Pros: This is a nice and very sweet place. Breakfast is homemade and nature. Host is kind and recommend good restaurants. The building is beautiful.I virtually like this B&B.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Kind hosts. Hospitable atmosphere. Pleasing architecture and design. Nice breakfast. Relaxing. Friendly area.
Cons: Not really negative but public transport is somewhat limited so having a car might help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What originally attracted me to the Bed & Breakfast was the architecture. Such smartly designed spaces create an enriching atmosphere. The pillows were perfect firmness, the bed i sank into it. The lighting, the tatami, the view from my balcony and the traditional Japanese checkin refreshments and breakfast. I was connected to the earth of Okinawa
Cons: If i could change 1 thing I would have a private car ride from either the airport or from one of the bus stations. Thats just me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Solid restaurant recommendations, good breakfast, very kind and hospitable hosts. A tiny bathtub :)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice home with nice rooms. In the middle of nature. Helpfull owners. We didn‘t have a car (which I would recommend) so they drove us around sometime which was very helpful. As well there is a bus service in the town which takes you to the beaches nearby.
Cons: We had more the feeling that we stayed at a familiy home then at a hotel. This was very nice on the one hand but sometimes a bit narrowing on the other hand.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Me and my partner spent six days at this place in the end of March, and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super helpful and kind, the room very clean (and beautiful!) and the breakfast absolutely delicious. Thank you!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and beautifully designed facility. The host is very welcoming, helpful on any questions, fluent english and cook a delicious japanese breakfast
Cons: the route to facility might be a bit dark to locate after sunset

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The attitude of employee during the late night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Complimentary drink at hotel bar
Cons: Almost the same food for breakfast for our 3-day stay
7.5 Good
Pros: Next to the station of rail and bus terminal, best location. Staff are very kind. Oh their breakfast is absolutely delicious.
Cons: Too expensive for the room. Usually the washlet sprays warm water, however this hotel had the cold water. Not sure it’s the issue happened in our room only or all the rooms. Wifi is so weak that we can’t even surf the internet.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location & breakfast
Cons: No gym or swimming
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kid's potty toilet, bed guard can be provided. The bathroom is good for Traveling with a 4yr old kid as it was divided into 3 area: toliet, shower with bathtub and area for basin and small dressing table. I booked a tripple room but requested a king bed upon arrival. The room is facing to the river. Very nice. Lobby is on 14th floor n guests can only go to your rooms by changing a separate lift on 14th floor. Security wise is good but not convenient when you are in a rush! There is a Lawson CVS downstairs and also a small coffee shop across the road. The hotel has the bridge connecting to the monorail station. This is the reason why I chose this as my flight landed late and we can still find some good restaurants around the hotel within 15min walking distance.
Cons: No adaptor can be borrowed. I request bed guards but only one can be arranged per room. Overall feeling on these little thing not so good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: This was my second time in Righa but it’s sad that they do not remember their customer. Staff skill set and facilities is not at 5 star level. Due to unavailability of rooms, I had to book a triple bedroom but to my surprise they squeezed in three beds into a two bedroom. This is totally unexpected despite paying for a triple bedroom. On top of that, my sister couldn’t get a room on the first night. So we had to stay at DoubleTree Hilton for one night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice Breakfast. Very close MRT station.
Cons: Reception need to improve. Description to client not so clear. Like how to set up the Wify..
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very nice and friendly. Excellent location near the monorail and bus terminal.
Cons: The areas near the main entrance look deserted and dark.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good location and staff here is friendly

