Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Pricing was a great bargain. Very centrally located for all the activities in El Centro. Bikes available for rent. Rooms spacious and very clean. Would recommend 100x over, even to people like my parents who are not as adventurous. Also free water botttles, fruit, and a 24 hour cafe at your disposal.
Cons: Taxi arranged through hotel was much more expensive, which is obvious in retrospect but I should have asked price before asking them to call us one. Otherwise, perfect.
Pros: The extras which most hotels never provide
Cons: Minor quibble - they need to add one English speaking TV channel such as BBCWorld

Pros: Very nice reception and excellent restaurant
Cons: Room are very small
Pros: I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.
Pros: Great location, nice business stay.
Cons: Upcharge for everything. Works for business, not as ideal for family.

Pros: Restaurants that This hotel has, modern New hotel, nice view from the room
Cons: Yes, I had to call about five or six times for an extra pillow and for someone to pick up the room service tray
Wonderful view out my window, electric shade from the bed was cool. Was a little close to the elevators which the ding it's of course annoying in the morning. Otherwise very pretty and modern.
Pros: Very new, very well designed and great bed.
Cons: Only that it was in santa fe, but that's not the hotels fault. Very corporate area, very different from the rest of Df.

Pros: The hotel is located in a great location. The staff was great.
Cons: The rooms are small.

As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed. They greet you with a smile and a glass of authentic horchata or jamaica. Love it!! The evening guest services provides us with suggestions for excursions, which we took advantage of.
Cons: The restaurant buffett was a bit overpriced. It does provide a great view, so that's what you mainly pay for.
Pros: The rooms at the Zocalo Central are well accommodated and well maintained. The staff is phenomenally helpful and friendly, and the roof-top cafe has an unbelievable view of the national cathedral and central plaza below. Pros: Best view of Zocalo, the front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. The free water bottles and apples were quite welcoming.

The room I had was tiny with a 1foot by two slim overhead window, quite claustrophobic for me...
The breakfast buffet was $24 dollars, really! You walk next block to Restaurant El Popular and order their menus for less than $6.
