wifi didn't really work, u need to pay money for it.
Cleaning staff was friendly and came twice a day and my daughter loved that they left chocolates on the pillow!
The heat kept coming on when we adjusted the unit, it was like everything was preset and you couldn't change it.
Everything was wonderful!
Our room was next to a noisy elevator.
I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and that they have a couple of nice restaurants right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
I requested Gulf view, but i did not get that. In fact I was told that my room was upgraded which suprised me because the room was quite dated (old). Don't get me wrong. It was a nice room, just outdated. The most disappointing thing was that the a/c fan kept running all night. That created a humidity problem that kept me from sleeping all night. There was no way to shut it off other than turning the a/c off completely which was not an alternative with the 90 degree weather outside. Also, I was not expecting to pay for every little thing. Nothing is included.
It's conveniently located right on the beach. The decor is nice and the rooms were mostly clean. We loved naples beach hotel we want to go back next year
There is no cellular connection anywhere on the resort. The resort charges $10 a day per person for wi-fi.

There is no cellular connection anywhere on the resort. The resort charges $10 a day per person for wi-fi. They claim it's an all inclusive resort, yet they suggest to leave the resort to make calls. I explained to management I have access to wi-fi calling and if they would give me access to the wi-fi I could make calls. Management was not willing to accommodate me. We had three rooms. My parent's room was very hot the first day. We thought it just needed time to get cold and the other two rooms were cold. My mother has asthma and was coughing all night from the heat. Next day we brought it to managements attention. They had it fixed but day three it was hot again. We again brought it to management's attention and they were supposed to fix it but the room was still hot. They never attempted to accommodate us by switching our room, or offer anything complimentary. I requested to speak to the hotel manager but the front desk assistant manager refused after multiple request. The food is very expensive and tasted horrible. Just check yelp for reviews. We had $20 burgers the first day and never went back. We left the resort everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. Kinda inconvenient for an "all inclusive resort". Overall it's a nice resort and the best thing is it's right on the beach so it's super convenient. The decor was nice and rooms were mostly clean but the customer service is lacking big time and for that I wouldn't return.
Proxemity to beachfront
The Rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival. Sand was all over the floors, in the room and bathroom and also in both beds. We were promised an early check in and did not get that. We had to wait 2 hours for a room even with an upgrade we made. We also requested a late check out as we were only staying for one night. We were told that was possible and when we went to reconfirm all they could give us was 30 minutes, which was a battle to get. Very unhappy.

This family owned hotel earns high marks for hospitality, location, and friendliness. Complimentary Valet service was unexpected and impressive. Staff were friendly and always upbeat & courteous. We will return to this hotel for our visits to Naples.
Internet fees. Unable to access my cell provider in my room but easily accessed if I stood outdoors.
Loved the relaxed beach style of the hotel, the breakfast buffet was very good and the beach was great and easily accessible.
The rooms were spotless when we arrived but the cleaning service during the stay could be improved.
the rooms are lovely, and right outside your door is the beach. We saw a gorgeous sunset and there was entertainment. We got a great rate because we stayed off season. Will def stay there again
I could not find one thing I didn't like about this hotel.
The room was supposed to be ocean view but the view was mainly obscured by the roofs of some other buildings
We enjoyed our stay very much. Very good location. We were in the Tower Building on the 4th Floor and had a very nice view of the gulf. Rooms were clean and had a nice balcony. Pool was nice. Location is right on the beach. Staff was all very nice to us. Self-park was easy and free but I can see it being pretty tough in season. Food was all very good, just pricey.
I am a golfer and the course had nice bones but the fairways and greens were rough -- like 20 different kinds of weeds mixed with grass. Prices for some of the food at poolside and in the little food shop were pretty steep - I guess it is on the beach. Only issue with room was the grout on the bathroom tiles needed to be re-done -- it was a bit nasty.
I liked that the hotel was right on the Beach. We enjoyed hanging out by the beach and at the pool area.
The food was OK but it was Great.
