst coconut groves on a deserted stretch of wild beach. Each individually decorated room has a private terrace and a hammock with sea views. The beds are draped in mosquito nets and the private bathroom includes a bath or shower. The restaurant at Simply Saadani Camp overlooks the Indian Ocean and serves mostly seafood. It also has a well-stocked bar. Guests can enjoy a unique bush-dining experience. Activities at the lodge include nature-walking trails where guests can view smaller bush animals and bird watching. A canoe ride on the Mafuki creek is also on offer for yet another bird watching experience. Madete turtle sanctuary is 5 km from the property. A charter flight from Zanzibar to Saadani airstrip will take 15 minutes and a charter flight from Dar es Salaam will take 30 minutes.
Pros: Incredible location with nice staff.
Cons: Not very good value for money, the food was not up to the standard you would expect for the price. We gave our dietary restrictions in advance as requested however this was not catered for when we arrived.