Hyakunagaran - Nanjo - Building

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is remote. Far from everything however, the setting is spectacular and the rooms are huge. Breakfast and dinner was included and fabulous all the time. Service is impeccable..... all the time and the staff just wants to please. The rooftop bathhouses are a treat and we went everyday!!! Privacy is at its best. The hotel is fairly pricy, but with the meals and service we give it a 10 out of ten!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lasting impression of Okinawa @ Hyakunagaran !!! We spent a week in Okinawa and, despite the cloudy/rainy weather throughout most of our visit, we still had a lovely time. But we could not have asked for a better ending to our visit with our last night stay at Hyakunagaran. What a perfect finish !!! Upon approaching the hotel, it looks like a tall white wall of a lifeless fortress without a clear entrance. But please don’t let that fool you by any means. Once we stopped the car just in front of the main entrance, we were warmly greeted and welcome by a team of hotel staff; our luggage were unloaded, the car brought to the parking underground. We were then escorted to the reception for checking in, and voila, we were stunned by the beautiful and unobstructed scenery of the Pacific Ocean right in front of our eyes. What we liked: - Location: The hotel is well secluded with a lovely private beach perfect for a stroll in the morning / evening. The low tide allows us to see the rocky shore with green seaweed normally hidden under the water during the high tide. Very beautiful indeed. Every room of the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean. After 7 days on the island, we had our first and gorgeous sunset from the balcony of our room. - Beautiful room and well-equipped facilities: We love our room on the fourth floor with a big balcony directing our sight to the panoramic view of the ocean. The room is spacious and well designed with comfortable beds and desirable amenities of good taste and quality. The bathroom also has a big window wall with the same view of the balcony. Although the hotel does not offer the public bathroom, it is compensated with six private huts each with a private bathroom and a sky deck on the fifth floor for you to enjoy. The white stone wall that looks like a fortress, almost cold, on the exterior provides a warm hallway from within.
Cons: Nothing!
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Worth experience ever. Don’t believe in what is written about that hotel on booking.com, that’s clearly misleading information. It’s max a low 4 stars. Not a western standard for a hotel pretending to be in that price category. CAREFUL. Don’t trust also the pictures you will see on internet or very dithyrambic comments. Cannot be true! No bar, no facilities on the beach, room service closed between 2pm and 8pm and of course doesn’t work in the night. You don’t have choice on the food. Anything you will order on top of it will be charge at prohibitive price. In 1 word, I felt ripped off. Pricing not in line at all with the minimum service they should provide. Ah Also they have a certain sense of humour with unhappy clients like me once they got your money. To compensate that very expensive bad experience they suggested to offer me a drink next time I ll would like to visit them. Disrespectful on top of that. Disaster. Don’t waste your money and time. RUN AWAY.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service staffs are all very helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner is like a gastronomy event. They have bath houses that is free to use for guests.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Big thanks to the Chef, the food was amazing! Lovely super lovely beds, and Outside bath on top floor.
Cons: None.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff and service impeccable really top
Cons: No pool and no organised beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food, Location and the Service
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding service defines this location. It is a perfect place to relax and not worry about anything in an adult only environment. It combines the best of a luxury resort (accommodations, amenities, service and architecture) with the hospitality of a traditional Japanese Inn (including traditional food service). It is located on a private beach in a relatively remote location (away from traffic, other resorts and families). Rooms are spacious with luxury bathrooms, panoramic views, very comfortable beds and are impeccably cleaned daily. Set dinners and breakfasts are included and are served in Kaiseki style. Stylish resort ware is provided and replaced daily. You can use this resort ware throughout the hotel including the restaurant. The roof top private baths and rooms were a daily pleasure for the ultimate in relaxation - we coordinated our use of them after breakfast which allowed the cleaning staff to complete our room. Daily walks to Ojima island or Mirabu beach for a late lunch were a nice break - although lunch was available for extra in the room or hotel restaurant. Although some might be disappointed that there is no "pool, bar or nightlife" that is not the purpose of this style of hotel and service. This is a place to relax, do practically nothing and be served in the most elegant way.
Cons: As with any hotel/resort that is not brand new - there were a few items of repair / maintenance issues that were noticed. There was nothing that detracted from the stay but those who have an eye for design or for details might pick them out. For those who do not speak any Japanese, there could be a few difficulties in communication with the staff. But everyone does go out of their way to understand and accommodate requests. The one main disappointment was with some of the other guests who do not understand or respect the Japanese culture or the way of staying in a resort of this caliber. Not dressing appropriately during meal service (using shorts and t-shirt), talking on their phones during dinner (and having to be told to exit the room) or disturbing other guests (the staff was on top of asking them to move or stop those activities) - were some observations. However, other than breakfast or dinner, you usually don't encounter anyone else in the resort (only 17 rooms). We encountered one European guest in the lobby asking for early check out and refund since there was no bar or pool. Again, before you book - understand this specific type of resort is not for everyone who is interested in a lot of activity.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: No bar, no beach, nothing to do except staying in room. Terrible food. Crazy prices.

