This hotel is in the centre of the authentic Andalusian town of Moguer, by the river Tinto. It is built around three attractive patios. Rooms at the Hotel Plaza Escribano are set around the inner patios. There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The Plaza Escribano has a nice lounge and a library with a fireplace. The décor is inspired by Nobel Prize-winning poet Juan Ramón Jiménez. This famous writer was born in Moguer. His house, now a museum, can be visited. The town also has many historical monuments. These include the Castle, the Santa Clara Convent and the San Francisco Convent. The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are a short drive away. The Doñana Natural Park is also nearby.
Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us good advice on where to eat locally, and also arranged for us to park in the hotel garage (parking nearby is difficult...). The rooms were scrupulously clean and the beds very comfortable.
Cons: Parking is a problem. The hotel has only one garage space which you can book, and it is a little walk to reach it. Luckily we were able to secure it
Pros: Everything easy.
Cons: The bath smell bad
Pros: A lovely quiet hotel in a peaceful town. Perfect for exploring the area. Helpful staff.
Pros: Very clean with modern decorations. There was a lot of space around the bed.
Cons: The floor was very cold and the room allowed in little natural light which made it seem colder
Pros: Good location easy walking distance from everything Attractive building Breakfast included amazing giant local strawberries!
Cons: If the staff spoke a few words of English
Pros: Exceptionally clean & comfortable - with lovely staff.
Pros: Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with an excellent an suite. Comfotable seating areas open to the sky. Close to all amenities
Hostal Real is situated in the centre of San Juan del Puerto, 10 minutes’ drive from Huelva. This guest house features a terrace, free Wi-Fi and some rooms with a spa bath. Located 1 km from the A-49 Motorway, Hostal Real is 30 minutes’ drive from the beaches at Mazagón and Punta Umbría. Doñana National Park and El Rocío Hermitage are within 45 minutes’ drive. Each air-conditioned room at the Real features simple décor. All rooms have cable TV, a private bathroom and some rooms have balconies. The Real has a lounge area and sun terrace. It also has a 24-hour front desk and on-site parking.
Pros: Easy to get to on main street, very clean room and friendly staff, accommodating space for our bikes and nice rooftop terrace. Good for one night.
Cons: All was good.
Pros: The staff were helpful and nice. The lobby and terrace looked nice. There was a private garage.
Cons: The room and jetted tub were not at all like the photo used for the room I reserved. The room was old, water leaked through the doors to the balconies, and the tub was very small, as opposed to the one in the photo that would have had room for me to actually fit in and move. I am average size, 5'4" not overweight. The large jetted tub in the photo is why I chose this place. The insulation was so bad it was hard to keep the room warm, the street noise was noticeable, and noise from other guests was VERY loud. The worst place I've stayed in 9 weeks in Spain, including lower cost youth hostels and similar or lower cost hotels. It's in a less attractive part of town. No fridge. I was trying to treat myself a little better spending 39 euros here instead of less elsewhere. I wish I had that money back. But I did enjoy the tub as much as I could and had a safe place to sleep.
Pros: Everything! Very helpful people, clean.... Arrived early (earlier then expected) room was ready. Great place to store my bike! Leaving early wasn’t a problem... just great overall!!
Pros: Room ok size, but had a jacuzzi style bath which was great. Location is perfect to explore the city too.
Cons: TV only had loud setting.
Pros: Stayed here on a road trip from Portugal to Malaga . near the motorway and easy to find . friendly ,clean and good value for money .
Located in Moguer, Complejo Rural Nazaret de Moguer is within a 10-minute drive of Parish of Our Lady of Granada and Monumento a Juan Ramón Jiménez. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff was lovely!! And the food really nice.
Cons: It’s not I didn’t like it, it’s that it was a bit far from the city, however as a Rural Property it is perfect if you want a quiet place.
Pros: We were delighted to learn that within five minutes walking distance is the simple, humble birthplace of of the great 20th century Spanish poet and recipient of the 1956 Nobel Prize, Juan Ramon Jimenez. What a shame that more has not been done by the government to preserve the legacy of this national literary treasure. Thank you to your staff for the wonderful meals and your professional and courteous accommodations.
Pros: Big room, ground floor access, confy bed
Cons: Shower too small, flooding floor
Pros: Bed and friendly staff
Pros: Nice large room with terrace overlooking pool area. Comfortable bed (not too soft nor too firm). Helpful staff. Good cafe/restaurant. Good place to visit the east side of Huelva (La Rabida, caravelas, beaches and El Rocio).
