The hotel has a great location, is rather comfortable. We enjoyed jakuzi in the lux. The breakfast is ok. The hall was beautifully decorated for the Christmas and New Year. Excellent staff, excellent room, nice and clean and the hotel is in a great location! Recepcioner Dženan was courteous and very informative, thank you for all your help! Our housekeeping staff and dining room staff was also very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, the hotel is central and has great views! The suite was comfortable and roomy. The room was nicer, than I expected from the photos on booking.com. The bathroom was nice, clean and functional, but a bit small. The breakfast was very nice, with local and international cuisine. The location is just around the corner from the old town and outside the hotel there's an ice-cream shop. The staff was really friendly, and we had the privilege to meet David (Dave) from Peru so the attention was in Spanish and personalized, great that the Hotel count with international staff to ease the communication with the guests. The hotel locates between the old bridge and the east bus station. It takes a few minutes to reach Megas mall by walk. The breakfast is also awesome. There is lack of electric points and some of them didn't function. The breakfasts lasts until 10 a.m. and when we came at 9.30, some dishes were already over. Limited breakfast choices. All was good except I had to pay more then double for this hotel because from their booking com I got some scam link and got robbed:( The long stairway to the restaurant was hard on my knees. Hotel didn't have its own parking. The bathroom was small and difficult to get out of the shower without "stepping" onto the toilet. In the hallway there were building materials waiting to be installed into another room. jacuzzi didn't work, heating didn't work and its winter time so yea we froze in the room and we told stuff and they didn't even say sorry or anything and i would not be comming back to this hotel plus this facility has no parking. Not coment. Nothing really. Parking was limited, but staff helped us. No flexibility to check in. Internet connection was very bad. Actually not working. worst internet connection you would ever experience in a hotel in 2023! No thick blankets. It's rather a bridge view than river view. Breakfast was not very nice. Understaffed and it was not cleaned after people or brought in new food. Parking was somewhat random, without their own parking area. Thank you. AC remote was not working properly. Bad smell on the restaurant balcony from river. Breakfast: The plates of the buffet should be covered by a transparent plate, a so called Spuckschutz, as the Germans say. Bathroom needs some refreshing. Internet speed was weak in the room. My room window was to an interior area which was facing other rooms and the noise of the aircons took me a while to manage to sleep even with windows closed. Wifi wasnt great. The shower needed fixing. Bathroom was not very clean. There is no parking. That is, I don't know if they have a parking lot or not. They have a parking lot that they recommend, so the hotel says that the price is 5€ and the man in the parking lot is 10€ a day (it even says that it is 1€ for an hour). They broke the back window of our car and caused €300 damage to the car plus €300 in expenses for a night in Mostar because the police did not want to issue a police report that could be used to cross the state border. The hotel "washes its hands" of the parking lot even though they recommend it. We will never come to this hotel again. Hote didn't even offer to organize accommodation for us for that one night, they didn't even want to inform the hotel manager. Shame! The hotel as a hotel is ok but far from 4 stars. I am totally disappointed, this is our second time in that hotel, but unfortunately the last. Shower was placed low on the wall. Very difficult to shower for anyone over 5’7. Bath wasn’t appealing due to mould around the edges. Housekeeping opened the windows open after cleaning which resulted in bugs coming into the bathroom. Room is very outdated but this is seen in the pictures. Ants. bitten several spots. The room was very small. Just one notice if you are staying at lower floors maybe it can be noisy from the street and the bar downstairs but if you close the window it’s fine you can sleep. Weak wi-fi.

The room was large and luxurious, and well placed to visit the Bazaar and the Old Bridge. Hotel ideally located, on walking distance from the railway station and the center. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with the food being replenished frequently. Great location, 10 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk to the Mall/cinema complex. We arrived and departed by bus and the hotel was just 8 mins walk from there. Room was great, super spacious with efficient air conditioning and offered a great night's sleep.