Facilities including open air pool, hot tub and gym were great and hotel is located just minutes away from busy Kokusai shopping street.

Pros: Room was nice a big, heaps of free amenities for ladies, free clean towel every day. Location was good and friendly staff too.
Cons: Hostel looks modern and it's got a restaurant downstairs. Although there's no lounge tv or area to make friends. Neither a kitchen to cook. Bed was a bit hard because they have a futon only.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staffs and good location
Cons: Every two upper bed share one ladder between the middle of two upper beds which I feel..hard for me to climb up to my bed , also it’s kind of not easy to get down for people who stay in upper.

Pros: Location, facilities, new hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel served us an excellent base during our stay in Naha. Located conveniently near monorail stop and main shopping street, it was still very silent and elegant. Felt slightly bussiness hotel like, but that was fine with us. Comparing to other Japanese hotels, breakfast buffet was very good!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very convenient.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb and most prominent. It's facade is modern and outstanding. It feels good walking inside this hotel. Besides the parking was convienent. Though abit expensive and feel so secured parking within hotel location. When we encountered coffee maker mulfunction at the library lounge, they quickly responded with staff to assist.
Cons: The bed abit soft for my liking. Felt backache after each night sleep.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, in the heart of Kokusai-dori. Just few minutes walk to access shopping area, coffee shop and ramen shop.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I think the hotel room is nice but a little bit small - though this is a must in Japan. Besides, the services provided are good and the staff are helpful in providing solutions to the issues we raised. Hotel location is very attractive with 24 hour shopping mall next to it. Good Ramen can be found within 30 seconds walk.
Cons: To be honest, the hotel breakfast is a bit too simple. It will need a 5 minute walk to the nearest monorail station. A little bit noisy place as this is near the Kokusai Dori. This is an usual trade off for convenience.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: well prepared for baby!
Cons: n/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only a very short stroll from the bustling Kokusai-dori shopping and entertainment strip, as well as the covered Shijo Hondori shopping street. Brilliant location and facilities. Our room was Excellent !

Pros: Location is very convenient! But room is a little humid.
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast is Ok with great variety, room is clean and comfy.
Cons: should inform guest about size of car that can park in. We have an experience that by the time we drove in, nobody told me that we cant park there because our car is too long.. in fact, this is an ordinary Prius , 5 seat one. Pros: Breakfast was good; the staff was very friendly. Nice sentō (hot bath) in the top floor and very practical to have a washing machine and dryer.
Cons: Only the fact that single-use cups were used for coffee/tea is simply not good for the environment and should be avoided.