Cons: Couldn't get the plug to stay in the jacuzzi bath. The rutted dirt/sandy track leading up to the hotel - thankfully that is only a short distance.
Pros: Good restaurant on site. Good breakfast.
Cons: Disappointed that the pool was closed - it is "seasonal". It was 30 degrees C. A choice of pillows would have been nice, to replace the big bolster.
Pros: We always stay here on our way to Portugal each year. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We had a problem booking on your site. It either said that the property was booked on the dates that we wanted or that they were not taking any bookings.
Cons: Nothing to complain about except the difficulty in booking
Pros: The location of this Hotel is exactly what we expected, rural.....it was basically in the middle of nowhere and suited us fine. The staff were friendly and polite, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking woodland. The bathroom was large with two hand basins a large walk in shower and very modern. All the facilities are also suitable for disabled people. Lots of parking spaces, and you definitely need a car to stay here. The swimming pool is very safe and warm and we had an enjoyable afternoon swimming and sunbathing. We arrived around lunchtime and were able to go to the cafeteria on site to have lunch. They offered a menu del dia and the usual, burgers etc.. which was adequate for a lunch.
Cons: Not a lot to dislike about this place, the only thing that I can criticize is the restaurant meals. We had been driving all day and did not want to drive to a restaurant. We had been in the cafeteria for lunch which was adequate and decided to try what was called the ‘A La Carte’ menu in the restaurant in the evening. However, we were shown to a table and ordered a bottle of wine and then the waiter brought the menu...... but, shock, horror, it was the same menu that we had been given in the cafeteria for lunch. My husband didn’t want to stay to eat as we were hoping for ‘something nice’ other than tapas or burger and chips. We did manage to get a steak, which I have to say was good and we both enjoyed it. Although, since it is the only restaurant around for miles it is in need of a new menu and a bit more adventurous cooking. Needless to say we were the only people in the restaurant......I wonder why????? But the food prices were reasonable.
Pros: breakfast was very nice
Cons: there was only one pillow each and one bedside table, not one each
Pros: Like the name says it´s rural area but fitted very well to our traveling plans. Swimming pool is very nice
Cons: Staff barely understands/speaks english, but somehow we have managed everything
Pros: Very clean and well kept property, quiet location
Pros: Friendly staff, nice surrounding forrest. Nice view to Moguer town.
Cons: Pool was closed (temperature was more than 35 degrees centigrade). First (out of 7) hotel we did't find with our GPS navigator.
Pros: Comfortable well priced stop-over with dinner, breakfast and WiFi facilities.
Pros: Room was beyond expectation for 3 star , restaurant food was very good, setting is marvellous, Staff is very friendly
Cons: as I read in earlier comments, wifi connexions still not functioning, and is a real must to attract more business clients !
Hostal Niza is well located in the centre of San Juan del Puerto, just 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and the town hall. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel, and free public parking is on offer nearby. The Niza offers air-conditioned rooms simply furnished in a colonial style. They include flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Reception is available 24 hours a day. There is a public lounge where guests can relax or watch TV. San Juan del Puerto is approximately 16 km from Huelva, and about 80 km from Seville taking the A-49 Motorway.
Pros: Reception friendly helpful view in square nice very small balcony but perfect for smokers. Bath and shower v nice. Bed comfy free wifi also. area good too we will stay again very soon.
Cons: Extra pillows
Pros: Comfy bed, hot bath, very nice staff even at very late booking late at night.
Cons: Nothing to dislike for me. Really pleased and will be back. Just be careful parking if you are driving. Yellow lines on the kerb mean its not ok to park there! (oops!) ...
Pros: It is in a quiet location. Our room was spacious. There is a large parking lot 5 minutes away. Close to a Carrfour express, cafes... Not too far from the expressway.
Cons: Its location is hard to find. Our Garmin GPS did not know about this hotel nor the square it is on. An electric kettle in the room would be a big plus
Pros: Nice staff and facilities, easy to park nearby
Pros: Nice and clean room. Few local bars around so no problem with dinner. Drinks in reception's fridge.
Cons: No kettle in the room. No coffe. No English speaking staff.
Pros: The staff was really nice. I needed to go the pharmacy on a Saturday and the owner came with me to show me the way and check which one was open.
