Neum Hotels

It had an elevator Unfortunatly there was no rating available for this hotel when we booked. It was very noisy,no airconditioning,sterilised drink glasses were dirty .Toilet was not clean.The bed was terrible, the inner springs bulged through mattress and made popping noises when you moved.Maid opened our bedroom door with key at 8.20 am and walked in. Breakfast was minimal. Had booked for 2 nights but left after one as hotel overall was so bad. Hotel Manager would not waiver charge for 2 nights despite advising the reason for our early checkout.

The location is very convenient in the centre of Neum. But explore the coast to find the best parts of the area and the best beach and sea. Lack of fridge, and hotel food was very very basic

Absolute helpful, kind craft in the hotel reception. They helped me change to another suitable room with double bed instead of single beds. This was cool after the tiring 10-hour journey with car. Far from sea-side, long walk to get there. Continental breakfast, always the same, no fruits, cold omelette and cold frankfurter. Neum has no facilities for entertaining.

The personnel is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is cheap and is quite close to Dubrovnik. The hotel is very noisy, really. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. The linen was OK, however the bed spreads and the carpet desperately needed to be cleaned. There were not enough parking spaces.

The apartment was clean and tidy, lovely balcony views of estuary/bay Unfortunetly the timing of our stay was out of season and there wsa a lack of people and athmosphere
