Pros: We stayed at the Grand Pacific as part of our HoneyMoon. Staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you for decorating our room so beautifully, it made such a difference! Room was spacious and airy, with a stunning view of the ocean. Breakfast choices were impressive and so delicious. We should have booked a longer stay!!
Pros: Staff are great Very comfortable Beautiful hotel
Cons: Location of the room with parking lot and cars facing into the room and you had to walk through a dining area with rugby team having breakfast and dinner
Pros: The pool was nice and the rooms were very comfortable the spread of breakfast was good and check in took less than 5 mins
Cons: The staff's behaviour during breakfast was unpleasant. We ordered omelette and specified for no bacon or ham however they still put it and when requested for another one they seemed unhappy about it and did not apologise
Pros: Everything was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Pros: Great staff, character and atmosphere
Cons: Food and drink took a long time to arrive. First room offered turned out to be occupied...
Cons: Sorry I compared my stay to Holiday Inn next door and the breakfast did not stack up. Disappointed. Staff need a little encouragement to smile a little more.
Pros: Free Breakfast is average.
Cons: Milk shakes is very expensive. Coffee bar Lady swore in Fijian when asked to pour coffee in takeaway cup?
Pros: Location is good Cleanliness Pool Bar Staff were friendly
Cons: Service at breakfast and catering could improve. Orders given outside of main meal hours took ages. Pricey / value for money
Pros: Breakfast was great (including a station for freshly squeezed juices!), and it was served on the tables outside with great view of the harbour and swimming pool. Service was overall impeccable. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh flowers and complimentary apples and water. Not many restaurant options in the surroundings, but great location for visiting the Fiji Museum.
Pros: Location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Not much selection for breakfast.

Our 3 flexible meeting rooms, with wireless Internet and harbour views, provide a unique backdrop for events and you can catch up in the 24-hour Business Centre. Suva is easily explored on foot. Take a 5-minute walk into town to shop for Fijian handicrafts and eat at authentic Indian curry houses. Pros: Nice breakfast plenty of choice
Cons: The pizza Hawaiian ham was gristly and fatty not nice.
Pros: Clean and worth
Cons: Swimming pool was under construction
Pros: I liked the room and the staff
Cons: It was very disheartening that we had to pay so much as we were hoping that we would have the availability of the pool but it was under construction and the rate we paid was not favorable
Pros: Breakfast was overall very good. Plenty of choice. Bacon was well cooked but quite greasy. Staff were polite and helpful. Live music outside both nights was very good... competent musicians, nice ambiance. Very nice outside area facing the harbour, but work being done on the pool during our visit. TV in room worked well.
Cons: Not clear that the fridge in the room was working properly... we had it replaced but even the new one seemed to struggle getting the temperature down. The quality of food in both the outside eating area and the Sirocco restaurant was very average. For the price paid we expected much better in Sirocco. At the cafe in reception, $12 for a flat white coffee in my own takeaway cup was just outrageous... same price as their disposable cup. I think this was really a staff training issue, but Holiday Inn need to come to grips with the growing trend toward incentivising reusable coffee cups.
Pros: Great location. Very close to downtown but without the noise and commotion . Right near the park and museum. Great view of the water. It has been upgraded since our last stay and it is very clean. Good breakfast.
Pros: Very comfortable bed and room
Pros: Breakfast was good. Coffee machine is a plus.
Cons: When you first enter the room section of the building there is a foul smell.
Pros: Excellent location.... Breakfast is generous Staff are very helpful... I lost my wallet. A staff member found it and returned to me..That was most exceptional. Thank you!
Cons: All good
Pros: I stayed at holiday Inn 10 years ago and then again in 2015. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping staff were really accommodating. Although the hotel needs some up grading it is still decent. I stayed at other luxury hotels in Fiji compared to that holiday Inn was the best. Will stay here again.
Cons: The gym was closed. Went next door to GPH. Wasn't too bad. Food is expensive. Small pizza for $40. Overpriced food. Wished they had Fijian food rather than American.