No doubt!
Cons: Nothing!!! It was perfect!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. It takes 30 seconds to get to Kokusai Dori, their main shopping street. Its 10 mins walk to the monorail. Most importantly, it's got everything you need to travel as a family (baby pillow, baby shampoo etc). They also have a small play area that definitely helps.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good, and I did feel quite comfy in the space where there were free drinks.
Cons: The staff did not disclose all the information about the payment currency. I was told I could choose between JPY and NTD, but was not reminded that the currency rate might be "extremely" different--except that it was printed in a very tiny font, which I did not notice until I got into my room and read the receipt line by line. Also, the staff did not provide any further explanation as to why they provided the choices, which I could only google later and was apparently not quite happy about this. This was also the first time when I was offered to choose between currencies. I have been to Japan a couple of times, and had always paid with JPY until this time, which was a letdown. I would have appreciated it if the staff were more "open" about this. I felt like being cheated, and seriously, one of the reasons I liked to travel to Japan was trust. Still, thanks for the lesson! I am pretty sure I will visit Okinawa again in the future, but I will NEVER EVER stay in this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rest area is one of the most useful public area of a hotel I've ever seen. Free drinks 24hours with many selections - juice, coffee, and even millet wine! Tofu soup was good when we just arrived hungry. Love the bathroom. There is a small button on the spray handle to switch water on and off. No need to readjust water flow or temperature every time which is very convenient. Would definitely visit again next time I return to Okinawa.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Small play corners for children. Free flow drink. Free rental of phone. Convenient location, located just beside Kokusai dori, few minutes walk to north bound bus stop and less than 10 minutes to nearest Yui Rail station.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very spacious, and very clean with an amazing amount of amenities provided. One of the most comfortable hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. The location is also superb, just a 6 mins walk on flat grounds to the nearest tram station. Furthermore, they have a 24 hour free drinks corner for hotel guests, which even include options such as tofu and seaweed soup :) Definitely will not disappoint!
Cons: The power of the shower could be improved. Understand that it is an "ofuro (bathtub)" style, where the main part of the bath is taken in the bathtub. However, for foreigners, many of us may not always have the habit of using bathtubs and a thus personally, a hot strong shower would be nice!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the service with whole day drinks and food.... when with alcohol. That was unexpected. Love the cute design. Would love to come back!
Cons: All good
7.0 Good
Pros: location is good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of the staffs and the cleanliness of the room are great. Location is fantastic, only one minute walk to the most famous street in Naha, really convenient!
Cons: The bed could be firmer. The bathroom is a bit stuffy, not ventilated. Not sure if there is ventilation equipment, it won't automatically turn on anyway even there is any.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: 1) The free to use hair straightener, foot massage machine, aromatherapy machine. 2) a stone thrownaway to the international street. 3) very close to Don Quixote 4) plenty of car parks ard the area for people who drive
Cons: Room a bit small.. not enough hangers

