Pros (+) Everything is great about this hotel, but I chose to come back a second time because of the robotic room service! There was a robot concierge butler that came to my room and it really completed a great experience for me.

Pros (+) It was great! My boyfriend and I were travelling and needed a nice place to stay but didn't want to break the bank. This was a great choice. Such a highly rated hotel, and yet for less than $200 a night. I will definitely come again next time we are back in the area.
Cons (-) One of the few downsides was our room placement. It was at the bottom floor and so you could see the cars parked right outside your window. A bit annoying when you're trying to have some privacy, but I just pulled the curtains down. Also our booking was pretty last-minute so I can't complain about where we were put.