Pros: Great variety for breakfast and nice cooked options available
Cons: Not enough condiments for the room
Cons: I asked for the bill to be email to me and still hasn't been done, reception staff person is sack
Pros: The breakfast buffet was incredible. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio, playing a game and not being hassled to buy more drinks in order to feel welcome there. The wood fired pizza was delicious. The staff was very friendly and we were allowed to leave our car in their parking area while we went to the museum after we had checked out. I would return.
Cons: I can't think of anything, except they tried to charge us before we reminded them we had booked via Kayak.com and had already paid for the room. They were very apologetic once they realized their mistake.
Located in Suva, Five Princes Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Mariamma Temple and Champagnat Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great hospitality and services. It is a nice place to stay
Pros: A change from traditional hotel
Cons: I think decor is sadly lacking but has huge potential & could be an amazing if done up in a colonial style
Pros: Great staff, views, food.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Charming ambience
Cons: Traffic getting out was heavy
Pros: Awesome staff and great food
Cons: Hard bed
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the facilities itself and the location.
Cons: Was not aware that their inhouse restaurant needed pre-bookings.
Pros: Good location
Pros: Nice place and friendly staff. Great location
Pros: Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Few bugs in the room; ants and cockroaches... Nothing a little insect repellent couldn’t fix.
Pros: Great location for where we were working. Once on the grounds you forgot you were on a main road in Suva. Food was excellent. Would return just for the food.
Cons: A lunch menu would have been good so we didn't have to order a full dinner meal for lunch.

Pros: It was quite and the room was neat and comfortable for 2 people
Cons: There was no tolitaries such as shower gel and colgate etc
Pros: I liked the clean room!, it was quite comfortable, the staffs were really nice, good hospitality, affordable and I would love to spend another day in such a place
Cons: Ahem... Nothing much, just that its a shared facility, and abit lack of privacy
Pros: Friendly staffs
Cons: The fridge was locked
Pros: The hosts are very kind and helpful with any questions we had. Late check-in was no problem at all. The room was cozy. The breakfast was delicious and made with so much love, for $6 per person amazing value for your money! And served with a smile and a whole lot of positive energy in the morning:)
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved and the shower does not turn completely hot but at least the water was warm.
Pros: The facilities were great, also the environment! I had no issues staying there. It was very clean, love the bedroom. I would definitely come back and stay here.
Pros: Thank’s for welcoming us so well! It’s a nice place to stay!
Pros: it was very comfortable, silent in the night.
Cons: lot of rats in the room.
Pros: The host was friendly and helpful and also helped us to arrange a taxi for 7.00am.
Cons: Shower requires some proper cleaning
Pros: Every bite of it.
Cons: If only there’s a sign outside the gate so that people can easily see where the house can be easily recognised
With a stay at Toberua Island Resort in Toberua Island, you'll be on the waterfront, and 15.6 mi (25.1 km) from Naililili Cathedral and 19.6 mi (31.6 km) from Colo-I-Suva Forest Park. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a library, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: Snorkeling around the property was not pleasant because of the moss. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all with this property and especially its management.
Cons: When I swam to the northeast of the island, I realized there was an unpleasant smell, most probably wastewater was sent to the ocean. The sea around the island is covered with unpleasant moss, and there are very few reefs. A couple of days after I did the booking, they contact you to ask for 230 FJD (110 USD) for transport (since it's an island one has to rely on them for transport, so we payed an extra 230 dollars). Wifi was also expensive. We stayed in Fiji for almost 2 weeks and Toberua was the only place where we were asked for wifi fee. The manager was not professional and was rude, she couldn't solve problems we faced such as the room type.
Pros: We had a brilliant time at Toberua. Such a relaxing week with great staff, beautiful food, fun activities and stunning surrounds. Would recommend.
