Cons (-) No heat - central and they decide when it turns on and how much. Extremely small rooms - about 8 inches between bed and table chair on side of bed. Mattresses need replacement - slept in a hole

Cons (-) The room had two windows . Each of them had two glasses . One of the glasses of each was broken . Despite the heater provided by Reception was not 100% comfortable . I sent a claim to customer services at the hotel and did not reply me so far . I am asking for a credit of my stay to reward for the inconvenience .