Pros: wonderful place and location near port. very helpful staff, very clean. only disappointment was a small double bed and very hard mattress
Cons: the bed
Pros: Thouroughly enjoyed our stay here. Free Public Car Park just round the corner. Short drive from Huelva City and beaches. The staff were amazing!! Thank you Jose Manuel, Carmen and Antonio.
Pros: Nice comfy double bed, bath in room (enjoyed a lot). In the center of town with free parking near.

Pros: Amazing, very good value food in the restaurant. Great shower and room. Nice pool (although a bit cold when we went) and very near Huelva. Staff also all friendly and helpful.
Pros: A lovely hotel so close to huelva. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is very good and great value as is the wine list. Superb service.
Pros: We had the one suite which was very nice,on three levels accessed via spiral staircase , which may not suit everyone. Excellent hacienda 15 minutes drive from Huelva, Quiet, very nice pool and grounds. Shame about the dismal breakfast, Unfortunately Spanish hotels cannot seem to provide cooked/hot breakfasts and the options here were very poor , our only complaint about our stay !!
Cons: Poor breakfast otherwise all ok
Pros: Very clean, nice staff, nice swimming pool, beautiful place
Cons: A little far from everything(can be a plus too)
Pros: Very comfortable and clean rooms, polite and helpful staff
Cons: Dinner at hacienda, terrible, don’t recommend
Pros: Great rooms. Great cafe. Good breakfast
Cons: Far from centre. Isolatex5
Pros: Great access in the hotel for wheelchair. Helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic restaurant.
Cons: Would be good if pool was still open as temps in the 30s during the day warrant it.
Pros: Hotel is superb classical building and very friendly with superb dining. Pool was great but I think the hotel Needs to add gym near to the pool but great to relax too
Cons: No negatives all positive
Pros: Loved the whole building, loved having a little trolley come with drinks, very friendy and professional waiter. He even carved our lamb at our table when we asked him.Loved the huge lounge area with all the comfy settees and the low key music playing in the background.
Cons: We were sorry at 35degrees the pool was shut, we were told it closes on 1st Oct, understandable if it was cold but it was a hot day and the pool was very inviting.Think criteria for pool should be when the temperature drops not just blanket 1st Oct.We were very disappointed and even the sunbeds had gone so you couldnt even lie out. There is little to do at this hotel and its not near anything if you cannot use outside areas .
Pros: I love it. We go ever year for 1 or 2 days. The tranquil setting, the rustic spanish hacienda is beautiful, the clean pools, sunbeds and lawn and to top it all off, the dinner service. The staff are all amazing. So helpfull and kind. If you are looking for a romantic adult getaway this is the place.
Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this place. For me it's perfect. Love it every time. Shame we cannot book at the weekends.

Pros: Very comfortable room, plenty of accessories and utilities.
Pros: The location and the staff in the reception.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit poorer than I expected, with only one waitress having to take care of everything. E.g. No eggs or bacon when I arrived. Apart from this it is a correct place.
Pros: Nice centrally located hotel. Rooms very good . Hi
Cons: All satisfactory
Pros: The hotel cleaned our windscreen while the car was in the garage - a nice touch!
Cons: The positions of my room.
Pros: Great location
Pros: it was center

Pros: Great locatiion, best hotel hairdryer ever! Really good breakfast.
Cons: Only real issue was blackout curtain hanging by one hook!
Pros: Location perfect
Cons: Excellent location. Very helpful staff
Pros: The location is very central and very close to the main square. With lots of bars, tapas and shopping to choose from.
Pros: - Great location, right in the heart of Huelva. You can walk pretty much everywhere - Good breakfast
Cons: 1) AC not working 2) Lack of staff coordination (before dinner I've asked for the AC to be checked and no one did anything about it as that person finished his shift) 3) Been moved to another room that clearly was not cleaned in a long time (floor and fridge were really dirty and I have pictures of it although I'm not uploading them not create too much of a fuzz) 4) That same room had bugs (claimed to be spiders which didn't look like it to me but ok) 5) I've been moved to a suite as a "compensation" but awful experience overall
Pros: Central location, clean, good breakfast buffet.
Cons: Nothing - all good.
Pros: The location of the hotel
Cons: The room was little, no water or cofee available in your room The gym wasnt clean no facility to drink no towels to clean machinery after work-out
Pros: The hotel was very central, fantastic location, staff were friendly. The garage was a short walk from the hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were excellent.