Pros: The location was quiet, maybe a bit run down but only 15/20 minute walk to Kokusai Dori. Free parking on site. Very helpful polite staff but English was limited.
Cons: The breakfast was exactly the same every single morning. The location was quiet, maybe a bit run down but only 15/20 minute walk to Kokusai Dori. Very helpful polite staff but English was limited.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and tea set
Cons: Location not convenient. Room : not comfortable, especially the washroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the hotel in many ways, especially the decor, the open spaces, the general location. There is an ambience of refined living about the hotel. The room we had was a generous size which we were glad of after weeks in good hotels that had small rooms. The general location is good, beside major shopping area, excellent city museum and mono rail station. We were offered a choice of room which was appreciated. The hotel has a free daily shuttle to sister hotels half way up the island with beaches and other facilities which we happily made use of. The staff we were in contact with were very professional and helpful and we thank them for their attention.
Cons: The formal entrance to the hotel is in the wrong place close to almost back streets. We preferred the entrance via the third floor which took us to the up market shopping area. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and asked for the carpet to be vacuumed. I shouldn't have had to do this is a 5 star hotel, nor any hotel for that matter, but it had to be done. This was attended to promptly.
5.8 Okay
Pros: well.. friendly staff? They were very helpful for every request I made.
Cons: It was worse than my expectation about terrace hotels -- maybe, because I stayed at Terrace Club (which was great) before coming here. The hotel is undergoing extension construction so there were no facilities available (gym etc.). The worst part was ventilation system in the room -- there was no vent in the bathroom (although hotel says there is an automatic one) so it was smelly and foggy when you use it or take a shower. My bed was right in front of the bathroom door so it was very unpleasant. I complained to the staff and they managed to give me an air purifier, which made it a bit better but still problematic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The decor is good and classic.
Cons: The premium rooms are no larger than standard rooms.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff really helpful
Cons: Not many many staff can speaking English
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was fabulous. Breakfasts, both Japanese and Western, were delicious.
Cons: Everything was great except for the tiny (and I mean tiny!) portions with big prices on some of the room services meals. For example, what should have been a finger of whiskey was just a thumbnail sliver of booze.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast in the garden. We liked the two options for breakfast and restaurant (western or japanese).
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel and staff!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A one minute walk to international street, the room was very clean, staff were helpful and their English was great, apart from the hard pillow everything was perfect, would definitely stay again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, breakfast is good and value for money (JPY 1,600/ pax), free flow of awamori (yes it's in the morning), room space is good and it's clean and comfortable. Self check out in the morning 6am by returning the room card to the machine at the lobby, efficient and easy to use.
Cons: This is not what we dont like, just to manage the expectation: The location is greater for those travel by monorail, it's about 2 mins walk from the station. There's no hotel lobby where you may drive through and unload the luggage, you have to "press the green button and enter the carpark" (JPY 300/ few hours and JPY1,000 for 24 hrs) and carry the luggage from car park to hotel lobby located at level 2 of the building, no bellboy services. We are given free 30 mins parking only - from the time entering the car park, carry the luggage from carpark to hotel lobby and check in registration + payment, we have spent more than 30 mins.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was alright. But was expensive.
Cons: The computer was outdated & the wifi kept going on the blink.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good spread of Okinawan food at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent in every way. Especially the baby welcome toiletries set!
Cons: Should have transport service that can cater for big family as monorail was jam pack at 8am.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very great experience Really great Onsen and Breakfast Beautiful location near 10 mins to airport Airport and next to Naha and Outlet
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located just outside Naha and a short 15 minute drive from the airport. The facilities were nothing short of amazing and the hot tub overlooking the ocean allowed for a unique experience. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of variation and fresh fruit. Did I mention the lovely staff? They made arrangements to further make the honeymoon of me and my wife unforgettable. Just outside the premises of the hotel lies Umikaji Terrace. A beautiful shopping/dining area with great vibes and nice shops. Good beaches and shopping areas are close by and easy to drive to. Highly recommended!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: hotspring is very good, location is good, a relaxing place in okinawa
Cons: breakfast not as good as I thought, staff did not give us the best seats available in the room, the rooms style is a bit old
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Nice onsen
Cons: Very loud fridge in the room had to unplug it to sleep
9.3 Excellent
Pros: 1. Great seaview 2. Great spot for plane watching 3. Interesting room layout 4. Very good breakfast 5. Naha city several great museums easily reachable by taxi or shuttle bus to Akamine station and monorail.
Cons: Unfortunately, it is not possible to swim in the sea around the hotel but this is more than compensated by the hot water springs and the many nice little shops, bars and restaurants below the hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The instant coffee was great
Cons: The worst part was upon checking in they not only asked where my husband was (I’m a solo female traveler) twice, they tried to keep my passport, saying that would driver it to my room later-I obviously did not let them keep it. I only stayed because I had paid upfront if I could have afforded another place to stay I would not even have stayed a single night. Staff treated me badly after this and stared at me whenever I was in the common areas so much so it made me uncomfortable and I’ve been living in Asia for two years now and am used to the culture. If you are a foreigner, or a woman don’t stay here. This place is way more isolated than I thought and not even the right building the hotel is not he white huts at all those are unrelated stores. There isn’t even a convenience store on this island, so taxis are the only way off if you don’t have a car yet the front desk acts like calling a taxi is a huge inconvenience for them. The breakfast was bad, the takeout/room service option is laughably horrible and made me sick. I would not even call this place a resort.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The Onsen is very well maintained and enjoyable. Good and accomadating staff. Excellent view of the airport from the balcony
Cons: Small room but cozy. A bit pricey

Cons: everything is simple but sometimes simple is good and bad.

