Pros: Kittens on front porch
Cons: Everything. Was dirty in poor condition. Should be condemned. Can’t believe they would rent this mess to anyone. The website is totally false advertising. It might have been that way 20 years ago but now it’s rubble
7.9 Good
Pros: It's was a fun camping experience. We stayed in a teepee so it's like tent camping with air conditioning and TV. Nice and quiet. The river is nice.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend for people that don't like camping. It rained the night we stayed but that's life. Some of the other campers left garbage on the ground.
7.5 Good
Pros: no breakfast location good
Cons: all was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: We liked everything. The owners were very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This staff was wonderful! The pictures posted don't do this place justice. The Teepee's were way larger than expected and my family and I were simply amazed. We have never seen anything like this place and in my opinion is the best place to stay in the town of Murfreesboro. Tools were also provided for diamond hunters at no extra fee.
Cons: There is nothing I can see that my family and I didn't like about this property.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location was close to the river and we did see some wild life. Very quiet location.
Cons: Stayed in a tee-pee. The photos of the location are clearly extremely outdated. This place is just run down and not taken care of. Grass around the teepee was probably 3 ft. high. Furniture was broken. My bed was held up with concrete blocks. There were cats everywhere. Mold and mildrew covered the fabric that the teepees are made from. Charcoal grills were falling apart. Awful, just awful. Would not recommend.
7.1 Good

Pros: Great view. Nice facilities. Accommodating staff. Location to nearbyvattractions. Rustic. Family friendly. Grill and kitchen facilities. Large bathroom. Providing equipment for nearby attraction.
Cons: Could have been cleaner. Roaming animals. Needed some TLC. We were not expecting splinters from furniture.
6.3 Good
Pros: The night sky is amazing. The sounds of the nature amazing. He provides shovels, screens and buckets for the Crater of the Diamonds state park. The mattress are super comfy. They do have all the creature comforts in the teepee.
Cons: As I pulled in, at night, with my 2 young nieces I got the heebeejeebee’s. It is 2 teepees on this mans property. You are not able to lock your teepee, or secure it from the inside. The canvas that the teepee’s are made out of is not clean. I’m not sure if it is mold or dirt.