Cons: The photos of the rooms over sell the hotel, the room was no where near as luxurious as the photos suggest, small window, not much light. The descriptions were accurate apart from their being no electrical kettle. The map to the hotel garage could be significantly improved, street markings contradict the direction you should take so that first arrival was challenging.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel central position meant were able to walk everywhere we wanted in the Old Town with ease. Parking is close by.
Cons: A very squeaky bed...!
Pros: Vg reception. Firm bef
Cons: Ice cold room where temperature could not be changed
Pros: Large room
Cons: Very poor Isolation of the room (I was able to hear neighboring guest snoring! There’s no bidet towel. Private parking was outside and far from the hotel ... however parking spots were comfortable.

Pros: Great location on the edge of town... Used as a stop-over en route to Portugal. Modern and functional with on street (free) parking outside.
Pros: Staff very friendly
Pros: Friendly staff clean spacious room great breakfast
Cons: No Parking for big vehicles
Pros: It was ok - nothing outstanding.
Cons: Didn’t like the odour in the room - vague unpleasant whiff of stale cigarette smoke. The hotel is in need of refurb and perhaps a deep clean to get rid of the smells - the stuff used to try and mask the stink isn’t really working.
Pros: Great staff and the room was clean and comfortable, we had a very good stay and nothing bad comes to mind. Plenty of free parking outside for those who come by car.
Pros: Good room size and great access to main road
Cons: Car park very small and difficult for Suv Lift could do with a clean
Pros: Excellent staff. Good breakfast and very comfortable room
Pros: Yes - reception is excellent with a positive environment conducive to relaxing after a long trip-
Cons: I must admit- that locating the entrance was a little trying - principally because could not see proper Signs - direction to property while driving in!
Pros: Perfect accomodation, quiet, big rooms, nice devoted staff
Cons: Little bit far away from the city center, but with a car its doesnt matter.

Pros: Room very clean. Host welcoming when we arrived.
Cons: Coffee! We were not shown where we could make a coffee. Having kitchen facilities available to make a hot drink would have been great.
Pros: Very very nice place. Extremely good value for money.
Cons: Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.
Pros: The interior of hotel was really nice.
Cons: Noise inside the hotel. We have heard everything and mostly sounds of making love process:)
Pros: Excellent location on the road from Sevilla to Faro Exceptionally friendly staff
With a stay at Hotel La Pinta in Palos de la Frontera, you'll be a 4-minute walk from Casa Museo Martin Alonso Pinzon and 6 minutes by foot from San Jorge Church. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Convenient situation, good size room, quiet, having a hairdryer and bidet is something we always like
Cons: The thinnest shower gel we’ve ever encountered. You needed at least two sachets per wash. Fortunately loads were provided.
Pros: A friendly little hostel not far from Lagos centre. For the morning breakfast the landlady made me extra coffee, very strong :) The hostel is located 1 km from N125 and a little tricky to find, but the landlady comes down to the main road to get you to the hostel.
Pros: Best option when you come from the Ferry
Cons: Mattress very hard, pillows to flat
Pros: Everything near
Cons: Small bathroom
Pros: Excellent location and helpful staff. Very clean room and bathroom with toiletries.
Pros: The position of our apartment couldn’t have been better
Cons: The value for money was very good!
Pros: The menu of the day was very good value at 10 euros for three courses plus a drink. But try the tapas selection - very good food and again good value! The hotel was typically Spanish, very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacey, even the single Rooms. My husband and I travelled with my sister and we were all very impressed. The town is very pretty, and the museums very interesting. Altogether a v.good visit.
Cons: A little more selection of foods at breakfast. Had coffee, toast and spreads. Although the charge was only a couple of euros each would have liked a little more choice.
Pros: The parking in the garage below the police station looks very safe.
Cons: Same as almost everywhere in Spain, the beds are only 190cm long and I am just too tall for them.
Offering a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi, Hostal Don Diego is located in San Juan del Puerto, 10 minutes’ drive from Huelva and 20 minutes’ drive from Playa de Mazagon beach. This guest house features air-conditioned rooms with cable TV and private bathroom. There is an interior Andalusian-style courtyard and a small café. Free private parking is possible on site. Punta Umbría beach, Doñana National Park and the chapel Ermita del Rocio can be reached in less than 45 minutes’ drive of the guest house.
