There is no actual hotel called Black Swan, No daily room cleaning, No daily room cleaning, Water could be a bit warmer, Kitchen was a little sparsely stocked, The walls and ceiling very thin, Lots of noise from others just walking above us, or talking next to us, Needs new coffee maker and coffee cups and tv in bedroom, The bed was awful, No sleep, Bed completely broken down and major sag in the middle of bed, No hotel shuttle, Great place, Ould use some touch-up on spots, As a VRBO owners, we make sure it is esthetically perfect for every guest, Other than that it was a pleasant stay, My only complaint is there was no TV in the bed room, Which is something I like to have but not a big deal, No problems, Check-in could have been more streamlined, TV was bad, The only issue I ever have, Is the craving for barbecue because of how close it is to the restaurant, And having to check out because of how much I like the facility, N/a, Thin walls and the elephant in the unit above us, Lats of noise from the unit above, The cleaning fee was extremely high for a one night stay, Couldn't get the Apple TV to work with my phone which may have been my problem, but who wants to watch TV when you're in Nashville, More linens in an available location, Coffee replacements, Need more security cameras, Three vehicles were broken into, on our second night in in our stay, The vehicles were out of range of the two cameras that we could see in the parking lot, Couldn't get the TV to work for the first day and a half, Checked out 2 days early, Paid $1000 and host would not let me keep my bags an extra house after check-out time, Did not receive door code so needed to wait 45 minutes to get a response to my call, message, Cold water valve didn’t work in the bathroom sink, This was fine but after a while the water got hot and there was no way too cool it except to leave it alone for a while, The bathroom shower area and wall by the toilet were pretty crummy with water damage, Also, the step up into the apt nearly face-planted me, there needs to be a sign and floor indicator, Our room smelled like sewage, I informed the staff, they said they sent someone who said it should go away, the smell never went away, I was very disappointed that no effort was made to correct that issue, especially considering the cost of the stay, This unit also needs an elevator, The stairways are very long and steep, Would like clean towels and face cloths daily, Lighting, Couch was awful, It needs to be replaced, Totally sunken in, Very poor lighting in the bedroom, Bed was lumpy and the base stuck out too far and was the same color as the floor, Both my husband and myself stubbed our toes multiple times on it, Dangerous, The AC would randomly turn off and not be able to be turned back on for lengths of time, Hot water in the shower ran out before being able to complete 1 shower, The door lock was temperamental and would take several attempts to both lock and unlock, Tiling in the kitchen had a 6x1 inch gap in it, Could not watch TV as we do not have apple tablet or iPhone, Very disappointed when you come back to relax and you can't watch TV, The original door code to our hotel room did not work, thankfully we arrived while there was customer support and they were able to provide a back up code, I wish the hotel room itself had a bit more lighting, There also is no elevator and building is three levels, so plan smart shoes accordingly, There could be improved insulation between floors, You could definitely hear the upstairs apartment walking around at all times, Luckily they seemed to be on a similar schedule as us, but if not this could have been an issue, No tv in the bedroom, AC is old wall unit in living room, not sufficient to get cold air into bedroom, Room smelt musty, was humid and damp, Could hear everyone above us or outside our door, Mgmt was slow to respond and dismissive of concerns, Poor service, not 4 star quality, The air condition didn’t really reach the bedroom well compared to living room