Pros: Great stay, comfy bed, overall - excellent services, staff were super nice and helpful, good facilities and amenities, room is larger than usual Japanese hotel room and as seen in picture, a walk to hotel takes 7-10 mins from Yui Rail and 3 mins from the closest bus stop. Several convenient stores near by. Totally Recommend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room is quite big when comparing with other hotel in Japan, especially, bathroom; separate between bath+shower, sink (dry zone) and toilet (dry zone) separate rooms. I love that!!!
Cons: Quite far from Yui Rail, walk about 7-10 minutes
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful, easy to find, close to the monorail, close to food stores ( Lawason and Family Mart)

Cons: I am not sorry for anything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is very excellent.
Cons: The room is too small. No space for open 2 luggages in the same time while I stayed with my friend. The car park fee at the hotel should be lower than Yen1,080 because I stayed at your hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, extremely large choice and good quality of breakfast buffet. Definitely one of the best during our 3-week Japan trip.
Cons: The room was quite small. Everything fits, but just about. Also there was quite some in the room even though the room was very clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, just next to a Yui rail station, and the San-Ai Main Place mall. Breakfast buffet is good, but restaurant too small for weekend crowd - so take a longer time. Public bath on 13th floor was a great bonus and a good alternative for the room bathrooms, which are tidy like is expected of most Japanese hotels..
Cons: Breakfast venue not enough seats to accommodate during weekend peak time.
7.5 Good
Pros: Convenient and close to the monorail station, shopping Malls and car rental pick up location.
Cons: Room is very small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly clean, modern, comfortable, and in the perfect location for business and leisure travelers alike. The staff do not speak English very well. Fortunately, I speak some Japanese. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to help all travelers.
Cons: Nothing. There is nothing to not like.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Only there for a night to visit ailing relatives but the hotel met our needs and were very accommodating to our late arrival. The breakfast was fantastic and on-site "onsen" was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: On-site parking filled quickly. Access was hard to figure out and required more than one trip around the block. With a large mall next door, traffic in the area, especially on weekends, can be maddening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness very good hotel staff very helpful And English speaking they helped us manage our trip
Cons: More Smiles
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location - has quick access to public transpo, malls, restaurants, etc.
Cons: A bit pricey for the very small room.

Pros: Very good range of Japanese breakfast. Hotel staff helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Location is unbeatable, right next to the international street. Also very near pick-up for guided tour to aquarium. The staff were awesome especially the cleaning staff when I had a slight problem (my fault). Overall would highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.. probably will be more helpful with english speaking staff but not a big issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent
Cons: Bare bones English skills
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The mini garden that comes with the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, price
Cons: I was not impressed with the breakfast although it is said to be wonderful. Breadsxwere ordinary and tasteless, limited amount of fresh fruit choices, prefer having an omelette station as the Japanese prefer their eggs undercooked while I like mine fully cooked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is convenient and getting around by the monorail is easy as the nearest station is within a 5-min walk. It is also just opposite the Ryubo shopping mall and Kokusai Street where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are modern and clean. Wifi is strong. Best of all, it is affordable.
Cons: Nil
5.8 Okay
Pros: Only the location and breakfast was acceptable.
Cons: No staff there could communicate in English. Major hiccup when front desk staff swiped my card twice and insisted that the payment did not go through but my bank alerted me on text messages that two transactions had been made successfully. I spent 1 hour at the front desk trying to resolve the issue but they couldn’t resolve it. I had to call my bank in Singapore and they confirmed that the transaction had been made. I am awaiting the bill now to lodge a complain if I have been double charged. A pity my trip in Okinawa ended in such a bad note. Room 714 - light bulb fused at main entrance. There is only one bedside table which means one party has no access to phone charger or even a table top to put the eye glasses.
