The room was clean and nice. Bob’s was incredible and definitely the highlight of our stay.
When we arrived our keys did not work and we were on the 7th floor. We had carried our own luggage up so I found a housekeeper to help. She didn’t speak English so she took me to a house phone on the floor. They told me they were so busy it would take awhile to send someone up and it would be easier if we came down to get re-keyed. That did not make us happy for paying $500 a night for a room. The next morning we called down for our car but they said they were so busy we would have to come down and turn our ticket in to wait. We waited outside 20 minutes for our car. I was not impressed.
The location is great, within walking distance to Broadway. The pub inside hotel was very good.
Spa! Customer service is good! The therapist are not ! Really bad valve not happy!
The room was very spacious for just one person and provided a great view of Nashville. The bathroom was spacious as well and didn't make me feel cramped at all. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even though I had a few difficulties checking in (on my part), they were very patient and did their best to assist me.
The only thing that didn't work well in the room was the light that was in the foyer area. I should've called about it, but it wasn't a big deal to me so I let it go. Also, the room service prices were a bit expensive for the quantity that you receive. It's $5 for what I considered to be a very small glass of juice. I understand the need to inflate prices for the convenience of receiving it in-room, but there's already a service or delivery fee and another 21% charge. Guests should receive the appropriate quality and quantity for the prices that they pay. I'm also aware that this is how businesses/hotels work to make money, I just wish there was more consideration put towards the fact that people work hard for their money and it shouldn't be taken advantage of in this way.
Clean and great location
Price was a little steep for one night
