Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and spacious rooms, making it convenient for exploring Montpellier. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests describing indifferent or unhelpful staff, especially at reception and with luggage assistance. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others find it lacking in variety or quality. The pool is noted as being too small for the size of the hotel and sometimes crowded, though some appreciate its amenities. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few guests mention issues in bathrooms. Overall, while the location and room size are highlights, improvements are needed in service, pool facilities, and some aspects of cleanliness and breakfast.
