Pros. Absolutely wonderful hotel and very hospitable and friendly staff (specifically Mirlandys at the front desk is phenomenal!). Always my go-to when coming to Tremblant in terms of the ease of ski in and ski out, wonderful outdoor jacuzzis and heated pools to unwind in after a day of skiing, and generally an extremely pleasant experience. Can't wait to come back soon :)
Pros. The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. The pool and building was a very luxurious setting. They offered house keeping twice a day. I loved the smell of the shampoos.
Pros. Location location location! Ski in and ski out from hotel. Lots of restaurants choices. However we ended up having every meal at the hotel because it was convenient and the meals were delicious. Kids menu was extensive with lots of variety and very healthy options! Everything was right at the hotel. Village was within walking distance, spa and outdoor pool.
Cons. Service was slow and staff were fairly rude except the room housekeeper! She was friendly and super helpful.