Pros: The island is not too far from shore. It is small and very compact but you still have your own space and peace. The bungalow was really comfortable and clean and super good to kick back in as well as enjoy relaxing. The bathroom was unreal with the outdoor access. The gardens were beautiful to walk in and around. The staff were extraordinary. Mila at front desk was awesome and friendly. Guitar player with small pony tail was amazing (sorry cannot recall your name). The spa lady Vita lived up to her name, full of life. Sefo was a great story teller and conversationalist. The SUP and boat controller was super friendly always making conversation. The man who has served a long time at the island, Sebastian?, he was a truly a great conversationalist. A great stay. We got to workout on our very own small beach.
Cons: Internet not so good ( to stream a movie if raining). Not a great deal to do when raining, which was fine for us because we needed to rest.
Cons: We were informed few days before arriving to the hotel while the hotel had been booked for weeks and fully paid of a cost 100Euros per person to reach the island. The tone used by the hotel staff was in addition extremely unpleasant.
Pros: Excellent experience from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Staff made us feel at home and everything was taken care of.
Pros: Wonderful warm staff in smalll private resort. Plenty of activities or enjoy private time.
Cons: Cost of transfers. Should be built into accommodation cost as no independent alternative.
Pros: Location is brilliant. Staff were great and the food was amazing
Pros: Great staff. Lovely food. Plenty to do as well as relax. Fun boat trip down a river to get there.
Cons: Added on cost for paying via credit card which was the only way to pay. It added on $57 to our stay.
When you stay at Island Accommodation Suva in Suva, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Mariamma Temple and Waidroka Reef. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: staff were friendly.
Cons: I am sure it was clean but if the maintenance is not up to date no amount of cleaning can cover ingrained dirt and mold. If the painting is ten years overdue no amount of cleaning will make it look good. The Shower and basin area was held together with silicon that was once white, now mostly black. The location was reviewed as convenient but it is close to the hospital and nothing else. My room had high raked ceiling which looks impressive but the big window in the gable end lets all the light in making it extremely difficult to sleep.
Pros: the room size and washroom
Cons: exit and final goodbyes
Pros: the spacious room and comfortable furniture
Cons: Oh there was no matches in the room , so had to look around for one , otherwise all was ok
Pros: Yes croissants was lovely The beds were comfortable
Cons: I love everything
Pros: Breakfast was amazing.
Cons: Wifi password needed to be tracked down. Wifi very weak.
Pros: Exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the 2 bedroom downstairs apartment which was handy for my elderly mother. Aircon in each bedroom, spacious living areas. Big bathroom. Clean and great amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry washed, dried and folded everyday! Breakfast was a bonus. Comfortable beds and beddings. WiFi was super fast and consistent. Location excellent only $3FJD taxi ride to town and down a quiet road. Definitely staying here again and highly recommended, value for money.
Pros: very good! Will stay here next time.
Pros: The location was very quite and best for holiday purposes and relaxation plus the full appartment selfcontained making it possible for us to cook our own food. Breakfast was also great, we loved it very much.
Cons: Only the internet access was not good, maybe that's the only thing that needs to be improved.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating to our needs especially as we had a group of 10. Breakfast was great to have every morning. Nice homely feel.
Cons: A bit hard to coordinate group as apartment accomodation was seperate to the main accomodation. Was not advertised online.
Pros: I am living in Fiji and travel to Suva regularly for business. This was the cleanest place I ever stayed at in Suva. Very spacious apartment, modern furniture, very comfortable bed, hot water was working properly. The included breakfast is outstanding and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: the location is a bit off ... good if you want to visit someone at CWMH, but too far to walk to the City. No restaurants in walking distance.
A stay at Tanoa Plaza Suva places you in the heart of Suva, within a 10-minute walk of Government Building and Waidroka Reef. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Suva? This hotel has facilities measuring 4090 square feet (380 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The renovations to the rooms we found really good although the shower floor was quite slippery. The breakfast staff were very friendly.
