Old hotel. No internet and check-in across the street.
Good deal for an expensive city. Walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. No bells and whistles just a straightforward room. I recommend the heart shaped jacuzzi rooms. Staff was extremely nice, went out of their way to help our group
An ironing board would have been useful, but not really recommending anything that would just drive the cost up
Close to Niagara falls. Nice front desk staff
Confused about hotel building. Two on location, inn and hotel. Assumed the hotel was it.
Location was great! The front desk which was located nex door the people were very nice
My key kept not working Had to go back twice to get it re-done
Very dated room and I had to hike up three floors, no elevators. Old style TV and air conditioner unit was extremely loud.
Location to the falls.
Breakfast not included.
Rooms definitely need to be updated. Room lacked any kind of decor. Had to check in next door at Country Suites. Felt like the red haired stepchild. No wifi, no breakfast. Definitely not worth the money
It's walking distance to the falls and other attractions.
You have to go next door to the Country Inn for the Internet, ice, check in, etc.
you quoted me a price when we got there they charged for parking and more taxes. I NEVER had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel
Outside need painting, carpet in room stink, TV wasn't working, what the sense walking across the road to access pool.
The location is great. It is walking distance from the falls, Cliffton Hill, and the casino. The whirlpool tub in the room is also very nice.
I did not like the fact that breakfast was not included for Inn by the Falls guests but was provided for the Country Inn guests next door. Both hotels are owned by the same company.
Near so activities
Small room ! No paper toilette,
This hotel is great for the price. Has an awesome location. Everything is within walking distance or you can catch the bus. Surprisingly very clean hotel. Awesome staff was very helpful and super friendly.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Orginally booked this hotel for one day. We ended up staying an extra day. Could have chosen a diffrent hotel but chose to stay our extra night here. Will definitely stay here agsin in the future.
Great location. Great price! Excellent staff!! Would stay here again.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel, the location, the cleanliness or the staff.

I had to call front desk twice to get the toilet fix. First time when I called no one showed up, I called after 3 hours again and then finally someone came to fix it. Room had so much bad smell. I didn't even use the whirlpool in my room because of all the problem I had. I was told I'll get free wifi. When I get there, I was out of reach of the wifi. I had to stay out side of my room to use WIFI.
The hotel had exterior doors. There was no security or control of the parking lot. The lot attracted transients. Not well maintained . Flower boxes were being used by the smokers and there had not been a flower there for years it appeared. The ceiling was painted cinder block which made it very loud. Televisions were analog rather than digital. There was no management onsite to deal with problems. You have to check in, and get the key from the hotel next door. Many of the normal basic services of a hotel are not available onsite. For example, ice is not available except at the next door hotel. NOT A GOOD VALUE.
This was perfect for us b/c we didnt need to spend much time in the room. it was very affordable and MUCH closer to Clifton Hills than we thought. And if you're looking to go to the casino, it's even closer! The staff was great. The only thing is that my hubby was scooting out of bed one night and one leg of the bed broke. The bed was a bit soft for my liking and the rooms felt a bit like a bomb shelter to me and the hubby. But the staff was great about the incident and very friendly. If you're not looking to spend a lot of time in the room and want something affordable just for the night- this is it.
The room was clean, the price not bad. When we arrived the room must have been 80 degrees. I turned down the temp and the fan, went to dinner and came back, not much change. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Took a walk came back 3 hours later, still very hot in the room, turn temp all the way down. Went to bed and woke up around 2:30 am turned the heater off, still to hot. Told the front desk about the room conditions and they were nice about it and gave us a $* breakfast on them. Not the best room we have stayed in, should have ask for another room. I wouldn't stay again at the Inn by the Falls.