Pros: This is an incredibly cute and cosy place, slightly out of town, along the road to Mazagón. It is a family-run business that used to be about twice its current size. The rooms are facing either the big patio, that also serves as parking lot, or a small, more secluded, patio. The rooms are big, rather dark, not too hot, not even during a heat wave, and are equipped with a well functioning, airconditioning. Apart from your bed and two bedside tables you will find a sofa in your room and a lot of extra space. The style of the furniture is not too modern, but can be considered charming. I will certainly come back here. It's excellent value for money and only a trip to Malibu would be a better option. Apart from the two rooms nearest to the Mazagón-road, the rooms are quiet. In the evening a small bar opens up and in the morning one can have breakfast there.
Cons: The tv-set is very small and still a 'good old' analog one. A flatscreen tv would be much appreciated. The door locks are in such a state that a kick against the door might be sufficient to open it. Personally I do prefer more secure locks on doors and windows.
Pros: All very quaint
Cons: No Hair dryer in the room or any coffee facilities
Pros: Parking, the room, outside seating. Cleanliness. Breakfast was fine
Cons: The mattress was a little on the hard side for me but o.k. For my wife. Bolster pillow inconvenient.
Pros: Clean rooms, plenty of parking
Cons: No cafe as advertised, nearest place to get any drinks or food about 3 miles away. HAD to leave room key when going out, came back 2.30 and had to wait until 5 o’clock until siesta over to get our room key. Because hostel out on the main dual carriage way, not in town, nothing to do except listen to the traffic noise.
Cons: Aircom broke, no coffee, no breakfast, far from village center on foot, not going again, never...
Pros: I loved this place so much I wanted to stay an extra night but it was already fully booked. This place has been beautifully decorated on the exterior and a shame I forgot to take photos. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Cons: Okay the ONLY thing that could improve is more soap and a better quality, as that one is very harsh on the skin.
Pros: Very polite, friendly, professional service.I recommend this hostel ,clean, confortable and quiet place .
Pros: Very Spanish

The cafeteria features a terrace and glass walls, and is set just above the gardens, overlooking the Huelva estuary. Pros: Fine hotel, it's nicely located not far from the big city. Friendly staff, clean room. Desk so I could work on my laptop. They also have some rooms for parties and meetings and such, but I was just a traveler.
Cons: English wasn't perfect of the staff, but we managed and they were very friendly.
Pros: Secured parking, perfect if you are connecting with ferry. Also hotel is well presented.
Pros: Mu room had a balcony with a great view of the river Tinto estuary and Huelva.
Pros: Love the peaceful location, the safe parking, the proximity to Huelva and the Port, the convenience of having a snack bar...This could really be a superb place if they brought the rooms up to date a little more, but comfy and good value anyway..witb pleasant outlook..
Cons: The hotel is used for weddings and other functions, and its almost like the hotel is just a side line...which is a pity.. The staff are pleasant but i was arriving on the ferry from Canary islands, and they warn you tbat if the ferry is delayed by more than a couple of hours, the hotel closes around 10, but then i was told they are always there until around 11, so its confusing... Also the bar/ restaurant wasnt properly staffed this time, so you felt a bit like they were doing you a favour rather than giving normal service..? I like this hotel a lot, but they need to think about if they really want to run a hotel, or just a banqueting centre ...
Pros: Handy location for the Christopher Columbus caravels, a good quiet alternative to Huelva, with a view over the river and a large balcony. Easy to find, with onsite parking. Wi-Fi a little patchy at the extreme end of the hotel where we were. Nice decor.
Pros: The location was excellent and very easy to find. I was lucky to get a room with e lovely view from the balcony. The parking was super and close to the entrance. Everything worked well. Will come there again.
Cons: A longer stay
Pros: You can order food in room, free parking and location
Cons: From the bathroom you can see in the room and the bathroom door are not really a door so that is unpleasant.Too high fees for pets and u got rules that dog isn't allowed to do anything. For example if they found dog hair they will charge you extra for that and also dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room so it's impossible to go to get a meal.
Pros: The French lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful.
Pros: The french lady in the bar was very helpful. The staff were very accomodating and helful. This Hotel has 2/3 very large function rooms and may be busy at weekends with weddings and first communions.
Cons: We booked it as a few days relaxation stop whilst touring Andalusia. There isnt too much to do within walking distance
A stay at Hotel Sercotel Familia Conde places you in the heart of Huelva, steps from Casa Colon and Museum of Huelva. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: There was a water leak that we reported upon our arrival. The guy at recepcion said that it’d fix the following day but it wasn’t. It’s a bit pricy for a room that is dated, not very clean and noisy
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything we needed. Very good location. Reception staff extremely helpful.
