Pros: The lady at the front desk kindly offered us umbrellas while we were waiting in the lobby for our friend on a rainy day. Thought that was a nice gesture.
Pros: I cannot think of anything I liked about this hotel.
Cons: The pool was too small, shallow, heavily chlorinated, the waterfall feature did not work, the entire facility, especially the rooms were old and outdated, not cleaned well, smelly, unclean, no free breakfast. Hallways cold, neighbor rooms very loud.
Pros: Poolside rooms
Cons: No breakfast included
Pros: The staff was very helpful and professional.
Cons: It was noisier than I expected... hard to sleep
Pros: I loved that the pool was all one level and I could stand in it! My girls were able to swim but I knew they were safe!! They loved swimming and playing in the pool!!
Located in Morden, Bella's Castle Bed and Breakfast is within a 5-minute drive of Morden Park and Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a library. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A beautiful old mansion lovingly restored. Reminded me of my grandmothers house I stayed in as a child.
Pros: The castle was amazing . The rooms were beautifully appointed. We went when the outside temps were 36 degrees and I welcomed the well running a/c. The bathroom was so luxurious. I loved the meals. Excellent value for the money. They tasted great and the presentation showed the attention to detail that was apparent everywhere. We wished to rent bikes - they only had one so they actually went out and purchased one so that we could have two at our disposal. If you mention you are staying at the castle you get a discount at the drive in. The castle also has a huge selection of purses and some jewelry, scarves and stained glass pieces for sale, which was fun to browse through. There is also a wrap around porch where you can chose to eat your meals or just sit and relax . The staff was very hospitable and accommodating.
Pros: Excellent staff. Great breakfast
Cons: Place to hang clothing in room
Pros: We enjoyed the spaciousness of our accommodation and the uniqueness of the facility! We were served an exceptional breakfast!
Cons: Seating could be more comfortable! The furniture was nice but not comfortable!
Pros: The ambience
Cons: No wifi, no cable. The lady who assisted us said they have netflix because they have no cable and we were okay with that. However, she left us with nothing. I wasn’t there for a visit, i was there for work. I was hoping after work I will be able to just watch tv and relax. Breakfast is okay but takes them too long to prepare it.
Pros: Decor is nice. Complimentary water and toiletry such as toothpaste and toothbrush.
Cons: Mattress protection is plastic which makes slippery and hot feeling. The sheets are very shabby, old, low quality. The bedding should be cotton of high quality for comfortable and pleasant sleep.
Pros: The location and accommodation for my late arrival was excellent. I never got to enjoy the breakfast as I was racing back to back events - and I just don’t like to eat before a race. But I did have supper there - it was fulfilling! Great staff. Quaint place. Will have to return with my wife!
Cons: Creamy stairs - but it adds to the place’s 1902 heritage!
Pros: The staff was very accommodating. Food was very good. Beds very comfortable. The restaurant is very good for supper as well.
Cons: Too bright at night.
Pros: It is in a beautiful location. Close to all amenities. I love the wrap around porch
Pros: Beautiful building, property was well taken care of, great location, wonderful friendly staff, rooms are well very taken care of and the decor suits the B&B perfectly
Indoor pool with Waterslide Free local calls Free parking Jacuzzi room and kitchenette units available with Microwave, Refrigerator and Sink
Pros: Liked the pool, we would love it if your facility was pet friendly though.
Cons: Not pet friendly
Cons: View out the window was a concrete wall.
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and someone was always available. The pool and water slide plus showering room located in the area was nice. The contential breakfast was wonderful and the rooms and hotel were clean.
Cons: Sound proofing isnt greatest..no thermostats vent in livingroom in the kind suits so either hot or cold in that area and the sofa bed couldn't be used it was that uncomfortable. Cant take pool.towels put of pool area
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a slip in the shower as bottom of tub was very slick and they were extremely concerned. My only recommendation is that they let clients know at check in that there are tub mats available or have one in each room that you can use at your option. Thankfully I just received a couple of bruises and was a little stiff the next day. Nicest tub/shower combination Ihave ever seen.
Cons: Breakfast. Would have liked a meat selection and/or more fruit. As there were work crews staying there some mornings items were pretty skimpy.
Pros: Kids liked the slide in the pool
Cons: Not a big selection for breakfast Strong chlorine in pool area
Pros: It was very quite
Cons: We went swimming and both of us got a rash from the pool
Pros: Good location
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: It was all good.
Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast had lots of choices, didn’t use the pool but looked fun.
Pros: My kids really liked the breakfast pancake machine and the water slide
Cons: I was disappointed that I couldn't drink my coffee that was in a thermos at a table in the pool area while watching my kids swim. Other than that, no complaints
Pros: The breakfast was very good and when the pancake machine wasn't working, they fixed it promptly! It was nice and quiet and the front desk staff was very helpful whenever we needed anything!
Cons: Check in time was a little later than ideal but we made it work. Some guests were a little loud but nothing staff could do anything about.
Pros: Conveniently located

Pros: had stayed before so expected same quality for food
Cons: Asked to have room close to an exit because of Pet and main floor ...Main floor got but room was in middle of row besides noisy workers with loud voices talking from 6am to 9am including in hallwayand banging doors ...hotel not soundproof at all .Very disapointing from what I had recalled on previous stay where I was in a corner room as requested.
Cons: Did not like the smell of old cigarettes in the main entrance especially because you boast a smoke free facility
Pros: Bed to soft. Doors locked just after in , if later we could not get in. Very aged.
Pros: It was clean and the staff friendly.
Cons: It needs more plug ins. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom.
Pros: The bed. Was comfortable, the room was very clean.
Cons: No extra electrical plugs to charge my phone or to plug in my sleep apnea machine. I had to unplug the lights by the bed. The shower was so low, like it was for a kid.
Pros: Can’t wait to go back!
Pros: Value for your dollar. One of the better motels I have stayed in.
Pros: Air conditioners were awesome asThe temperature was +34c service personnel were excellent as well! Food was a pleasant surprise!!!
