Choosing Intercontinental as a place to stay in Montreal was the best decision I made. Hotel is located between both Old city and Downtown, with metro station located close buy. The Intercontinental was comfortable and provided many amenities which are convenient when you are away from home. It was also a gym and swimming pool with access to outdoor veranda. I believe it was quite a good deal for the price I paid.
Pros. Everything! Especially the super comfortable bed.
Cons. Parking? It’s the city so you have to pay
Pros. Fantastic location, incredible staff and the hotel itself smelled amazing!
Cons. Wish the breakfast was included, some confusion about that & was not made aware of any promotions going on at the time. Would be nice if there were a few more breakfast options as well.
Pros. Location
Cons. Terrible experience using steam room, bathroom smelled like vomit and the staff was just awful in resolving any issues. They said the gym faculties including steam room was not part of the hotel staffs responsibility therefore there was nothing they could do.
Pros. Bathroom View Location Staff Food
Cons. Pool hard to swim laps in with kids in there
Pros. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The proximity to the old city attractions allowed us to park the car and walk/cab where we wanted to go. Concierge provided guidance to attractions and set us up for a romantic anniversary dinner at a top nearby restaurant. The service was outstanding and a great value. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!
