Pros (+) We booked this room based on the price, the fact that it had AC, and the reviews of the hotel for cleanliness. The price was much more affordable for us and we were happy with our stay. We were able to easily walk to the strip of businesses on the waterfront with our 3 month old baby and the hotel room was pretty clean, which was awesome since we had a baby with us. The only thing that bothered me...

Pros (+) Tempurpedic matress was nice. Room was clean, reasonably priced versus other hotels. Counter staff was very polite and helpful. Short walk to stores, restaurants and embarcadero.
Cons (-) Located under breakfast deck, could hear chairs being scraped thru ceiling (very noisy). Toilet made noise every time someone flushed, very small corner shower. Continental breakfast choices weren't that great.