Cons: We found the in the restaurant less than average. Our night meal of steak was so bad it couldnt be eaten. Neither could the mashed potato. It was also very slow.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and pleasant, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable and the location is central to Suva business district. I had several room service meals and they were fine and served in a timely way.
Cons: It is rather expensive for a fairly standard hotel. It has no distinctive atmosphere. The breakfast has a very limited choice and for modern tastes the food, such as omelette and bacon are far too oily, the little sausages were poor quality. Being a heavy sleeper I asked for a wake up call on the morning I was leaving but woke very late as the phone was not in the cradle properly. When reception fails to reach someone after several tries they should send someone to knock on the door - I could have missed a flight. I was given the wrong change for a cash payment and have had to turn around and organise for repayment.
Pros: Food was good but prices very expensive
Cons: Too expensive for what you got
Pros: Breakfast was good, although food offered was limited. Why Caesar salad for breakfast?
Cons: Sprinkler in room didn't work, corridor still had workmen in it, only one lift operation. Air Con was dripping water. Safe stopped working. Bill for stay was incorrectly calculated twice. I am awaiting a refund. Restaurant not appealing for dinner - did not look like a 4 star restaurant or value for those prices.
Cons: The aircon didn’t work.
Pros: everything was perfect
Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location and staff are lovely. The rooms have been done up and are now really nice. Free breakfast, free wifi and they’ll iron 3 pieces for you each day (which O loved).
Cons: The free wifi isn’t super fast but works for the essentials (you can purchase faster internet). As rooms are new are missing key items like instructions. Also new rooms but appears to be old air conditioning units (should have upgraded as well).
Pros: Everything in the room bed,the bathroom
Cons: The lift weren’t working properly
Pros: The Staff in the Restaurant were very friendly & Porters too also Good Location
Cons: Few problems with Tanoa, first the lifts are a big issue waiting for more then 10mins for the lift to reach your floor only to be stuck in there for another 5mins ,second of all the buffet breakfast had rotten boiled eggs, the room they checked us into was next to all the construction work, after reporting all these incidents to Front office we were passed around only to be told by the Manager there was no solution or apology for these issues will never ever stay only at this property!!!
Pros: The friendly staff are great, we were in a newly renovated room and it was just wonderful. The pool was nice, although not the best feature of the hotel. Handy to walk to the main street area for meals, the buffet breakfast is just great. The staff went out of their way when we needed help after an injury, which was greatly appreciated.
Pros: Beautiful modern rooms and friendly staff. Good location and good value for money
Cons: Water pressure and warm water not the best. But I guess the hotel is still under renovations so it may improve
Treat yourself to a 4-star waterfront tranquility, 15 minutes drive from the capital at Novotel Suva Lami Bay hotel. Awake to dazzling garden and island views from your modern room's balcony. Enjoy a delicious waterfront breakfast while feeding the fish, and the well-stocked tropical bar lets you unwind island-style at Novotel. Perfectly positioned on the edge of Suva Harbour in Fiji's capital, Novotel Suva Lami Bay is a tranquil spot to enjoy rest and relaxation during your Fiji holiday.
Cons: Room not clean, no water, no tv ...
Pros: The bar staff were great and being from overseas they made us feel at home.
Pros: It is a very lovely hotel.Friendly staff, excellent service, super view. Love this hotel
Pros: The property is right on the bay and has a nice view.
Cons: It took us 1.5 hrs to check in after a long flight, the room was small and the photos were deceiving. The pool was also very small. Overall based on the room it is more of a 3 star hotel.
Pros: 1.its very clean hotel nd staffs are nice to the guests, the cost is ok for our stay at Novotel.
Cons: While having shawer the water drops out because the shawer door is not fixed properly.
Pros: To be honest, not much.
