Opt for a Room with a View
Guests highly recommend choosing a room with a view of the sea and easy transport, as it provides a quiet and scenic atmosphere.
Consider Transportation
If you don't have a car, be prepared for the hilltop position of the hotel, which some guests found challenging to walk up. However, there is a nearby bus stop that can be convenient for getting around.
Be Mindful of Room Features
Some guests found the glass partition separating the washroom uncomfortable and the arrangement of two single beds pushed together less than ideal. Consider these aspects when selecting a room.
Check for Ant Infestation
A few guests experienced ant infestations during their stay. It's advisable to check for this issue upon arrival and promptly address it with the management if needed.
Be Aware of Limited Breakfast Service
Despite being a bed and breakfast, some guests were surprised to find that breakfast was not provided, which was not previously communicated. It's recommended to clarify this with the hotel before booking if breakfast is an important factor for your stay.
Take Advantage of the Location
The hotel's proximity to the center and its great lake view from the entrance make it a convenient and picturesque choice for exploring the area.
Consider Public Transport
Due to the location's hilltop position, walking to the lake may be challenging for some guests. However, there is a nearby bus stop that can provide an alternative mode of transportation.
Address Maintenance Concerns
Some guests noted issues with the hotel's maintenance, such as broken lamps and cables sticking out of the walls. It's advisable to communicate any concerns with the management to ensure a comfortable stay.