Cons: Everything was very good.
Pros: Decent coffee, the croissants were really good. Otherwise average breakfast. Location is nice (for Huelva )
Cons: The bed was too soft The sink was tiny for some strange reason because the bathroom had a good size
Pros: Location great for town and 20 minutes drive to beautiful beaches
Cons: All good
Cons: My only comment is that hotels in the South of Spain should be able to provide ice during the summer - whether or not they have a bar, which this hotel did not have.
Cons: No parking for our bigger car next to hotel
Pros: breakfast was perfact
Pros: Ok but noise from the maids cleanning the rooms.
Cons: Noise in the room.
Pros: Pleasant staff. Comfy bed. Reasonable breakfast.
Cons: We found a cockroach in the bedroom. Bathroom facilities did not work properly e.g shower and sink leaked, bin broken, toilet didn't flush properly and dodgy electrics.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, great location, super friendly staff! Amazing stay all together!
Pros: The cleaners are really poor
Cons: The room attendant must improve more especially the cleaning of the rooms
Pros: Location was excellent and room sizes
Cons: No not water to have shower in the morning.
Pros: Nice location, close to city center. Good variety breakfast
Cons: Smell from the bathroom was a big problem
Pros: Perfect people on reception, room service everyday, nice breakfast
Cons: No parking, no gym, no sauna
Pros: Change of water and the table top fridge was very dirty
Cons: The water was very dirty as the tap flow when showering it's not clean water
Pros: Just refurbished some of the rooms and they were fantastic. Food to be recommended. Easy to find.
Cons: Entrance to underground car park a bit of a problem but other than that everything was 100%.
Pros: The best bit was the staff, especially Tamara in the restaurant who nothing was too much. Also the reception people where very helpful. Room was a good size, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and plenty of hot water. Location was great
Cons: No BBC or CNN on the TV. Bedside cabinets were about 50cms away from the bed each side which made life a little tricky (think it should have had a bigger bed in the gap) Nice balcony but no furniture on it to enjoy it.
With a stay at Hotel Costa de la Luz in Huelva, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Gran Teatro and Parroquia Purisima Concepcion. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
Pros: Helpful staff. Very good café next door (owned by the hotel). Clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. Nice views over the town from the roof terrace.
Cons: The decor in the reception area needed updating, but once past reception the place was nice.
Cons: The restaurant was closed the day/evening of my arrival
Pros: Stayed 1 night. Room was ok, reasonable size. Bar / cafe next door, which was convenient for a coffee and croissant in the morning. Car park nearby.
Cons: Nothing, it was ok.
Pros: Decent budget hotel. Everything worked. Clean sheets. No frils
Pros: Location of the hotel
Cons: Staff approach and the room I stayed
Cons: Rip off.
Pros: great location, great value for money, A shower to blow your socks off.
Pros: It was very close to main plaza and shopping streets. The hotel was clean with helpful staff 24hrs a day. The shower was amazing which you need when you are walking around a city when it is warm. All in all perfect for what we needed.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
Pros: Very kind service in reception
Cons: No one clean our room. We didn’t have toilet paper and we changed rubbish.
Pros: For the price the room was nice
Cons: Looked a bit old
With a stay at Ohtels Mazagón in Moguer, you'll be near the beach, a 4-minute walk from Playa de las Dunas and a 4-minute drive from Playa del Arenosillo/Rompeculos. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The property is geared towards an all-inclusive family stay with fantastic facilities. Pools, waterslides, kids and family entertainment and if this is your cup of tea, then great option! If you don't fancy crowds of people, then best not to visit. We were just stopping over for one night on a trip around Spain, therefore I imagine most people come stay for a week with the correct expectations. My kids loved the pool and slides.
Cons: Rooms, although spacious left an awful lot to be desired. They were passably clean, but old and in need of upgrading. We were given a family room which served our sleeping purposes, but the bathroom was quite decrepid with ancient shower doors which did little to keep the water in. Very little character to the hotel or the rooms.
Pros: Sea View room
Cons: The staff did not speak any English. I called reception twice to fix my AC knowone came. I was even hung up on one time.
Pros: Near the beach which is beautiful. The pools are large and well kept.
Cons: The food was cold and tasteless. Staff seemed overworked and sometimes rude. Decoration needs a overhaul, quite outdated.
