Pros (+) The staff was very helpful. It was quiet and very relaxing.
Cons (-) My only complaint is the mandatory resort fee. We did not use any aspect of the resort. I do not like that I was charged $30.00 for something we did not use.

Cons (-) Understaffed and overwhelmed by groups. It took over 30 minuets just to get a beer. Poor logistics at buffet style restaurant and not enough waiters serving beverages (not even a fountain with juice and water). We all practically finished our meal before being served coffee and orange juice.