Cons: The hotel is extremely run down, the toilets smelt of a urinal even after it had been cleaned, cockroaches in the hallway and bugs in the room. Front reception never answer the phones when you need them, just very slack service overall. I rung front desk three times at one point and then ended up having to go down stairs to ask for the wifi code, i found the staff member was on a personal call. I have stayed in many Novotel’s and never had an issue, but this was not good value for money at all, felt extremely disappointed. Also to note, the maintenance staff clearly didn’t reset the alarm and on our first night the alarm started ringing at 12am, after an extremely long day, and being tired, we were disappointed that the staff didn’t take things like this into consideration. Secondly, someone transferred a “call girl” to our room, I’m not sure if it was a staff member within the hotel or transferred to our room accidentally, but my parents were extremely upset with the nonsense the lady on the other side was talking. We complained to front desk, but they didn’t seem very phased.
Pros: The friendly staffs especially Talei who helped organize my awesome experience in Novotel. Love the peaceful ocean view from my room to the dining area. It was indeed a peaceful vacation away from city life.
Pros: The view on the ocean
Cons: No smile
Pros: Overall hotel was nice n convenient
Pros: The staff and the room and the beautiful ocean sight view
Cons: Food portion could have been bit more and lamb shank dish could have more flavour
Located in Suva, Tagimoucia House Hotel is a 3-minute drive from Fiji Golf Club and 6 minutes from Mariamma Temple. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Had two rooms for 4 people. One was in good condition...the other was in terrible condition.
Pros: Staff were friendly and very helpfull. The room was clean and the matrass/pillows good. There was a kitchen to make our own coffee+tea.
Cons: Room was quite small. Could hear the neighbours. Location not central so had to take a taxi
Pros: This hotel was a great place to stay. We had a shared kitchen which meant we could cook some basic meals. The room was spacious and clean and a nice place to come back after a long day of exploring. The staff was very chatty and welcoming.
Cons: The hotel is not really close to suva city but you can get a bus for $1 from almost outside and it takes 30 minuets.
Pros: Handy location and friendly staff. Modest hotel -and reasonably priced accordingly.
Pros: Customer service was good. Room was clean.
Cons: Bed Bugs We didnt know that we have to share kitchen at least note it in the website.
Pros: Clean rooms
Pros: Very quiet and peaceful, also close to shops and supermarkets, very handy, staff very helpful
Pros: The place was nice and cute but that doesn't cover it all! I like that there was a taxi company suggested with all having a meter. All visitors should always ask for taxis with meter if they don't want to be ripped off!
Cons: The fungus smell in the room :( The hotel restaurant was closed due to not having enough customers, so be prepared to need to go elsewhere for food! Breakfast requires extra but there is a kitchen in the facility and one can prepare their own breakfast if they want! We demonstrated the hotel staff that our room door was easily breakable and the only answer we got don't worry it is safe! So we had to create a barricade system in the door in order to sleep well since it was very easy to break in! I don't see why we need to trust a place we went for the first time while it is not too much asked to get a room where we can safely leave our belongings without worrying! At the end of the day, we do pay for it!!!
With a stay at Suva Motor Inn, you'll be centrally located in Suva, just a 4-minute walk from Albert Park and 6 minutes by foot from Thurston Gardens. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good location, very close to the Fiji Museeum and the Governmental building
Cons: Hotel is old, our room (called "Studio") was big with 4 beds, but very dark, very low ceiling, furniture very outdated, stains on walls and ceiling. No Wifi included (10 Fiji$ per day). Staff was also not very friendly or helpful. Wouldn't go there again.
Pros: Older style but very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Good, convenient location. Friendly and warm staff who make it feel like home. Excellent value for money for a Suva hotel. It reminds me of a nice, friendly Australian country motel - the sort of place I really enjoy staying at and would definitely come back to.
Cons: Internet hotspot fast but not always reliable and not cheap. Better off to get a local simcard and a datapack from the phone company, which is cheaper.
Pros: It was great
Cons: I liked everything
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and clean the personnel was very kind and helpful. They provided assistance throughout our stay, but also after checking out. They kept our baggage few days after check out and arranged taxi transfer from Suva to Nadi with no extra charge.