Located in Palos de la Frontera, Hostal La Niña is within a 5-minute drive of San Jorge Church and Jose Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Comfortable bed, good bathroom
Cons: Outside noise was a little annoying
Pros: Room was clean and cheap
Cons: Lots of starey men, felt busy and chaotic in the restaurant. Location not good for anything, village doesn't have much in the way of restaurants
Pros: The hostal La Niña is perfect if you wanna visit the Huelva region, the Natural Park of Doñana and the nearby beaches on a budget. It may not have the luxuries of a beach resort or a hotel, but for the price it delivers. The rooms are simple but clean and the owners are quite friendly. The restaurant offers simple andalussian meals and breakfast on a budget. Free parking in the property. Close to everything: Huelva, Punta Umbria, Mazagon, Matalascañas, Doñana, el Rocio...
Cons: The hostal La Niña is not located per se in the city of Palos de la Frontera but in a closeby neighborhood. Because the restaurant/bar is one of the few open places until quite late in the surroundings, it's a meeting point for the locals at night and therefore a bit noisy.
Pros: mattress and air-con
Cons: staff were very unwelcoming and almost rude. the location was uncomfortable with local men staring constantly. the car park was not 'secure' as listed as it was open all the time. lots of 'lucky lucky' men pressure selling. the lift access was pointless as you had to walk through cafe/bar to go out and call reception to let you in (and there was never any answer). this hotel is not as discribed. photos are not realistic!
Pros: Nothing at all. Glad we just stayed one night!
Cons: Not recomend at all! Check in was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for check in, the person in reception said 5minutes and then vanished. And then we realized that key were to pick up at bar, and gave us the key, after we waited so long. Room was not clean, sheets were dirty with hairs, and looked like it hasnt been changed in a while, just 1 towel for 2 of us. Everyone staring at us everywhere we went in the area. Lots of noise during night. Bedroom was smelling. AC working but when put on awful smell. Check out really bad aswell, girl in the bar very rude, gave the key and she turned the back on us. Very bad experience overall. Not returning there ever! PICTURES do NOT correspond with what we got!
Pros: Private car park
Cons: Bathroom, also weird people hanging around cafe/bar area
Pros: Very friendly staff. Great service. Really clean throughout. Lovely food. Easy parking. Good WiFi. Comfortable.
Pros: The hotel has a bar and restaurant which was really handy. We had pizza in the restaurant which was tasty and good value.
Cons: We used the underground car park which is a great facility to have and there was a lift to take you up to your room but you could not use the lift to get back down to your car. This meant that we had to walk outside the hotel and down the driveway ramp to get to the car which was inconvenient on checking out with our bags. Also the car park gate wasn't being used which meant that it wasn't secure.
Pros: Affordable hotel, there's a bar downstairs and the staff was really nice. The room was small, yet clean. It's not far from the town's center. There are also some small fastfood places around the corner. Parking is free.
Cons: I had a window but there was no outside. Room was quite small but you get what you pay for. Even tough parking is free, it can be a challenge to find an actual spot. I really missed a desk to work on with my laptop.

Located in Palos de la Frontera, Hotel La Rábida is within a 5-minute drive of Casa Museo Martin Alonso Pinzon and San Jorge Church. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Pros: Convenient for the ferry and 24 hours reception
Cons: Food not as good as usual
Pros: Value for money budget property Good for Palos de la Frontera location or La Rabida Room comfortable and clean Good for breakfast pleasant staff
Cons: A hairdryer for the bathroom
Pros: Cleanliness of the hotel
Cons: The location
Pros: Nice light place .
Pros: Not really my type of hotel. This is more for the lorry drivers and workman from the industrial site it's based on. Small bedroom.
Cons: A lot of things. I didn't get any breakfast even though I'd paid for it. Another that I will not return too.
Pros: Overall good value for money. Location is in an Industrial Estate but plenty of people around and socialising in the Hotel. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very fresh and served with a smile.
Cons: No internet which was very inconvenient as we needed to book another hotel for the following day. The lady at Reception was not able to help us with this. Only one tv channel available. Beds were very narrow.
Pros: Nothing to possibly like at all :-(
Cons: If you plan on getting any sleep then this is definitely NOT the place to stay as people coming and going in the corridors right outside your room door all night long as well as doors slamming and people as ignorant as they come plus the added bonus of pets (dogs) barking all night as well.
Pros: Relatively big room
