The suite room had plenty of space for a crib for our toddler, which made the stay far more comfortable. The in-room kitchenette made it easy to feed him during snack time, and clean up his plate and bibb after. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Pros (+) Room was nicer and bigger than expected
Cons (-) After four days it would have been nicer to have something other than eggs for breakfast. But a complimentary hot breakfast is still nice.

Cons (-) On the second night I saw a live cockroach on the bed's headboard. We had to kill it and after that we told the front desk and they did nothing. Didn't send someone to clean, or sent us to another room, nothing. And parking was $20 a night.
Pros (+) This was a solid, no frills experience that matched what would be expected based on the price. It was helpful to have the kitchenette and the location is centrally located although the block itself has several parking lots so it feels desolate at night. The staff was helpful.
Cons (-) The internet wasn't great. This is also possibly specific for me but as a sports fan not having ESPN or the Canadian equivalent was something of a downer for me.

Pros (+) Staff upon arrival very friendly and bilingual. Room was clean and adequately sized. Not sure the queen bed is a queen, but it was comfortable. Location is close to everything if you don't mind walking a mile. Otherwise, metro station, which is where all lines meet, is a minute or two walk away.

Half a block away from IGA where I could get everything I needed. Right in between St. Catherine and Rene-Levesque. Very comfortable room with kitchenette. Staff was very helpful.
