Located in Coshocton, Roscoe Motor Inn is within a 15-minute walk of Clary Gardens and Johnson Humrickhouse Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I'm partial to smaller motels rather than corporate chains and with 15 rooms Roscoe was perfect. All the chain motel amenities were provided if needed and the proprietor (and his canine companion) was the perfect host. If you're looking for ultra-modern go elsewhere. This venue is comfort and serenity.
Pros: The room was clean and the staff very nice.
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate, but not fancy. This fit our needs and was reasonably priced for the location.
Cons: The decor is outdated and could be described as "quaint". Wished there was a breakfast option available.
Pros: The room was large and well equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: There must have been a booking mistake as it was apparently a smoking room. I didn’t know that such a thing existed. I could hardly breathe because of the stale cigarette odor. I could have stayed at the Super 8 for less and had an odor-free room, which is what I will do the next time I’m in town.
Pros: A little old fashion The cook out and bond fire was great
Pros: The pillows were heavenly.
Pros: Gentlemen was super helpful with checking in and providing directions.
Cons: A bit outdated but was only there to sleep.
Pros: Close to where we had an event. Stayed on the first floor. Quite. Nice TV with several channels. They had nice towels. Had refrigerator and microwave. Heat was digital and kept room warm.
Cons: Older facility. Rugs were worn. No breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Colors were state road yellow. No second locks on doors.
Pros: This place was great. A little outdated but it was cozy, exceptionally clean and the couple running were great! Oh I can’t firget the best greeter their dog! Will stay here again when in the area!!
Cons: No dislikes! Maybe the construction on the roads out front. Lol. But nothing about our room.
Pros: Staff was great!
Cons: Parking a little tight

Pros: It was clean breakfast was good
Cons: Unfortunately we arrived in our room and it was smelling like cigarette smoke the staff did come and spray even offered for us to move but after traveling for 5hours we just wanted to relax eventually the room started smelling a lot better.
Pros: Great location! Friendly staff and very welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Cons: It was very loud. I could hear everything from inside my room. I know the hotel was packed, but I shouldn't hear that much noise when in my room.
Pros: Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with our stay.
Pros: Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, view of river
Pros: The staff were great
Pros: Breakfast was goid.
Pros: This place is top shelf clean! Every nook and cranny was is tip top shape. We felt like we were sleeping at home. It was a pleasant surprise
Cons: Nothing wrong to list
Pros: Cleanliness of the hotel and the staff is very friendly.
Pros: Nice relatively modern facility just outside Ohio’s Amish country. Breakfast is decent, not the best but definitely not the worst! Self catering suites available. Popular for weddings on summer weekends.
Cons: Not exactly “away from it all”. Next to a McDonalds, Walgreens and Right Aid. Useful but not exactly the quiet country getaway!
Cons: Handicap room. Toilet is too close to the wall and the hand railing sticks out far enough to make using the potty very difficult. The tub was very high, was difficult to enter the tub even with the hand rails.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good room for value. Could have dusted, but overall clean.
Cons: Easy to hear others. A little dusty

Cons: Not as clean as my previous years
Pros: The staff was friendly, the beds were so comfortable.
Cons: The hall smells like smoke the minute you walk in, luckily i carry Fabreze. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It's a lovely pool but you cannot swim in it unless you like arctic temperatures. We specifically chose the hotel for the pool. The manager had to tell me that he only had to keep it between 81 and 83 degrees, he even got the thermometer out to show me that it was 79 DEGREES!!! He also had to explain how much it costs to heat 22000 gallons of water and that it would be 36 hours before it would be warm enough.Hello??? don't you have customers every day??? Hot tub wasn't even uncovered or open. My poor grand baby was shaking so hard he could have mixed cement. I would have stayed again if the pool had been worth it. Don't advertise a pool if you don't want to heat it! oh and super breakfast just means waffles and total carbs. We will try the other hotel with a pool next year. I really think hotels with pools should not be able to advertise them unless the keep them clean and warm.
Cons: Corridors smelt of smoke
Pros: It was basic. Nothing to extreme.
Cons: The pool smelled so bad of chlorine. Burnt my eyes, it was so strong. There was no hot tub either. Also, we forgot toothoaste, they charged 3.00 for a small tube of toothoaste. The breakfast options were limited and not nuch to choose from.
Cons: specifically took this room for the jetted tub but the jets were broke you couldn't adjust them .
Cons: Bugs where in my bed.
Pros: Clean and comfortable great shower
Cons: No microwave no easy chair breakfast over at 9:00 on a Sunday
Pros: Location. Price
Cons: The only problem we had was a slow drain and that was taken care of in short time. All in all a good stay.
Pros: It was clean and decent for the star rating.
Cons: The very limited breakfast and I felt the rate was way too much for the quality of the room and amenities.
