For example, the web site shows flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living area and our bedroom had an ancient huge tube TV and a broken DVD player. Cons (-) No rooms available until 5 PM!!! No apologies whatsoever. I was supposed to receive a call when room was ready but did not! Staff unfriendly throughout the hotel. The maid didn't clean our room!!! Beds were old and uncomfortable. If not for the nice pool and being on the beach we would have been miserable. I will stick with Hilton and Marriott from now on. This place is terrible.