Pros: Good swimming pools and excellent staff specially the porter
Cons: Breakfast not included
Pros: Great breakfast and good location
Cons: Bathroom plumbing toilet wasn't working properly reception staff behind the desk could have been a little more friendly
Pros: good room rate
Cons: pool surroundings
Pros: Within reach to city centre. Food prices reqsonable
Cons: One lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Some guests were very noisy
Pros: Location is ideal
Cons: My brother payed $100 less per night for a similar room with better facilities eg microwave, cuttleries etc... It seems they have different rates for o/seas clients vs locals... Not enough parking spaces within premises...had to park outside the fenced area.
Pros: Swimming pool and also.the location wasnt far from the suva town.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Located in Suva, Colo-i-suva Rainforest Eco Resort is on a lake, a 1-minute drive from Colo-I-Suva Forest Park and 11 minutes from Fiji Golf Club. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A good eco resort Good food and wine selection
Cons: Pre packed and plastic condiments in the restaurant Towels small and very poor quality
Pros: The hotel was nice, and so was the staff. It is very conveniently located next to the rainforest, however we thought this was included with the resort (our mistake), but its actually $5 each to get in. The restaurant over looks a lake which is very pretty, and when we arrived we was surprised by a money of voucher for breakfast each day we stayed. There was also a convenient kettle and sink just outside the room on the communal decking.
Cons: The room was very cheap, which is what we wanted as we are traveling on a budget however we struggled to get hot water in the shower in the shared bathrooms, the wifi didn’t reach our room and other than the rainforest there is not much to do. There was no real inside area to sit and use the wifi except by reception, but that was linked to the restaurant so we felt awkward sat there without buying stuff, but sitting outside resulted in getting extremely painful bites (i guess comes with staying in a rainforest). Food in the restaurant felt over priced (again, we are on a budget) and there is nothing else around so unless you prepare and bring food with you its the only option. We Still enjoyed our stay, but you get what you pay for. My advice would be no more than 2 nights, which is perfect for exploring the rainforest.
Pros: Beautiful spot, great atmosphere (even when it was raining). We had a fantastic hike through the rainforest and exploring the waterfalls and pools. The staff were lovely and took a real effort with their guests. Food was great!
Cons: Overall a great experience different to all other aspects of Fiji. No negatives.
Cons: Lelin was not clean
Pros: The grounds were extraordinary! It's fantastic sleeping in a rainforest. And so close to the bustle of the city.
Pros: The rainforest atmosphere was real nice
Cons: The staff was rude
Pros: Love the scenery, staff and proximity to a hiking trail down the road
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and the towels/sheets were not very clean
Pros: The location is amazing. It seems like in the middle of the forest, on 2 quite large ponds. The staff is very helpful and customer oriented. They deliver daily a quality Fijian bottled water, tea and coffee, insect repellent. This property is on the water, but we did not feel there were many mosquitoes when compared to other places we've been in Fiji.
Cons: It always surprises me how much these resorts charge for the meals, but I guess this is the way it is. When compared to the price for the stay expect to pay the same amount or even more for the dinner.
Pros: local coffee in plunger, bonus point system on every purchase in the restaurant using coconut flour for hotcakes and muffins free wifi provided
Cons: suitable for private stays, too far away from Suva for business
Pros: breakfast was great, location is tranquil, good for relaxing.
Cons: bigger screen tv or no tv at all.not really cheap compared to others places we have been

Pros: I liked that the kitchenette was well equipped.
Cons: There were cockroaches which wasn’t a good sign.
Pros: A roof above my head
Cons: The kitchen & shower could be better as it was terrible when water cuts out during showers
Cons: Cockroaches in the apartment.
Pros: Closer to Suva city
Cons: Refrigerator not working. It wasn't fixed even after reporting it.
Pros: Location. Air conditioning
Cons: Cockroaches. Noises from apartment above me. No internet. Had to ask for towels. Expensive water. Bad television reception.
Pros: The friendliness of the hosts, relaxed atmosphere, convenient location and spacious room.
Cons: The apartment was clean properly. Dirty toilets, the sink was all stained. Room had a funky smell and the AC sounded like a vacuum cleaner!
Pros: Location of the hotel is good but service, clearness & comfort is not there, i won't recommend to stay with family.
Cons: Room was not Clean and bad smelly, at rhe price of $246 in Fiji we expected a good quality room, on our arrival the receptionist shown us room on basement which was looking very dengerous, full of dark and windows was was broken and full of mosquitos, we could not stay with 1.5 year old child. Then I said to receptionist that we can't stay there then she changed the room but that room was not so good. Its not the recommended place to stay with Family.
Cons: Apartment was dirty which was the most disappointing thing. Also when we checked in at 7:20pm we were not informed that there weren’t any towels available, called down and advised that they were 20mins away and after 20mins they still didn’t come nor was there a call to advise they would be late. Had to go out to dinner so left and returned at 10:30pm, still no towels...the security guard knocked on our door delivering towels to all the rooms around 11:05pm! Also no amenities in the bathroom or kitchen, one channel, sheets seemed dirty, doors not working great, no bin liners, little cockroaches, fridge tilts to one side not that we used it but if you intended to cook there then the kitchen might be a bigger issue. I know the property doesn’t have a high star rating but at least ensure the rooms are clean and the basics are provided like towels and bath soap.
Cons: The pillows. Too hard.

Pros: Very convenient location.Quite area .Friendly staff .Great service with lovely and helpful staff.Rooms clean with comfortable beds.
Cons: For the price it was good value.
Pros: Besides the location, nothing else. I was only at the property for an hour before I found an alternative place to stay.
Cons: The property is nothing as shown online, it was dirty, damp musky smell and the linen, sheets and beddings were all dusty and dirty. It was very disappointing.
Pros: Very well set up apartment
Cons: Bed was a bit hard
Cons: Da room needs upgrade
Pros: Rooms was ok Staff was helpful
Cons: No free wifi had to pay for the wifi was $6 for 30mins or $12 an hour, I think it was a total rip off
Pros: Clean, bed was good. Staff friendly
Cons: Towels a bit small and not fluffy so probably getting old.
Pros: The Location is super. Staff friendly, beds good, the aircon was working and we didn´t hear much of the noise of the City, despite beeing in the middle of it.
Cons: The Floor was not clean, it was very sticky. It seems, it hadn´t been cleaned for very long. We booked for 5 People, but there were only 4 beds and 4 towles. We could have asked for another towle, but we managed with our own. And the two smaller Children shared on bed. But we would have expected there to be 5 beds or at least a sofabed with linen prepared.
Pros: Location in the city itself takes only minutes to the market, supermarkets and shops.
Cons: Television not working
Pros: No Wi-Fi in the room and aggressive and very poor customer service
Cons: Tv with 2 channel plus no Wi-Fi and not enough toteleries in the room

Pros: Location is very good right next to the town centre
Pros: Close to the city center of Suva / Own room and bathroom
Cons: Expensive for my expectation
Pros: Location is close to town center.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds and poor tv signal.
Pros: It's a good location. You're right where you'll want to be.
Cons: I stayed here before and it was fine, but there were bedbugs this time. Not many, but they were there. They do address the matter immediately and change your entire bed, including mattress.
Cons: Water pressure on level 3

Pros: Like the Apartment space and the location
Cons: Bath room and Gas. The Gas smells like linking and is VERY DANGEROUS.
Pros: As my phone was stolen in Suva city the staff allowed me to extend my checkout by two hours. On the top floor the view was great
Cons: 4 flights of stairs no lift. I could not receive calls from my room telephone and had to run 4 flights of stairs every call i received!
Pros: Did not like anything about it.... one of the worst of places I have ever stayed
Cons: The room was very dirty. Wasnt cleaned. It had the previous guests clothes and things still in the room. There was water all over the floor and the room was stinky. Several complaints lodged yet no action taken... the manager did not make any efforts either....
